Purchased my Altima new in 2018. The staff has always been friendly every time that I have had to have it serviced.I recently had an issue with my air flow control panel. This is the first time that my vehicle has had to be serviced for anything other than routine maintenance. I was able to get an appointment scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The service department was able to get my issue fixed very quickly. Terry was my advisor and he is always polite and helpful!I absolutely would recommend legacy Nissan in London to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

It was my first experience with this Nissan service department and it was a great experience. It was just an oil change but it was very reasonably priced or even cheaper than the quick change places! Very nice and professional people who gave me some additional mechanical recommendations without trying to up-sell. I'll be back for any other service I need.

Mr. Gilmore was very pleasant, and communicative to my repair progress. The vehicles problem was transitory and couldn t be replicated. I picked up my vehicle and the service was no charge.Very positive experience.Thank you.

Legacy Nissan provided exceptional communication and customer service! I was super happy with John Gallaher who kept me informed daily on the progress of the engine replacement. He also was the intermediary between the me and the warranty company! I will not trust anyone but Legacy Nissan and John to handle all of my future maintenance and repairs! Great job!!

Went to have a bunch of scheduled maintenance done and it didn t take much time at all. The service staff were very informative and professional in discussing my concerns. As a customer, they have always taken care of me. Highly recommended.

It has been a great experience with Legacy Nissan in London Ky, I bought a new car 2024 Nisan Altima and just took it back for an oil change and tire rotation, I have been impressed with the service and employee's.

Loved fact that with all they done to my truck, IE, oil change, engine air filter change, and flushed out all my brake fluid system and replaced with new fluid that it didn't take all day long.
