We were traveling from St. Louis our car began to overheat, we stopped in this Advance store and purchased coolant.We were greeted by sweet, very Helpful woman named Linda. Who is very knowledgeable, very professional and expressed genuine care and concern of our situation. We stayed overnight. Started out the next morning drove about 10 mile BANG, car temp rising rapidly. I was tired, frustrated, my older sister was Not Well.So, I went back to this Advance store , I spoke with Sweet Linda , She Immediately Took Action, Thanks to Her prompt action I was back on the highway within a few hours.This woman is an " OUTSTANDING " employee , who went Above and Beyond her job duty to Help get us back on the road.GOOD, Dedicated Employees are very rare to find in today's world. Linda in my opinion earned and deserves to know all her dedication and customer service Skills are greatly appreciated from corporate.Ms. Linda, you saw my exhaustion and frustration, I want to "Thank You",So Very Much for ALL you did , I truly can't find the words to express my appreciation, I was at a loss. My trip ended Safely at 1a.m.God Bless you kind Lady, wish there were more people like you.Much Thanks,Jackie, (VA).

My husband loves this place, its his home away from home. He buys all our car parts from here, they have so many deals, n they actually don't care to take time out of their day to help make sure you get what you need and come there for.

I needed parts and this store would not do over the phone payment so I could have someone else pick up parts for me. AutoZone did the payment over the phone. They will get my business from now on.
