Kaleb and his assistant came to the house and changed the windshield out in my garage the day after I reported it to my insurance. They did a great job removing and installing the new windshield with care of not only the windshield but my vehicle as well. They then took the vehicle out and calibrated the information behind the mirror for accuracy and adjustment. They were respectful and professional during their installation. Tara was expedient in getting it scheduled and followed up in ensuring I was satisfied with their work of which I was complimentary. Highly recommend Rite-Way Glass for all of your repair or replacement needs!

Needed a windshield replace on my car, I called and spoke to Gina. She was very pleasant and helpful. She scheduled Brian to come replace the glass for me. He was quick, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend based on my experience! Thank you for getting me taken care of!

My CSR Shanna was so professional! She scheduled me within just a few days! They were awesome! I would recommend them to anyone! Especially my technician Brian! Super friendly and also very professional! Had a new windshield installed while I was at work! They came to my job and took great care of my vehicle!

Phone experience with Gina was professional and courteous. I was able to schedule an appointment at my home more quickly than I imagined. Bobby was professional, efficient and pleasant. Overall price was approximately $200 less than I would have paid Rite-Way's competitor.

First of all I have to give a shout out to Gina! She is the one who called me and made the appointment! She was super nice and super friendly. It s hard to find anyone with decent customer service skills now days but she definitely definitely deserves to be recognized! Secondly I would like to give a shout out to Tyler, he is the one who replaced my back windshield for me. He called to let me know when he was leaving London and asked where I would be, (my schedule is a little hectic lately as I work 2 different jobs,) but he didn t seem aggravated or frustrated at the fact that my location was questionable originally. Instead he came right to me and even called when he arrived, and patiently waited in me,(5 min or so,) to be able to clock out and come meet him. He was super nice and talkative, and even explained to me the process of what he was doing and why. These guys really are amazing and I ll def be back if I ever need to. I would definitely recommend them 10/10!!! Thank you guys so much! All of you!!Service: Auto rear window replacement

When my classic Cadillac windshield cracked 1 call to Gina and she scheduled me the next day! Bobby my technician came out and they knocked it out the park!!! I m back to flexing the Caddy. Thanks again Rite Way y all have amazing employees.

Great experience. Tara was great and very helpful during my phone call and Bobby did an amazing job installing! Very clean with no mess left over. Service was over all amazing. Called one day and had my new windshield the next! Doesn t get much quicker than that!

Was a great pleasure having Chris the technician to fix the windshield of my car and the experiences I had with Gina and Chris. Both made having a broken windshield easier to deal with unless aggravation I would highly recommend right way of glass for all your auto needs

My replacements were out of pocket expense. After checking with competitors RiteWay had best prices and came to my house the next day. 2 technicians, (they gave their names but can t remember exactly) had all my glass installed 1 hour and 10 minutes. Fast, friendly and great quality. Definitely will refer my friends and family if they ever in need of these services . Couldn't ask for better service..took my car to them for a new windshield...was prompt and did an excellent job..was an issue that was manufacturer error in the glass(no fault of install) and I called to let them know...they were at my home in the middle of nowhere and put another in..the tech was also the manager and after speaking with him a short time can confidently say your in good hands dealing with him...he's a humble man and takes pride in what he does...they have earned my buisness

Shanna was my customer service rep when I called to get a quote for my windshield replacement. She was very helpful and thorough and very kind and pleasant. Tyler was my tech who replaced my windshield and did a fantastic job. Because my car has the safety feature lane detection. He had to calibrate that feature after the windshield was replaced. I would definitely recommend this company.
