Originally just made an appointment for undercarriage protection. But then made a phone call the day before to see if I can get bed protection done too. They did both, great work! God bless you all!

Put my Reece hitch on in less than an hour for $50. Other shops around town wanted $100 to $250 with 8 hours to wait. Staff was very helpful with info about accessories for my vehicle

Ordered some accessories for my suv from them and they installed them guys were nice and knowledgeable reasonable prices I will be back ordered more parts restrooms were clean they treat you right

As with a lot of business dealings during this time, we agreed on one price and it wound up quite a bit more. I will say that I believe in the long run I got a better deal although I spent money that I didn't really want to spend. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and great mechanics. Even with that being said I will continue doing business with them, just make sure whatever quote you get for whatever service you get have it in writing.

Very professional service, the staff are wonderful and very informative my truck looks amazing and sounds terrific couldn't ask for more highly recommended 5 stars03/25/2024Just had a level kit and new tires installed at KY Truck WorX London formally Line X I have to say with deep regret I m very disappointed I was charged 300.00 for a 50.00 dollar level kit from rough country even the upgraded version is just 140.00 dollars I was under the impression that install is at no cost I can see why as it s not listed on my receipt. On top of that I requested 35/12.50 Nitto Ridge grappler tires which I got but the wrong size 295/70 I also was under the impression that s what I would get. Like I said very disappointed as I have done lots of business with them and spent probably 3000.00 in total not including this last purchase I really hate to write this as I really like the guys there and I guess I should have looked closer before I left that day but didn t feel the need to as from past experiences I ve learned my lesson

I bought a truck and the previous owner had a 5th wheel put in here, I brought it back because the owner had put it in wrong. They not only put the 5th wheel back together and showed me the proper way to take it out and re-install it but done it for free! These people are awesome!

What a wonderful local business this is! I ordered a car top carrier for my car, and I pulled in on a beautiful Friday afternoon at 4:55 (they close at 5:00 pm) to pick it up. Despite it being right at closing time, they have it back there installing it as I type this. What wonderful customer service and it s so very appreciated!

Every interaction I had there was great and each person was genuine. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Personally watched the owner attend to something that wasn't working as it should. Did so for an hour to ensure customer left with what was expected. Even arranged transport so I could take my son to have some fun down the road while we waited for our service (which turned out perfect.) I am happy to have done business with them and plan to continue doing so. Thank you all for your wonderful service and treatment of others. It is an example for others to follow.

Great service, had an issue with my lights after they installed my air bags, they stayed in touch with me while I had my dealer check it out, turned out the switch was bad. No fault of Linex, honest group of people there I'll be back.

Very nice waiting room curtious staff. I had spray in bedliner took about 4 hrs. Awesome product, very professional and looks perfect. Would recommend anybody that needs any kind of aftermarket add on to go there.

Great service! Dropped off my truck around 830am. Came back after lunch and drove it home with a new line x bed liner. Great job and would definitely return to this shop.

These guys went above and beyond on a Friday at 430 pm. They stayed and help me install a new brake box on my truck. I just bought a new trailer and my factory brake box stopped working. They helped me and stayed to put a new working contoller. Can't Say thank you enough. Very Nice guys and Owner!!

The staff are extremely pleasant.anf knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate on the time it would take to do the work on my truck, they were finished much sooner. They went over everything with me and thanked me for my business.
