We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience when purchasing our 2014 Forester. Jeff was both personable and a pleasure to work with, yet professional and honest as well. They exceeded our expectations when addressing minor issues, and was pleasantly shocked to discover that their dealer fees were over $1,000 less when compared to other dealers in the area. Once more, helping a local small business made our purchase even more satisfying. (They even worked with us to surprise our son with the car for Christmas!). When looking for a high-quality used car, do not pass them up!

Bought a car for my son ( his first car ) from this dealer a few weeks ago. Since we live in a different state, I was a little bit hesitant to buy it without test driving it first.Jeff was super helpful throughout the whole process, even face timing with us so we can see the car better that you can see in pictures.The car was delivered to us as promised and he kept us in the loop the whole time !

We live 4 hours away from this car lot, but Jeff worked with us and our finance company via text, phone, and email to help us purchase our dream car! He sent us a video tour of the car and answered all of our questions before we made the trip. Paperwork was processed quickly and professionally. We received great service and had a great experience! We are extremely happy with 502 Motoring. It was well worth making the trip for!

Buying a car is usually stressful but my experience here was smooth and easy. Jeff was very helpful and professional,a very nice and knowledgeable person. I greatly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a nice car at a fair price.

So I'm definitely recommending this place 5 stars all the way ! I'm not going to lie I was really hesitant to come here and buy a vehicle after I read the other reviews but I gave it a try anyway. I found a great car and Jeff was amazing ! After test driving I noticed the mirror was messed up and they set up an appointment right away to get it fixed and even let me drive another vehicle while it was being worked on so I wouldn't be without a vehicle. After coming back to pick it up I mentioned that the tires needed an alignment and he right away told me to take it somewhere and they would pay to get it fixed. I had a great experience and I all the way recommended this place they take care of you and the staff is great !

I went from Cincinnati to Louisville twice to buy a car from 502 Motoring. The first time was just to look at the car and the second time was to purchase the car! Jeff was so accommodating and met our requests even when he didn't have to. He really wants to make sure his customers are happy. He made our whole car shopping/car purchase experience as painless as possible. I would travel even further if it meant I could work with Jeff again and have the same experience the next time I am in the market of needing to purchase a vehicle. He was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend 502 Motoring if you are looking for a vehicle!

What an AWESOME experience!While not as big as "big" dealerships, 502 Motoring delivers in a huge way.Jeff is a knowledgeable, friendly, and non-pushy sales manager.They have mechanics on staff! This should matter to you. Instead of buying vehicles at auction, cleaning them up, and selling to an unsuspecting public, the folks at 502 put real work into each vehicle purchased. They take great pride in the vehicles they put on the road.We got our 2014 Honda Odyssey for $2K under NADA value!If they don't have the vehicle you're looking for today, keep checking back. This little dealership is a gem in a large market. Dont hesitate to give Jeff a call. You'll be glad you did.

After hours of looking online and searching multiple websites we were challenged to find a vehicle that fit our budget.A family member referred us to 502 Motoring and to give Kent Diehlman a call. We also spoke to Jeff Newman and between the two of them, they were able to find us the perfect vehicle at the price point that we had requested, Their kindness and professionalism was outstanding. Jeff was great to work with! I asked him to let me know the price on the road for the vehicle I was interested in, and what kind of warranty was available with the vehicle, and he did just that. No back and forth or go between. I purchased a beautiful 2012 GMC Acadia Denali, and couldn't be happier with it! He provided me with all the information that I requested, and receipts for work that had been done prior to purchase upon request. Very friendly, helpful and took care of a couple of minor issues that I had with the vehicle as part of the purchase. Thank you Jeff, it was nice to meet, and do business with you!

I swear..after dealing with 3 other cons at other "dealerships" this week, this was a Breath of Fresh Air. Mr. Newman was straightforward with the money, the past vehicle maintenance facts, and let me really get to know the car by myself without standing there trying to be my longtime best friend I never had. Since I decided to not haggle him to death like I usually do, he went out of his way for some extras. Wonderful Vehicle, at the correct price, with no hidden fees, and it was all barely an hour in and out.

Really enjoyed my experience at 502 motoring. I worked with Jeff Newman who was awesome and professional. Out of the gate he was very low pressure but honest and helpful. We found an issue with the vehicle I eventually purchased while test driving it and they fixed it in their shop and got the issue sorted out prior to purchase. It was a great experience and I came away with a vehicle I love. Highly recommend working with them

I waited a couple of months before writing this review because I wanted to make sure no other issues popped up with my 2013 Pro 4X. I took the vehicle on 2 rather lengthy test drives and didn't have any problems at all. I decide to purchase the truck and after owning it for roughly a week I had issues with it. It stalled on me numerous times and at one point it felt like the engine was going to drop from the vehicle. I nursed it home (roughly 2 miles) and called Jeff Newman (my salesman), He sent a flatbed truck over to pick it up and took it to their shop. He kept me updated with status checks and I had my vehicle back in 3 days... no charge. They had to replace a camshaft positioning sensor. I haven't had an issue with the truck since. If I was in the market for a used vehicle I'd definitely buy from them again.

