We were in a couple weeks ago and had the best customer service! The guy went out of his way to help us. We ve rarely been in and them not be friendly and knowledgeable about what we need. They usually have what we need in stock but if they order it. Went in today and they ordered parts for us and same friendly service. They also give a Military discount.My only issue with the store is that right by the register was a completely inappropriate political sticker/magnet . I don t care how you feel about the current or previous President it s inappropriate! I honestly can t believe the guys working there are okay with it.

I came in to get assistance with the windshield wipers in the middle of a storm and the rep wouldn t help me. He told me it s too late in the day. I literally drove home without windshield wipers. I understand he s not obligated to help but you d think they d be a bit more understanding and helpful. Went to AutoZone instead.

No problems. They delivered my battery to my house for $8. It showed up on about 90 minutes.

Worst automotive place to go to. NOT helpful NOT customer friendly and HORRIBLE service. IF YOU buy anything here make sure you plan on keeping it because they will not REFUND your money for an item NEVER used that was WRONG to begin with due to their incompetence. HORRIBLE PLACE

Not much changes, other than someone left one of their truck's windows down while it was raining. Lol.Very helpful. My son was needing a larger tool, shockingly, one that I did not have, so he headed on over and they were wonderful in helping him get what he required. As I am trying to teach him to learn on his own and to not rely on me, as I won't always be around, Advance's employees were very helpful in pointing him in the right direction and even helped him out with a discount. He could have used my commercial account and saved more, but he learned a lot and he didn't even know I had an account there. So A+ job Advance, and thank you!

This is a good location. Advance always has promos that require online ordering. I've ordered online several times and went straight to this store for pick-up. My orders always ready, never have to wait.Last order was an oil change bundles, I forgot to add the free funnel. They couldn't give it to me because it had to be added online. Wish there was a way to be able to modify orders. Employees can't just give stuff away, so come on Advance, I want my funnel! LOL.

Always enjoyable to visit. For the most part, they have, or can get, what you need for your vehicle. In my case, I needed a radio knob for an older model sports car. The knowledgeable sales person said, off the top of his head, OEM dashboard accessories such as this can only be found through dealerships.

Stood in line to pay for oil for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me, there were 4 people sitting behind the counter on the clock and I asked if one of them could cash me out, Again I was ignored so I left the product on the counter and left.You should consider RE-STAFFING this location

You know it s come to my attention that this is the place that you need to go when the other two big name stores don t have the parts you re looking for. Advance auto parts always seems to have the part I need that the other two do not have. For instance, they had a gas cap for my car where the other two did not. They had the emergency brake set up for my jeep that the other two did not. I could go on and on with the list but you get my drift.

Bad battery. Bought the Die Hard Gold w/850 cranking amps last week for $212 w/tax. No problems since Installed & left within 30 minutes. 3 year "no questions asked" warranty. Tech was friendly & professional. No complaints here (except the price of products today!)

Jason the manager was great to work with. I had a issue with a employee regarding a battery. I went back to store the following day in hopes to resolve my issue & get a different employee besides the moron I dealt with the previous day. I got lucky & Jason who also happens to be the manager helped me. He went above & beyond to resolve my issue & was great! If it wasn't for him I would not have given this store 1 star. Every once in a Blue Moon I find a part here cheaper than it is at autozone it's not very often though but they do have quality parts

Advance has an excellent online ordering system. Their site has a very helpful feature of seeing which local stores have the part in stock. Once at the store picking up the part is quick and easy. Since it's prepaid when the order is placed there is little to no paperwork when picking up the part. All in all it is a very convenient feature that can save you money. Curbside service is also available.

Great store! Placing an order online for pickup was fast & easy and I got alot more tools for less money than what I would've paid for had I gone to Harbor Freight.

My battery was on it's last legs. The manager of the store came over and helped me pick out the appropriate battery.He then helped me install the battery in the parking lot of the store. Great customer service and care!

If you're looking for auto parts anything to do and that line motorcycle boat I believe they can handle about anything you bring at them I've had no trouble with them every time I went in I've got an answer and an understanding where I'm going what I need and how to do it far more than what I can say for some other auto stores I definitely recommend advance Auto

Didnt have my size battery in stock. Gave other options. Took my number called next morning, transferred one in. Very polite and understanding of situation. I will not hesitate to visit this location again over local competitors.

Went in earlier today. Two guys sitting on their butts. Didn t offer any help. Found my items, the guy checking me out didn t even speak. Went back later for something else, same two guys on their butts. One had a training video playing in the background while he ignored it. I waited 10 minutes to check out and was never acknowledged. This location is convenient to my house, but I ll drive a little further from now on. Lazy and indifferent service. Won t get another dime from me.

Great place. The employees there are phenomenal. Replaced a defective part and helped me with some ideas for another repair. Spent a lot of time tracking down what I needed so I didn't have to go anywhere else. A+, guys and gals.

Had the part, which was great.. man at register, act like I was bother him, ask a question about a steering wheel cover, what the price was.. $23 on both shelf s none of the stickers were over $21.. the price should have been $15 dollars.. anyway just seem that they were too busy talking about other things then helping!!!

Overall a bad experience, the worker with the glasses and facial hair was rude and was not helpful at all. On the phone they said they could change my battery, but once at the store he said that they couldn t change the battery on my car. He said he couldn t do it because of a panel over the battery, but I went to the AutoZone down the street and the worker was able to change it without a problem. I told him what the advance auto parts worker had said, and he told me that it wasn t even a problem to access the battery. The Advance Auto Parts worker simply did not want to do his job and had a poor attitude the entire time. Neither of the workers there were wearing masks or following COVID guidelines. I would not recommend anyone to come to this location, especially if he is the one helping you.

Picked up an online order- it was easy & fast. No problems, this company is great for online ordering and in-store pick-up. They have a lot in-stock locally. I was picking up a power steering pump for a 2005 Mazda Tribute.
