Had a wonderful experience! John, the salesman was very professional. There was no stress at all. In fact, it was a really enjoyable experience. I appreciate John and Camping World in London, KY for the whole experience. I wouldn t hesitate to do it again.

Every dollar spent here is like stomping cash in a pile of sewer freshly leaked from a black tank sold by Camping World - as it will leak... Paid 57K for a used motorhome that has continued to have major issues with septic and water leaks - things you can't test during a delivery walk through. The first time I pulled the lever on the black tank the entire pipe came lose creating the aforementioned sewage pile. The kitchen faucet leaked. The fresh water tank overflowed continuously. The shower leaked from the roof and doors. Two weeks later I offered to buy a new one from them just not have to deal with timing, cost and hassle of the issues. They offered me just over half what I paid them only 2 weeks after rolling off their lot - citing "market changes". When you read all these negative reviews... believe them. I paid them $1100 out of pocket to fix the the issues they missed as of course the warranty I purchased from them is full of exclusions. In fairness to them the warranty did pay to replace the toilet and the water pump. And Daniel in service is awesome.Unfortunately, The repairs they did on the tanks, faucet, and shower failed immediately so now I have to take it back for more work. Who knows how much that will cost.I have never felt more betrayed, stolen from, and defeated by a company I trusted. To buy here is to donate your hard earned money in hopes what you are buying does not leak from every pore. Somewhere, there is a bigger rip off. Just no idea where. Do yourself a favor and buy a room at the Marriott. Until this company gains an immense value for customers by committing to selling quality and standing behind it - every dollar spent here is like stomping cash in a pile of sewer freshly leaked from a black tank sold by Camping World - it will leak...

My husband and I just purchased a 2024 east to West 26KRB and this is our first RV purchase. Daniel was the best salesman we could ve asked for!! He was so patient and helpful with us as we had lots of questions and looked at several before deciding on the one we bought. Samuel managed our financing and was very helpful and got us the deal we wanted. Scott did an excellent job showing us all the details about our RV and answered all of our questions. Larissa helped us to find and purchase all of the accessories we needed and wanted. Camping world is a scam. This was a purchase that just hit 6months. I reached out in regards to my concerns. Why were we sold on a good condition camper? When we did the tour I continuously asked if there were any issues or problems with the camper and was told no by manager as well as the maintenance guy. Turns out we pull the back panel off the back frame and the whole frame is deteriorating. There s no way in just 6 months this wood deteriorated. When reached out we were told it was our fault for not sealing the roof lap seal. Don t shop here!!!

Brooke was so sweet and patient, making this purchase a breeze! Her infectious smile and eagerness to help me find just what I wanted was refreshing. Sam in finance, helped me get the absolute best deal and was patient with all my questions. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10!

Dwight was an amazing salesman, he listen to what we needed. He showed the campers we seen online and was very honest about each one of the campers. He showed a new camper which we were not looking for new but he found us one that had all the things we wanted. He was very honest easy to talk too, and very knowledgeable. I would suggest to anyone go to London and buy a camper from Dwight. Just a great person.

Came in looking for a camper van for costal adventures and was very pleased with the help and information given to me by the sales rep Dwight Reed. Not only was he knowledgeable about the overall amenities and features that the 2024 Thor model was equipped with; but he was also knowledgeable in informing of what all I needed to due registration and licensing wise.If you re looking for any type of camper I would highly recommend seeking out and asking for Dwight. He will not lead you astray!

Had a major setback arise with our camper refrigerator 3 days before a 2 week trip. We tried everything to get the unit to work; but nothing seemed to help. I called to get a service scheduled with Daniela - She checked her calendar and was moving things around to get us squeezed in on our way through - She was very helpful and informative through the whole process. After a few hours of finding our paperwork and information and trying another reset the refrigerator started working properly. I called back and let Daniela know - She wasn't pushy or rude because the problem was fixed - She still took the proper time to explain our paperwork, repair agreements, and what a repair scenario with their department would look like. I am SO IMPRESSED with how professional she was in the way she treated me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and Customer Service through this chaotic inconvenience with our camper. ~JR~

Absolutely terrible. Told the people inside that I wanted something under $20,000 and under 30 foot with a bunkhouse. Preferably used and they should me 3 campers one at $28,000 used and the others had no bunkhouse. Not friendly at all and over priced. Will never return

We went several times just looking as we had a camper but wanted a toy hauler after we ended up worth a golf cart. Our salesman was Scott and he did a wonderful job showing us what their system said was a match for us. We wasn t thrilled with the camper that their system picked so we kept looking. We found one at camping worlds Georgetown location. We contacted Scott on Friday put a small deposit on Saturday and they had our unit on site on Monday. We picked up on Wednesday. The entire team did a wonderful job except for Kevin a guy in the accessories shop was complete and total waste with no personality. We went back in on Saturday and purchase a hitch and sway system as we didn t want to drill holes and again Scott was very helpful and made sure we got what we needed. The finance guy Samual was great to deal with and open with the numbers. The tech that walked us through was Ethan and he did a great job as well. We are now on our first trip in Nashville with our new camper and are having a super time. Thanks Scott we appreciate all you have done.

