The grounds are stunning. The story is fascinating! Andrew was a great tour guide. The bar was beautiful. Michaela made us awesome drinks and was so kind when I spilled my drink! The artwork everywhere was classy. It was super fun to dip the red wax on our purchased bottle.We enjoyed having drinks while waiting for our tour. The seating at the Visitors Center was nice in the shade. They probably need more shade and more seating in the shade. The people in the comfy cushioned seats outside never got up. The building with the limestone wall was fascinating where they keep 46 and the select barrels! Very cool!It's important to have food. The restaurant was closed but bringing in a food truck would help. It's rough drinking on an empty stomach!

Tour was great. It was raining during my tour. Interesting, a 1 month old baby and a 9 year old was on the tour too. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Christmas decorations were beautiful throughout, but must be seen at night to get the holiday feel. Dipping the bottles from my barrel of course was the highlight at the end. Tasting was very informative relative to Bourbon making process and appreciation.

Our visit to Maker s Mark Distillery was a sensory delight! The scent of aging bourbon filled the air as we strolled through the picturesque grounds. The guided tour was both informative and engaging, offering a glimpse into the artistry of bourbon making. Tasting their rich, smooth bourbon straight from the barrel was a revelation. The serene ambiance of the distillery, set amidst rolling hills, added to the experience. Maker s Mark Distillery is a haven for whiskey enthusiasts, offering a blend of tradition, passion, and exquisite flavorsOur 6-month old puppy, Finn, took the tour with us and the staff welcomed him every step of the way, even though he got a little noisy at times. It turn out that EVERYONE on the tour, including staff, was dog lovers and made us feel welcome. Would recommend to anyone and would take the tour again !!

This is a must see and your when on the Bourbon Trail. Chyanne was our guide and she was great. Got to hand dip our bottle of Bourbon at the gift shop. Their is a restaurant and bar areas. Historic charm a plenty.

Paking lot has plenty of parking for the distillery. Especially if your in a pickup, the size is great for parking. Lot is close to the welcome center so short distance.

This was my 1st experience at a distillery & what better place to go then the OLDEST one ever! Highly recommend it was beautiful fun & a lot to learn!

I am an ambassador so I can go in this nice fall weather and enjoy the tour. They have a shuttle for people who can't walk down and back from the gift shop.

It is very huge and can accommodate busses nicely too. Easy to get to and from. However I was very glad hubby was driving as there is one hill one must drive over that makes me feel I'm on a roller-coaster having slowly climbed up to shoot down. I DON'T like roller coasters! Yes my eyes we shut on the return trip!

Nice parking area and a short walk down the hill to the visitor center. They have a shuttle bus to drive you back up from the gift shop.

Large parking facilities that have room for larger vehicles and RVs. Clean and well maintained. Also EV spots available.
