Clean. Modern. Bright. Looks like new. Care !!!!! and attention beyond reasonable expectations. Service Service Service....!!!Right from the moment you walk in Sharon makes sure you know that this place cares about taking care of you. And they do....They really do...Anthony is awesome too and so is the lady who takes care of Breakfast. These folks are outstanding....For me it always comes down to the people.I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and not felt this level of genuine care.Noteworthy details: Exceptional value..

Very pleasant experience! Clean hallways, rooms, everything. Wonderful service. Comfortable room. Location convenientRooms: Clean. Comfortable. Well laid out.Nearby activities: Habaneros was within walking distant and very good Mexican foodFood & drinks: Complimentary breakfast was sufficient and good. Staff is very friendly. Eating area is large and clean

Great overnight stay while traveling to Atlanta. Stephanie greeted us with a smile at 1:30 am. Quickly checked us in and wished us safe travels. Room was exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable. Morning staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious!We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great place to stay. The rooms are very nice. The television was large with lots of channels and options. The breakfast was really good.Rooms: Very nice with great tv.Food & drinks: Nice breakfast with good food

Had a great time here very knowledgeable and friendly staff.we enjoyed a great breakfast thier to we could not have had better experience anywhere else.they we great .Rooms: Very clean roomsFood & drinks: We had continental breakfast before and this one wS way beyond the others especially the omeletsNoteworthy details: Very friendly staff approachable knowledgeable we will stay here agin in the future

Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was a 3.5/5. Not what I ve had at other Marriott brand hotels. Quality wasn t the same but still ok for a free meal.Rooms: Nice well maintained.

Just passing through while traveling and this was a great place to stop and get some rest before getting back on the road. The staff was really friendly yet professional, the facilities were very clean, the beds were so comfortable, perfect shower pressure, and breakfast was amazing! Will stay again.Noteworthy details: They even had breakfast bags to go

Great service.I used our app to check in prior to arrival as we had been driving all day with our kids and arriving late. They were able to send me our mobile key and room number so we didn t even have to use the front door. Carried our sleeping kids in the back door with our mobile key.We had asked a roll away bed be in our room for arrival which it was.Complimentary breakfast served in the morning and had the best waffles!Good spot for a quick stay.

My 5yo asked how many stars they have, and said "I hope it's five, because they do a good job!" I agree- we've stayed at this location many times and been very happy with our experiences here.Unfortunately, our kids have outgrown the rooms here (two queen room, no couch- 3 kids)- we wish there were larger room options so we could stay here more often!Walkability: Plenty of food options within walking distance, and a trampoline park next door if you're traveling with kids.

One of the best customer experiences I've ever had. At around 3am I was passing through on the way home after being in Florida. After a long day of driving we had a tire blow out and needed somewhere to stay. After hearing what happened they offered us a great deal on a room. After arriving the woman at the front desk was extremely nice. She offered us whatever drink from the fridge that normally costs money for free and was very kind. The next morning we ended up needing a tow truck and they let us hangout there until 4pm even though we checked out at 11. The woman that morning was very nice also. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I have not a bad word to say about this hotel. Extremely impressed!

It is one of the better hotels for the location. They didn't get 5 stars because their WiFi is sporadic, especially late night through the early morning hours. Breakfast served daily 6 - 10AM, indoor pool, mini gym, and outdoor patio can be found here. No pets allowed, not my rule, but theirs.Nearby activities: Trampoline park located directly behind them.Food & drinks: Cant go wrong with free breakfast.

Nice place but microwave and TV didn't work. As we arrived late we couldn't be bothered informing the desk clerk. The next morning at check out an unsmiling desk attendant refused to make eye contact with me during the process. When I informed the lugubrious fellow about the broken TV and microwave he said nothing and simply handed me the receipt. Given that I had a 12 hour drive ahead of me I chose not to ruin the morning by getting into it with him. For $200 a night I got the Motel 6 desk experience.

Our room looked clean and welcoming till I looked at the toilet. It was definitely dirty! Enough that I decided to call room service only to find that the room phone didn't work! After talking with them at the desk they said the only thing they could do was give me extra points. That was disappointing. I have them a 4 star because they came up and cleaned the toilet. But that experience blew my confidence in Marriott! For all of their hotels I've stayed in this was a first. So my odds are very good.

Excellent accommodating hotel. Got late checkout w/no problem and slept in a beautifully comfortable suite. I d say this is a good hotel to show the attributes of the brand and what we are accustomed to expecting from Marriott. Really friendly staff as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel! The concierge, Stephanie, went above & beyond to help us get a room late last night when we got too tired to drive and had to stop for the night. I'm allergic to feather pillows and when I let her know and asked if I could bring in my own pillow, she went to the room and replaced the feather pillows with foam pillows. No one has ever offered to do that for me, before. Her demeanor is excellent when dealing with the public and this hotel is clean and very nice, it's only 4 years old, as well. We were so comfortable & slept so well. That bed!!! Felt so great sinking into those pillows and driftng off to sleep. Will stop here again, for sure!

When traveling through Kentucky again we will definitely stay at this hotel! It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and all staff were very friendly! There was no hair dryer in our room so I asked the front desk about possibly getting one. She told me there should be one in the room. They delivered one within 5 minutes. Also, the carpeting and furnishings seemed to be updated. I highly recommend!!

Excellent in cleanliness & comfy beds!! Great group of hotel staff! The lady taking our reservation, the check in, breakfast, cleaning lady in hall and check out was extremely pleasant! This hotel is a halfway point for our traveling and we will definitely come here from now on no more searching the internet trying to find a room by reading all the reviews, we have a place to stay now! it seems as if it was a brand new hotel but we found out it was a couple years old they are really keeping this place nice there was even a person cleaning up the parking lot! Parking lot was well lit also during the night no reason to worry about your car and trailer being parked in the lot.

It had been a really long day on the road. We were ready to be off the road when we stopped in and met Sharon. She is such an asset to this property that I cannot complete the review without mentioning her kindness and good cheer. My husband and I knew immediately we'd be staying there. Great property, very comfortable and the nicest of our 3 night journey to WI.

Drove up for flood relief. Arrived late with early departure. After speaking with front desk a woman overheard me and offered her room. She paid a few mins prior and needed to unexpectedly leave. She was from Columbus, OH. Unbelievable gesture. The staff didn t complain or try and roadblock. We were handed keys and went to room. Can t thank them enough.