Went to the service desk with part in hand of what I needed replaced. Two men and two women (one of which was on phone with customer) none of the remaining three service members even acknowledged I was standing there. All were buried in the computer screen but they all could see me standing there for sure. A simple I ll be with you in just a moment would ve went a long way with me but no one cared enough to speak. After about 8 minutes one guy finally asked what he could help me with and I showed him the part. He led me to an isle where there was a replacement (which I already seen but wasn t the same color finish) basically chucked it at me and walked off! Rudest people I ve ever dealt with at an establishment of that caliber! I ll order parts online before I d ever give them another dollar of my money!

My first interaction with Kolton he was suppose to put me on an appointment list and failed to do so. He also told me he would be there and help me find the camper. He failed to do all of that. Nate at camping stepped up to help and he went above and beyond. I give Nate a 5 star but Kolton failed. I told them I did not want Kolton doing any of my credit due to the lord he had told me and I wanted Nate to get all the credit.

We were under the impression that all Camping World locations offer overnight camping facilities for Good Sam members. Sadly, this facility does not offer this convenience to their customers. Highly recommend Camping World in Georgetown, KY. for an overnight stay. Very quiet and electric hookup available. Note: limited hours only. Since it's a free service, we're fine with that.

We took our camper to this location to get some service completed. The service was completed in a timely manner and seems to be quality service, however when we picked up the camper, we were told that they lost our wheel chocks. When we asked what they were going to do, they said they were sorry and tried to provide us with one plastic chock replacement which is not the equivalent of what our chocks (2) were.When we called operations manager, he stated the same thing. He stated he was sorry and that he tried to give us one. We will not go back to this location and urge others not to as well due to the lack of customer service. I work in manufacturing and if I told a customer sorry for losing property, I would be fired.

Everyone who was working the service desk 2/17 at around 5pm were unhelpful and rude.They shrugged us off while trying to get help to fix something and told us to go to Lowe s. They had the parts we needed in an aisle but we wanted to make sure if it would fit. They couldn t care less about helping us. Disgusting service.

Ripoff. Sold me a used camper supposedly in great condition..charged a high price- they wouldn t budge one penny on. A few months later I go to sell it back to them, (didn t end up using it enough), and they said they would give me LESS THAN 50% what I paid for it! Said the seal was bad so that means they sold it to me with a bad seal. Total scam and the retail clerks in the store part are rude as well. Everybody stands around staring at you and nobody wants to wait on you. Sickening! NEVER AGAIN-BEWARE!

We met with Jamie, she was absolutely amazing! She knew what she was doing, asking all the important and relevant questions about what we were looking for. She showed us several different types of models from different manufacturers. She explained the pros and cons of each and talked in practical terminology for everyone to understand.We met with the manager which is normal and she was also extremely friendly. No one tried to push us into completing a credit application because we were not at that step in the process.I would most definitely recommend coming here, if you want it to be treated with respect and have a experience that's not pushing you into something, you've got to stop here!When we are ready to make a purchase, we will be coming back to this location, it was an absolute delight getting a tour of all the different units and discussing the pricing.

Wow. I bought a New 5th wheel from Camping World in London Ky. Brought it home and the next day I discovered that one of the slide-outs would not close tight. It has a 1 gap. It leaks water into the wall. I took back to them and their response was it is not covered under warranty! Slide outs should be adjusted annually. Ok mine is New. This seems like a tactic for making you feel stupid for not buying the Extended Warranty at the time of purchase. My suggestion, spend hours going over every detail before driving off their lot or purchase your trailer somewhere else. New trailers are treated as if they As is too bad you didn t see it before you drove off condition

Drove 2 hrs to this location, only to find all the campers locked. We don't know what we want until we see it. At other locations, you check in with ID or not and are able to look at all the campers unlocked without having to have a salesman with you every second. We were told it was because of insurance, but why not leave them unlocked and get people's identification like the Gtown location? That will definitely hurt your sales.
