I took my car in for a BASIC oil change with a 18:00 appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and stood at the check in desk until 18:03. I went to tell them I was waiting and they walked up to take care of a man who arrived after I told them I was there. Knowing the 20 item limit, I only shopped for 12 items in addition to the oil change. They finally called for me to pick up the car, another 15 minutes standing there waiting for someone to come to the register. Walking up, he says I have too many items and he won't ring all of them up. I said fine, have fun putting them up. He then tells me the BASIC oil change is $45.45. Umm not today. The "service writer" said I told him I wanted synthetic oil. Nope. I told him I asked for basic. They called a manager who fixed the oil change all while my 7 year old son and I were treated badly by the cashier. My son said there's the 20 items sign and 12 is less than 20 so why wouldn't the cashier ring up our things? I said I guess he's not as smart as you and doesn't know 12 is less than 20 The cashier called me subliminal. Apparently, he doesn't know what subliminal means.

Come in today to get a balance. Stood behind the fence for a while waiting to talk to someone. Place looked like a ghost town. When someone came to check me in I told them I wanted a balance and was immediately told that I should go somewhere else because my tires were "too big for the machine". Not only did I buy said tires from there but I also worked in that very shop and have had my truck in there for a balance and rotation prior to this. I told them to go ahead and do the balance.After finishing checking in I went inside to do some Christmas shopping and then returned to the waiting area to wait for my truck to be done. A shop worker came in and informed me that my truck was being denied over a very easily solved problem. I asked him if he was serious and he was indeed serious. I paid for my Christmas gifts and left. Laziest individuals I've came across. I won't be back.

Sale ya a bad tire then don't wanna honor their warranty. Tires may be cheap but ud be better served to go somewhere else then deal with the headache caused by their incompetent computer trainer "service technicians"

I had gotten a flat tire on a Sunday and this was the only place open. When I called ahead they claimed to have the correct tire I needed but when I arrived they said they didn t and that their system isn t always accurate . They ended up finding one for me and got it fixed pretty quickly which I appreciate but they added a lot of stress that wasn t needed.

Our daughter, along with several other cars, hit a piece of lumber laying on the interstate. It busted two of her tires. Since she's closer to London than Corbin we have tried and tried and tried to call and see if they have the tires she needs, but nobody will pick up the phone! It's 10:30am on a Monday, I KNOW they're open! So, my husband will have to go all the way back to Corbin to buy them, but to be honest, after just reading the reviews on London's Auto Center, it looks like it might be a blessing in disguise! So frustrating!!

Couldn't pick the size I actually wanted...had to custom order the size I have to have....then wake up the next day with a flat because they didn't clean my wheel when changing tires almost made me late for work

They were extremely slow I ended up waiting two hours for service and left without a tire went to cooks and they had it done literally five minutes.

I had tires put on and if you value your time and possession don t go here. 61/2 hours later and $100 stolen from my car.

I wish I could give zero stars, as they deserve less than one. Don't ever think they will answer the phone, after hours of calling to request warranty info from the auto center which issued the warranty and told me to call, no answer. I would just drive to the location, but my vehicle is not operational due to the service received. Worst store of all time, customer service is non existent, nor can any info be found in the app. Beyond frustrating. Avoid at all costs, save yourself the aggravation.

I must say I have never recieved customer service quite like I did today. A gentleman named Travis who works in the tire and lube center absolutely went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Travis displayed impeccable customer service and truly cares for his customers. This man is going places and deserves recognition. I bought tires elsewhere and Walmart mounted and balanced them. I was able to buy a lifetime tire balance and rotation for the life of the tire. Nice people.

So, I go in for 2 new tires. One for my busted spare in the trunk and one for the rear passenger. While it's pretty outside today, I decided to put the spare in it's proper home instead of just laying in the trunk. Imagine my surprise when I see the busted one still where I left it. I will be calling up there. The tire meant for the spare was put on the driver side passenger side and that tire was fine. And I told him what needed done and I didn't check the trunk until now because I thought they understood the assignment!!

The automotive dept was great I had a flat tire and they took it right in and fixed it. The guys were so nice they even put the spare back under the truck where it goes and put my Jack back up in its spot. I will be back to the London branch to get 2 more tires for the back. Thank you for your help and support when I needed it. I ordered 2 tires and is satisfied with the price and replacement.

I m going on two hours waiting for two tires to be put on. I ve watched them go from 5 or 6 to 3 still working. There is more chatting and running in and out that work. You better bring a sleeping bag for a tire change because it takes all night!! I will pay double before I come here again!!!

These so called technicians have no clue how to patch a tire absolutely unequivocally incompetent. Took them 2 hours to rotate tires and patch a 1 tire. A true garage will have this work done in 20 minutes and leave you with an infinity more confidence in there work!

Took 8 times before I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 hours just to get my tires rotated. Then on the 8th time going there I had no wait but took an hour and a half just to rotate them omg

The guys there are super nice and know what they're doing. Just come early because they get busy quick. And they open at 7. The website hasn't updated its hours since covid.

This has to be the slowest place I have ever been it took them 3 hours just to get to my vehicle and all I had done was balance the 2 front tires

Went here a hour before closing and they came up with multiple so called reasons of why they couldn't change my tire because they didn't want to do it never be back here for service again

2 minutes to closing on superbowl Sunday the kind and friendly guys took us in and repaired our tire in 20 mins so we could continue our drive back to Cincinnati. Thank you!

Trying to save some time during my busy day and get it done while I ran in to get a couple things for a trip I stopped in to have them check the filters on my SUV and they told me it would take around 4-1/2 to 5 hours to get them checked. I decided to do it myself.

Great experience staff needs to be more aware of loyle customers as I was going to get charged 40 bucks to get tires balanced when we bought the tires with the extra warr and balance free road has so on