Came in to look at a 05 Chevy Avalanche and had a great experience with Jeff Newman, he answered all my questions about the vehicle and I purchased the vehicle. I am very satisfied by Jeff's professionalism and with my new truck. Strongly recommend this dealership they continued to support me after the purchase.

My family and I had a great experience at 502 Motoring. Jeff knows his stuff for sure and he wants to find the best vehicle for you. We are a family of six and were looking for just the right mini van for our big family. We were there test driving vans atleast three times. Our children came with us once to look at the van we were interested in. Jeff was fine with our kids being there checking out the van. Which made me very comfortable. Once we decided on the van the closing of everything went quick and there were no problems. We got home and there was a concern with the sliding door. I called Jeff and he got the van into Kent (his mechanic, which is also amazing) and it was taken care of quickly and we've had no other issues. I know that if I have any questions I can always contact him. He is available and always helpful. When we're ready to buy our next vehicle we are definitely going back to 502 Motoring.Thank you, Jeff! We appreciate your hard work and wonderful business! We honk everytime we pass!

We just purchased a 2014 Odyssey from Jeff and had the absolute best experience! He was honest and trustworthy, and stood behind his word! Even though the van was purchased as is, when a small issue popped up he fixed it no charge. How many dealerships would do that! I would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future!

My husband and I just bought a car from Jeff at 502 Motoring and we had a wonderful experience. Jeff was down to earth and relaxed - he didn t pressure us at all and was very helpful. He took the stress out of buying a car and we got a great deal. We will be looking to buy another car in the next year and will definitely go back to Jeff! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend him to others!

I can't say enough good things about my experience buying a great car from 502 Motoring. They went over & above what anyone would expect by scheduling & getting some additional asks by me (tire scratches repaired & window tinting) completed within days of purchasing my new (used) car as well as helping diagnose some issues with my own vehicle. The Honda I bought is super clean, like new inside & in terrific condition.There was no nonsense or pressure & it was a very enjoyable transaction thanks to Jeff who leaves you wanting to buds! : )

Really can t say enough good things. We were a bit hesitant using an independent dealer but the experience was amazing. Jeff was extremely helpful, honest, amd personable. He followed through with all of his promises, and got us an amazing deal. It was very easy to get in touch and we ended up with an amazing car within four days of contacting him. I absolutely love my little car.

This was not your typical car buying experience.I sent an offer for a 2012 Acura TL via their website. Rather than get the typical robot response I've received from several other dealers, the next day I got a personal text message from Jeff with a counter offer. It wasn't the price that I had hoped for, but they did give me much more for my trade than anyone else would.I came to see the car and they let me take it to my own mechanic, who gave it a thumbs up. Last issue was a major (expensive) scheduled maintenance item that would be coming due and they offered to take care of it for the cost of parts only, which saved me another $1000.Overall a very comfortable, friendly, low-no pressure car buying experience. I ended up with a very good car at a good price. Thanks Jeff!And whoever has my red Acura TSX, you got yourself a great car with that purchase. I took excellent care of that one. Hope you do too. You'll be very happy with it.

I worked with Jeff to purchase a vehicle I was in a bind due to my car finally going out on me one morning. Jeff ensured that I was able to get a car that same day. He helped walk me through the process of getting a car loan for the first time and was patient enough to allow my personal mechanic to take a look before sealing the deal. Jeff also made sure that the vehicle was in good shape, by closely reviewing the CarFax with me and helping with having the necessary maintenance taken care of. Would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. I love my Acura MDX and got a pretty fair deal on top of the spectacular customer service!

I had a great experience here purchasing my Honda Civic. I was skeptical at first because I hadn't had luck at small dealerships in the past, but my experience here was great! Having bought several used vehicles over the years has taught me not to expect too much from a dealer. This experience has been by far the best I ve ever had. This is a first rate operation that provides quality vehicles at a fair price and EXCELLENT customer service. The buying process was super easy and pleasant. Then one week after I bought my car, the bumper was damaged by my neighbor. Jeff and Ken arranged the repair work to be done quickly and beautifully. I highly recommend 502 Motoring.

Bought a 2013 Honda Ridgeline in real nice condition.Right at 100k mileage and timing belt / water pumpReplacement was recommended by Honda. Jeff said they would take care of it at no extra charge as we had reached a price agreement. They supplied a loaner while the work was done and the truck drives great !! I highly recommend 502 !!

I happily purchased a Toyota Sienna from 502 Motoring. Jeff and Kent were very kind and responsive, and moved the process along quickly! They even had the car on with a/c running when I came to test drive. Very laid back, and knowledgeable about vehicles. No pressure, no sales gimmicks. They have a Toyota certified mecahnic on staff that I will be bringing the minivan to for oil changes and am told he will look it over to check for leaks at that time. I felt respected, even with a modest budget. Too, there is a 45 day labor guarantee on the vehicle. Love my van! Thanks 502!
