The alternator on our van broke down the day before Christmas Eve. The on-duty manager was amazing. Not only did she help us find the part we needed, but she took time out of her day to give us a ride back to our hotel. We had previously walked 40 minutes one way. I cannot say enough about the service here!

I have a 23-year-old jeep I am slowly restoring. I've spent several hundred dollars on parts over the past 2 years. I've been well pleased with the price and quality of everything I've gotten from O'Reilly's. If they don't have something in stock (rare), they've been able to get it by the next day. Just as important, the employees have been knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I will continue to make all of my automotive purchases from them.

I had to buy a battery quickly and found that the battery called for in the guides did not fit. I think I may just have an odd duck Nissan Rogue as a little research later shows the same wrong size battery is called for at other stores such as Walmart and Advanced Auto Parts.I was on my way to an event and needed the battery badly. Randy went above and beyond to match up the right size battery and installed it in record time. He was very friendly, got me back on the road and just made my day in general. Thanks Randy!

Install your wiper blades hanging half off and sell you the wrong parts. Will give you a refund but the extra hassle of having to return the item due a mistake which could have been avoided is frustrating. Especially with the extra price you have to pay you would expect quality service.

Very detailed and clear spoken, helped carry my parts that were very heavy and put them in papercovers to keep the car clean.On their jobs!

My son and I stopped by this location to return some parts and something told me to check my receipt thank God I did it I would have been taken for $150 dollars. I point it out to the associate and they refunded me the correct amount even though the associate was reluctant to make it right, and proceeded to accuse my son of stealing a $3 dollar item that was on the counter with our other items waiting to be checked out. We will not be back at this location, or another O'REILLY's store. #nostarrating #DISRESPECTED

I came here for specific and specific sized fittings for brake lines and after talking to a cashier I feel as if they gave me what they felt like I needed and not what I asked for. Cashier tried giving me the wrong style fittings, then gave me the wrong size, then when I asked for other fittings they tried telling me "I should already have them"?...luckily I ended up talking to a different cashier that gave me exactly what I asked for, with no questions asked. Can't imagine I will be back unless I necessarily have to, & remember to check your parts before leaving the store.

I called and gave the employee the vehicle spec and was given the wrong part how hard is it to make sure the correct parts are given this is twice I would highly recommend any other place honestly

Great customer service guy was really helpful was looking for oil cap didn't have any in stock. but had the seal to fix the old one. Offered to pay wouldn't take it.

Didn't want to charge/check my battery when I mentioned the price was high and I could get it less expensive at Walmart. But, they were very nice about it.

between all the parts store's we have in London & there's a plenty O'Reilly is usually the cheapest & it's not because of cheap parts that break on the ride home, call & compare prices you'll find the same brand that other's have cost more & the staff will help you with your car if it's something small, what am I talking about them guy's may change a transmission for ya, lol

A few minutes after I walked through the door I was asked if I needed help and then the gentleman that helped me actually gave me a little more of a discount since I purchased 2 of the items that I bought. Thank you so much I appreciate it to that gentleman.

I once knew the whole crew from the manager to the low Man.. now I don't know anyone . But the experience I had today with my windshield wipers and the young man that helped I was happy with the results ........

Good selection of tools. I've been doing business with Advance for years now but this place has a better selection of tools. Understaffed today so minus 1 star for that.

Like this auto parts store only problem I've had with this place is when my husband called about a part and they didn't have it but said they could order it. Ok.. So my son was getting of work and stopped by to get the part they ordered well they apparently didn't finish their ordering process because they didn't have the part because it wasn't ordered. Wow!
