In 2014, after driving aaallllll the way to Tennessee to look at 2 other Subarus, we pitstopped at Auto Connection after seeing that they had a rebuilt Forester close to our price range. Our ETA was after closing time, but we called and the gentleman that answered agreed to wait for us (I believe he was the owner's dad).We ended up buying that 2006 Subaru after he showed us photos of the previous damage and told us what he knew about the car. We were able to negotiate enough on the price that we bought it on the spot.Nearly a decade later, I'm still driving that car and have recommended this place numerous times so I thought I should write a review. Here's a photo from the day I bought it.

Bought a 2014 ram 1500 here. They were honest and upfront and even lowered the price for a part that needed to be replaced.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a truck as they had plenty to sell.

I bought my last vehicle from this place 4 years ago and I was going there looking for another. This in itself speaks about the dealer.They are honest people and if the vehicle was repaired to get it on the lot they will tell you that.I would recommend this dealer.

I have bought several vehicles from this car lot, and wouldn't deal with anyone else. They are the most straight up and honest car dealers you will ever find . If you're looking at any of the rebuilt vehicles, they can show you exactly what was wrong with them and who fixed them. They won't cut any corners on the rebuilds. Definitely the cheapest place I know of to buy a good used vehicle.Of course if I knew where to buy the same vehicle I was looking at for $5K cheaper, I would buy it from that place, and not call another lot about it, and then give a bad review because they told me I should buy it. Lol.

Overpriced. Terrible quality vehicles. Do not reccomend.Updated review: The guy who runs the place sold us a suburban last year. He knew we were expecting our third child and still sold us a vehicle that broke down after 1 trip from London to Corbin and back. We had put so much money into it and only had it for a month before we ended up selling it. It was extremely overpriced and a waste of time and money. Seriously do not reccomend.

I made a 2 hour trip to come see the car I was interested in and the dealer knew it. He sold it out from under me "10 minutes ago" before I got there. Great business. This one-man-show gives used car salesmen the stereotype that they have. The "lot" is in the owner's front yard. I should have known at that point I guess. If there is a positive, all of the full size trucks that he didn't sell out from under me seemed to be pretty nice.

The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We test drove one of his vehicles at least four times over a period of a couple weeks and he was patient and applied no pressure. We have purchased two vehicles from here since and would again! Thanks much...

Extemely rude and unprofessional. Overpriced a vehicle. I told them I found similar vehicles on the Internet for almost $5000 cheaper. They called me a liar saying that the trucks I found could not have had the 6.4 liter Powerstroke. When I told them they did and I could send them the weblink, I was told that I should just go buy one of those trucks and they hung up on me.

This car lot in my opinion is the best that London has to offer! These men are very professional and care about there customer! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this car lot!

Great buisness! Extremely nice people that will help you in any way possible! They have a ton of great options to look at that are nice and most importantly, dependable! Seriously suggest giving them a call for any vehicle needs!

They keep my $500 the truck I was going to but I was driving it and it started stinking really bad so I decided I would switch to a different vehicle but my dad has cancer so something comes up and I couldn't afford it and they would not give the money back and I really need it to help whit my dad I would never go back If I couldn't got the truck I'd put the payment down on I could understand but I couldn't get it because it was stink so bad so don't go there if u do don't put money down
