I've been taking my cars to this company for years. They have incredible service! But today they went above and beyond to check out a smoking issue that was coming from my daughter's car. We found out the lid wasn't on the coolant and they still checked our air and our tires and topped off our windshield washer fluid. Incredible people no matter what time you go to!!! A++++

The gentlemen that work there are always so nice and considerate, been going there for a year and they've been only ones who have done my oil changes since I've gotten this vehicle. I highly recommend them , they've never disappointed me.

Ive had my oil changed at fast change 12-14 years. Loved the guys who took care of my vehicle. They were always honest never trying to push services on me. I trusted that if they told me i needed a service I trusted their advice! But since theyve changed hands I don t feel that trust anymore and I will be finding another place for oil changes. Plus charges have increased and now that I m on a fixed income I have to decline things I might need ! Too pushy!

They were very professional. As well as notifying me the my front oil seal was leaking. Ultimately saving me a lot of money in the long run. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Louisa area and to anyone passing through Louisa. Thanks.

These guys were fast and professional. They checked everything on the car and they weren t too pushy trying to sell a bunch of upgrades. Look for a coupon online before you go

Employees very nice. But lazy they didn t check my tire pressure or clean windows. I ask them if they were going to check my fluids. I watched them as they looked not touched the caps but looked at my washer fluid and antifreeze said everything looks good I ask about my transmission fluid. So he pulled the dip stick. 1quart low

I came in for a oil change and let them know my 2 of my lights were out and I had the bulbs but hadn't changed them yet and Justin and Anthony did both lights at no extra charge. They both were very nice, fast, and took very good care of me and my car. I always recommend fast change but now I will always rave about this particular one. The service was awesome and the employees were very professional. They did my oil change by the numbers, it was quick and accurate. Also they were honoring veterans that day and the oil change cost nothing to the veteran. It good to see businesses honoring the veterans they deserve it for all they have sacrificed.
