Have gotten 2 alternators from there. They come with a lifetime limited warranty which is awesome I have already exchanged it once and didn't have any problems. All I did was gave them my phone number and name.

Love this place .. the employees were very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. And they always have lots of cool discount/clearance items! Which is truly the way to my heart ! :) lol

VERY helpful staff - installed my wipers while I was checking out and saw that the computer recommended wipers were incorrect. Found new and better ones for the same price. Allowed a discount when the code (for an unknown reason) wasn't working. Excellent prices and will be returning to pick up my car detailing supplies soon!

I love Advance Auto Parts! They always have a great selection and inventory on deck. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are fair, and the app rocks! Go check them out

1st time I have used the store! Their website is awesome exact fit ! Huge + I had to buy an oil filter for my mini Cooper because AutoZone absolutely doesn t know what they re doing sold me the wrong one when they have a computer exactly like this place & probably any other convenient auto place! I walked in & 2 people we re working both were extremely knowledgeable helpful & nice .. she went to the computer & it was the Correct filter! and walked right over and said here you go thank very much! It s that simple auto zone I did not want to give them a bad review I tried very hard not to but sometimes it s a must ! Can you imagine having your oil filter out of the car wrong filter!? The battery sparked oh that s normal oh my gosh so needless to say hopefully this will be my go to store

Extremely poor customer service. Went for a code scan and the rep was extremely rude. He even told us to "Google what that code mean". I realize you work in the hood but leave that ghetto rapport at home.

Great people been going to advanced forever. This one no different. Helpful people, have to replace my battery. Was pouring rain and guy still came out to help.

There's is a lady working there that has no professionalism bad costumer service I try to return a tool that I had rented at another store just because I forgot to bring my receipt she said she couldn't help me I asked her can you please check the system with my info and she I don't have your information period!!! Wow this place sucks on customer service
