Extremely quick and was very polite to my wife and children. I think the price was extremely high as the dealership charges less for the same service.

This is the Valvoline I normally use until my experience today. My company vehicle needed an oil change. Stopped in for service. Told the tech I would need to get a purchase order to pay for the service...as is always done. Sat in the vehicle waiting for a very unacceptable amount of time while the tech stood at the front of my vehicle telling stories about running from the police. Very disappointing experience. Will not be back to this location.

Just an FYI. Be sure to check your filters. Had my oil changed here 3 months ago and landed my vehicle in the shop. The mechanic cross-threaded my oil filter and it was leaking oil. Thankfully it didn't lock the motor up. I will never be back here and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

These guys are great! They always treat me with respect and kindness. I believe the only way I'd get it cheaper is to do it myself, and I might be getting a little old for that.

Been going here to have my oil changed for a few years now and this afternoon I was disappointed they didn t check any of my fluids , tires, filters etc like usual. Changed my oil and sent me on my way . I always really appreciated the service there but not today

I had the BEST experience on 9/12/23. I am not a fan of the Corbin location as they are hateful, and this way my first time at this London location. I was stoked with my service! I had 2 guys help me and they were freaking awesome. I didn t see their names, but I think one was Jose? I hope that s right. It was the first oil change in my BMW and everyone was kind. Jose (I hope that s correct) helped me out with a 15% off because my coupon had expired and I had no idea. My total went from $153 down to $129!! I am so pleased with my service. I know where I will be coming from now on. Great people and extremely friendly. 10/10

A few weeks after our oil change our vehicles engine light came on and other warning lights. The crew apparently didn t know how to put on an oil filter. They improperly put the oil filter on, stripping it , and that caused our car to leak ALL OF ITS OIL. Thank God for the warning lights. Our car had just a little bit of oil left.

Would 10/10 recommend! I ve gone way over what I should ve with my mileage due to that fact that my work schedule conflicted with my time to be able to get in for an oil change. Henry, William, and the rest of the crew were willing to still get me in for an oil change although it was closing time. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness when I know they didn t have to change my oil then.Service: Oil change

Appeared three men out of six were working, rest standing around or outside listening to car stereo. Had to ask about fluid levels. Had to ask for air in my tires. No lights were checked. Going somewhere else for the money we spend there on 4 cars!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great staff. I would like to knock off a star because they did not have full synthetic, but issues with supplies happen especially now. I will not dock great service for something they cannot control.

A big shout out to the technician we saw today, Jeb. What an awesome guy and such a pleasure to do business with. Went in for an oil change and he had us in and out in less than 30 minutes and gave us a discount. Great service 10 out 10 would recommend. This place is great. The people we've dealt with have always been really friendly and helpful, and seem to really know what they're doing. They found a small tear in our coolant hose and instead of trying to get us to pay them tons of money to fix it, they were honest and told my husband to buy 3 bucks worth of hose at an auto parts store and he could replace it himself. Highly recommend them!

Employees are nice but the cost of the service is a bit too much. I can go to the dealership and get an oil change cheaper. I know, I may have to wait longer at the dealership but I don't mind that.

Claim they check fluids on receipt but do not. Checked brake fluid after service, bone dry and they refused to remedy.

The managers of this business are super nice and professional. Most of the workers are pretty upfront with you when something is wrong with your vehicle.

They told me to get in a certain lane and the other lane cleared first and it wasn t fair I had to wait an extra 15 mins while the car that came after me got started before me

They do a wonderful, thorough job of taking great care of your vehicle, and even showing you the dip stick to prove your vehicle recieved the correct amount of oil, and they do tire rotations, and check air pressure, windshield wash fluid levels, and make sure they are full before you leave! Great caring guys!

A big shout out to the crew working Sunday August 2. We were headed back home form Tennessee to Ohio towing our boat. We had a tire go out a couple miles south of London on I-75. Fortunately we had a tandem axle trailer and we were lucky to make it to the London exit. We pulled in to an open lot but were unable to change the spare ourselves. Valvoline was the next building over. Went over to see if we could borrow some tools to get the job done. They told us to pull over to their lot and they would give us a hand. They had the tire off and the spare on in less than 15 minutes. I can't tell everyone how fortunate we were to end up next to their business. It would have been an ordeal for us otherwise. We couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful group of individuals. So thankful for the assistance they provided us with today.
