Absolutely outstanding service! We were traveling through town and we had to junk our current car on their advice (bad transmission) they did a pre purchase examen on the car will will be buying and didn't charge us a thing only said if we come back through town to come back and see them with any problems they also do towing and you can get ahold of them any time of day or night will most definitely recommend to everyone nice and honest people with fare rates what more could you ask for they also help out a lot of travelers so if you are coming through town and need anything this is the place to go!

As we were traveling to Tennessee. My car ended up getting a hole in the gas tank. Luckily it was convenient for me that a hotel and repair center was very close. My car was towed to the shop on Sunday. They kept in contact with me to let me know the update. We still finished our trip. They made sure to keep us posted. My car was fixed and repaired by Friday. I highly appreciate the time and effort to make sure that we got back to Michigan. Thank you guys so much. Back home safe.

The power steering pully and radiator belt broke off my Jeep on a road trip to the NC mountains on I75. Called and they sent a tow immediately! They fixed my Jeep while we rented a car as we still had a 4 hour drive to our destination & Mandy from the office even graciously gave us a ride to the car rental as they had no employees to drop it off. All of the gentlemen in the shop, Jeremy, the mechanic, as well as Jeff, the tow truck driver, and Mandy all treated us as if we were family! Offered us bottled water once we arrived and even offered to pick up lunch for us! I've been in customer service for over 35 years and I must say, this is THE BEST Customer Service I've ever received!!! Laurel Auto Service is an HONEST company with HONEST employees!! I HIGHLY recommend using them if you're ever in need!! Thank you SO much from all of The Travelers!!! Mandy even texted me to ensure we all arrived home safely! Towed my truck AND my horse trailer to the shop. Super nice, professional, and very experienced. Made the experience of an unpleasant breakdown much better!

If I could leave 10 stars I would . The guys there were so nice && very helpful. We got stuck in the middle of our road trip and the guys here were able to at least give us advice on what to do && still took a look at our car.Thank you so much again

Was recommended to this place by a co worker and I needed my rotors turned, so I took them off myself and drove down. For $20 to turn 2 rotors you can t beat that price, 10/10 would recommend.

Running into car problems on a road trip, they answered the phone at 9 pm and talked us through what to do. They were able to look at the car the next morning.
