Ricky the owner and his staff did an excellent job on my truck. My turbo went out and he fixed it quickly and had us back rolling. I loved the fact of how he stays in touch and updated me on the progress of the truck. He also took the time to explain what he found and let us know about a few other issues, we did not know about. He has great prices, which is definitely appreciated with today's climate. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services again.

One of my trucks had a cracked brake shoe, and a rusted hole in brake chamber, and we were downed at the scale, and always nervous about road calls. So I called this place. It had good reviews, and they did not disappoint me. Quick, and very reasonably priced. I always appreciate people like this. So many shops try and gouge you because they know they can.

Owner Rick goes above and beyond for his customers!!! He is a previous owner operator! He offers reasonable pricing, knowledgeable staff, they are quick and efficient! March 9, 2022Woke up that morning truck was died I got it jumped off, went maybe 2 miles truck engine light came on twice n I pulled it over in the weight station on 75 south in London Ky pop hood both belts broke and pulley broke as well. I called these people told them what happened gave the vin etc and came out within 25 mins to fixed my problem. I also had 3 other problems the owner stated I m the best in the city down from the border of Kentucky to Lexington ky , I m not expensive my work speaks for its self, I m here to help drivers by any means to get them back on the road as soon as I can right there I knew I found another shop I can depend on.Owner stated I got everything you needed motor mounts, kingpins & steer tires. I can also put you in a hotel as well. Also told me I ll get you back on the road on Friday march 10,2023 by no later than 5pm.Hehe this owner means business whatever he say he gone do HE GONE DO N STAND BEHIND HIS WORDS!!!!!!!!!Drivers idc what you need if your truck breaks down contact these guys but upfront & don t lie they will get you taken care of.Also labor rate is good. Just wish parts wasn t so high but they will still do their best to give you the best price n not rob you like big shop dealers will.I ll definitely come back for more business.Thank you Mr. Rick stand up guy all around!!!!!!!!

Tried telling me you couldn't tighten up the pittman arm. Wanted to sell me a new one after having me wait more than 12 hrs before he would come out. Called all pro and they came right out and tightened up the pittman arm and handled a few things. Got me going faster than 12 hrs or more.highly recommend. Update: not true it doesn't need to be replaced. My own shop at home even confirmed it. The bolt was just a tiny bit lose where it was barely noticeable. Tightened it up good to go that's all it needed.

Never in the history of roadside semi repair has there been better service! Kentucky put us OOS for a gashed tire at the weigh station. B&R was out and had the tire changed within an hour and a half. We are so appreciative, we can keep our schedule and just get back to it. Thank you so much! If only more roadside calls went like this.

Excellent service. We called the shop, they said we could come right in. They confirmed that we had a broken spring. When the part was not at a local shop the owner drove off to find one. He found the last one in town and had it installed immediately. The whole adventure took only an hour and a half. I highly recommend this shop.

Highly recommend! We were traveling through on our way back from a fishing trip and the bearings went out on the boat trailer. We were able to make it to the shop and they got us squared away and back on the road quickly. Thanks guys!

The best roadside service I have ever experienced as a truck driver, coolant hose broke off and I was stranded, within 45 min Rick was there and replaced everything so I can get back on the road! Thank you Sir!
