I recently purchased a set of Goodyear Tires from here, I arrived for my appointment and my truck was immediately processed. The tire replacement was timely and the waiting room accomodations were nice.The staff was friendly and professional.

The team at London Tire is great. They have worked on 4 project vehicles and have had no concerns or complaints.Next time you are considering auto repairs, try them, you won't be disappointed.

I made an appointment and went in to have my tires checked before a trip, air pressure checked, adjusted if necessary, warning light reset, etc. They never charged me a penny. When I need new tires, I ll remember this.

I have shown up at this place twice without an appointment with something in my tire. Both times, I received a warm greeting and even though they were busy, they got me right in and my wait was less than 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!!

They replaced my tire free of charge after a big blow out accident after I had bought a whole new set from them. I even got free lug nuts from them. Great service and super friendly Folks!

These gentlemen are A+ when it comes to alignment and steering components! Also anything small like sensor, window motors, headlights, etc they do it.They only thing they don t do is big engine work. Such as intake swaps, injectors, oil pumps, headers, etc.

While traveling from Tennessee had car trouble. Upon referral from AAA KY for a new battery contacted London Tire Center who had the battery and upon arriving took care of us immediately and got us back on the road home. Thank you for your great service!

This placed is great with superior service. My car was at another shop over 2 weeks with nothing repaired. Brought it to london tire and it was repaired quickly. Billie and Matt was very nice and informant, very helpful and honest. My vehicle will always be going here for now on. Highly recommend.

Professional, friendly and great price on tires. Very satisfied with my tire purchase. Dropped my vehicle off to get a set of 4 tires put on and got it back promptly and was charged less than quoted. Pleased doing business with the friendly people at London Tire. I recommend them to anyone who needs tires.

After being stranded in Kentucky for 2 days, my vehicle was towed to London Tire Center where we were greeted with a smile. They were able to order the needed part and get me on my way within the specified time. The waiting room was super clean and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly. Thanks again for getting me on my way home again.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the all weather tires London Tire sold us. Staff there showed me several different tires and explained their recommendation. The next week an ice storm hit our area, and the tires gave us exceptionally good traction. Thanks for making our drive safer!

Been here twice!! Once to get power steering fluid leaked checked charged me $50 to say i had no leak only to get it home and it was still leaking. second time to pay $22 to patch a tire only to wake up tire flat again for them to tell me i must have ran over another nail when the car had never moved. then told me to wait about 2 hours. terrible place they have no idea what they are doing!!

Terry and the gang at London Tire do an excellent job of making sure your vehicle is EXACTLY the way it should be. ALOT of places try to rip you off with repairs you DON'T need. NOT AT LONDON TIRE....they will repair your vehicle and make it right NO MATTER WHAT and at an affordable price. They are the nicest people and go out of their way to make you...the customer....VERY HAPPY! I have been going to them for years and they ALWAYS make me happy and they will you too.

I highly recommend this business to everyone! We are on our way home from a Florida trip and coming down Jellico Mt. our Hub bearing went out. We checked online reveiws and saw that London Tire Center was highly recommended and now, we know why. They got us back on the road in about an hour and half!! They're also very affordable. Thank you, London Tire Center.. we are very appreciative for your help!

I took my truck in because of a concern with the steering and they took it back immediately and inspected it and told me there was nothing wrong but there was service bulletin about the issue and it was because of a change in the recommend tire pressure they aired the tires up to the correct pressure and said this will fix your problem and when I asked how much I owed they said not a thing so I can say I highly recommend London tire for your mechanical needs

What ever happened to people that wanted to work for a living? I started working when I was 13 and I'm 51 now. This is THE DAY AFTER Thanksgiving. The only business day I have off work that I can handle business besides 2 days after Christmas. I have $1400.00 and I need a set of 37X15 tires. How can I take care of business when businesses take every opportunity to lock the doors and ignore the working man. They all advertise their need to help working man. But they all look for any reason to lock out the working man

Went for wheel alignment. Tech said it couldn't be done without replacing " bad" tierod ends. Left with nothing done, went straight to mechanic that I trust, he said tierod ends were fine and seemed practically new!! So tired of these places trying to rip me off!! On top of that, i am disabled and couldn't get out of my vehicle, tech said that would also affect alignment service!! Terrible, terrible experience and will not return !! Tech also couldn't focus on task cause he couldn't stop looking at his phone!! Again, TERRIBLE experience and WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND!!

Was traveling from Orlando to Toledo when my car, 1996 Toyota, began to overheat. It was near to 5pm and no one is open late. I had gotten some suggestions for the morning. My first stop was Laurel repairs where Jeff suggested I go to London Tire, as he would not be able to get to me, but suggested London Tire would have the staff to get a job diagnosed and done quickly. He was right! I showed up without an appointment and they were able to get me in sooner than stated. The diagnosis and were repairs done correctly and reasonably. Took it in about 8:30am and was on the road about noon. Thank you Jeff for being honest that you could not help me at your shop that day and for recommending me to London Tire. Thank you to the entire friendly and helpful front staff and garage crew at London Tire!

These guys are solid they fixed my kinked brake line right away at no charge. I will drive the 40 miles for them to work on my truck.
