So I did some serious work to my 4Runner (3inch bilstein 6112/5160 lift, jba ucas, 33inch tires, new grill, new interior and exterior lights, black out logos, transmission drain & fill, and more), and now it's perfect. Saw her first bit of mud and obstacles today, and operated exactly as described by 5eight Offroad...Big shout out to Charlie Hamilton and his team at 5eight Offroad & Fab for knocking this out of the park. He helped me find the perfect kit for me, was incredibly communicative and knowledgeable (let me call him just to pick his brain about little things), was amazingly quick and efficient, and did it for a reasonable and fair price. I highly recommend anyone with a Toyota to get over to his shop asap.

Charlie and his guy s are great , I had a 3 lift installed on my Tundra and they did a great job , Charlie answered all my questions about types of lifts and what size tires I could run !! Charlie knows Toyotas

Had 5eight install a lift kit on our tacoma, while they had the truck they found issues with previously installed parts and fixed the issue for no extra charge. Great customer service and easy to work with. I had the hardest time finding a shopthat specialized in Toyota/land cruiser trucks in the Louisville area until I met Charlie at 5eight Offroad. He s absolutely great to work with. His mechanical knowledge and metal work are the reason why I choose to go to his shop for work on my truck. He also takes the time to answer questions or concerns over the phone. Overall, great customer service! I m very happy with the work he does and I highly recommend them.

The lack of communication, blowing the customers off, lack of care to the vehicle, and just overall poor performance period. Myself and I had one of my buddies go here, and he also had a VERY bad experience.
