Great mechanics and great people at Laurel Service Center. They really went above and beyond when I broke down on 75. Got me back on the road the same day. Even took me to a restaurant to get lunch while I waited. The whole crew was very nice, and very professional.

OK so a friend got arrested and they towed her car. I go there and the lady says our fee is $150 . I said it less than a mile from here where you picked it up can you call the boss. So she calls the boss and he says "Oh I want $200 on that tow" she tells me and I call him. I said sir it's nine tenths of a mile tow. He says " Well that girl has alot of stuff in the car so I'm sure she will want her car and stuff and she was intoxicated but I guess I can do $150. " So what does the fact she was intoxicated and has her clothes and personal items in the car have to do with anything is wh I want to know !! Fact is he took advantage of her being arrested and the fact she had nice clothes and personal belongings in the car to raise the tow bill $50 above standard price and then come down to regular price of $150 even tho it should have been less because it was a less than a mile tow . Nothing more than price gouging and extorting someone. Her being asleep and intoxicated in her car "Not driving " is for the court to work out not him to enrich himself by elevating the price of the tow bill. JUST PLAIN CROOKED BUSINESS !!!! AVOID AT ALL COST YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. As I was leaving a customer was complaining about their bill being more than was quoted. And I've heard at the gas station he is known for shoddy work and adding unwarranted cost to bills. I for one can attest to the last one.

The folks at this local garage are the friendliest and most helpful people you could hope to meet!! My VW van broke down in London, KY over the Memorial Day Weekend leaving me 500 miles from home. Jeff the owner and tow truck driver picked me up, took me to another garage to get a repair estimate and when that didn't work, towed my van and trailer to his lot, allowed me to store it there for several days while I finished my vacation and arranged for towing back home. Jeff even helped me load my van and gear into the U-Haul trailer for transport home. I can't thank Jeff and his crew enough for the help and kindness they provided to a stranded traveler. If you need car help in London KY, call this shop first!!!

The owner and tow truck guy is really down to earth and a good guy. However he has son in law is running the repair center. This is not the place to take something if you are in hurry. The son in law over thinks every task making a simple 2 hr job take a few days. To bad jeff the owner doesnt still work on stuff.

I am SO THANKFUL for Jeff and his company. I struck a deer on US 80, and Jeff happened to pass by the scene and turned around and came over to check on me, he was so kind, and reassuring that I was okay and everything was okay. I know he was working over on a Sunday evening to help me and I am so thankful. Jeff was professional and looked over my vehicle and ensured I did not drive it and he helped me by towing it down to his shop and gave me a lift to my destination. I would highly recommend Laurel Service Center. Their customer service, professionalism, and timely manner makes them very reputable. Our car broke down way over in Beattyville,an hour away. Jeff went and hauled it back for us at a very reasonable rate. I won't give my business to anyone else?!!

My 2016 Nissan Rogue broke down and had to be towed in,So I called Laurel Service Center and Jeff came and picked me up asked where I would like it towed too,Legacy Nissan I said absolutely not they were the ones who was supposed to have fixed it! He said that his guys could look at it so he took it to his shop,they worked on it for 2 days chasing chasing down wires till they found the problem, They were So nice and only charged me for a few hours and the tow bill! They were very friendly and kind,knowledgeable, truly caring people, they told me if it broke down again just give them a call and they would tow it in and work on it at no cost to me! You can't ask for better than that!!! Legacy Nissan sure didn't tell me that when it was their mistake for leaving a screw lose from the transmission that they were supposed to have rebuild and when I called them and took it back they told me it was bad gas! No it was negligence on there behalf! NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE A VEHICLE THERE TO BE SERVICED! I highly recommend this Shop!

Yes, they towed my car, also to a mechanic that they recommended. I can't Thank them enough for looking out for me. Someone they just met and was willing to recommend a Good and cheaper mechanic. Thanks Jeff

While traveling from Michigan to South Carolina, my truck broke down. I had it towed to Laurel Service Center and it arrived just before they were closing. They got the truck in immediately and stayed there for a couple hours trying to diagnose the problem and help get me back on the road. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple fix like a sensor or a vacuum hose like they had hoped. They determined it was the fuel pump and got to work on it first thing in the morning. When they finished and we settled up, I was pleasantly surprised at how fair they were with their charges. The work came with a lifetime warranty on the part and two years on the labor and can be honored anywhere in the country. These are very honest, hard working people that I would highly recommend. I only wish they were located closer to me so I could use them as my regular shop. Thank you all very much!!

Yesterday afternoon my truck broke down on I-75. I called the Laurel Service Center and within 30 minutes, their tow truck arrived and took me to their shop. I explained to Jordon the shop owner that I was heading home to Indiana and was hoping to have my truck repaired today. He immediately diagnosed and repaired my truck at a very fair price. They are very nice people to work with. If you are broke down on the Interstate, I recommend that you call them!

The service is good, quick, and reasonably priced. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I've been using their service for over a year and a half now and will continue to be a loyal customer. They treat people right.

I used Laurel Auto Service for the first time. I would highly recommend this shop based on their prices( i was expecting to pay twice or more what I was charged), excellent customer service and high quality work - this will be my go to place for vehicle repair.

Does good work but bo one seems to be on the same page there. Will tell you one price and when you pick you car up it will be higher. Mine was more than $200 over what was quoted to me for the same exact parts and labor. Minor work is great and will refuse a job if they think it is difficult or no one there just dont wonna do it and refer u somewhere else. If you go i recommend you take or go get your own parts and talk to the same fuy everytime. No matter what. So u dont get amy pricing surprises. Jordan is the guy that makes your bill and seems very knowledgeable. I recommend him.
