Absolute dump. Men s bathroom was closed for maintenance coffee machines out of order, easy in and out truck parking but that is the ONLY good thing

Bathroom was filthy, covered in graffiti, stall doors didn't lock, and toilets didn't flush.Candy was stale.Easy parking for Semi's

My favorite stop to stop in at when I am traveling through London KY. For Truck drivers , it does have a few spots to park at along the one side of the building if you need to stop for your sleeper break. And has fuel there also.

Bought this drink today, July 1, 2023, it expired in February. I also bought chocolate covered pretzels and they say they expired April 13th. Disgusting

signs say rv diesel cant pay at pump in that line other lines dont even have diesel pumps. Just needs some better signage to help customers

The place is decent, clean and convenient for small items like snacks, drinks, and/or . But you get one employee who's very polite and the next one, not so friendly. It doesn't seem to be a very safe place to be at night, only trucks and vacant lots and another big gas station around, BP is right next to Valero...more of a truck stop which is directly off the interstate so again, not sure about the safety of these places, especially at night! Human trafficking is real and happens when u never think it will to everyday ppl like YOU!! BE SAFE!

Sketchy. Stopped in from Louisville to Gatlinburg because we needed a break and dog needed to go potty. Lady wasn t very kind, lemonade was expired and the gentleman was nice but kind of strange. Overall stop elsewhere if your in London.

Customer service is very polite and helpful watch the gas tho the pump will go over but only by a few cent bathroom could use some cleaning has a very bad smell

Pretty sure the pump was rigged to charge twice the amount I selected but the guy gave me a free coffee. Call it a wash.

I just stopped in.Very friendly gentleman at counter.Cant say much about the place but if you just want take a break and get a snack stop in.Once again condolences for the loss of your mother ,and God bless you sir.

Overnight parking will cost you. Not so friendly staff. Bathroom was disgusting. Crowded. Lady at the security gate was rude.
