They charged us $785 for a few days storage, broke the undercarriage on a Honda Civic Hybrid, said they take cash only and refused to make change. A family of morally corrupt grifters.

If you need a tow contact this company. They were fast, efficient and courteous. They towed my motorcycle 100 miles so I could get new tires.

Our car was stolen out of another state and recovered the same night in KY around 11:30 pm. This service was called by police and they towed it to their yard. . They charged the $55 fee for the day even though it wasn't recovered until nearly the end of that day. We traveled 2 hrs to pick it up then found there were no keys in the car which they could've told us and saved us the expense and time of the 4 hr round trip. When we came back another day with a rented trailer to pick up the car, all windows were left down and it had poured rain inside ruining the interior. They could've thrown a tarp over it, but they apparently don't care about their customers. Unless you want to be charged $55 for a half hour of storage and have no care whatsoever taken of your car, I'd advise against using this service. I would expect a towing company to have some empathy for a paying customer whose car was towed through no fault of their own.Service: Car towing

We had a flat on I-75 and this company was the only company that came out to help. The 6 calls before Allen's said they were a 24 hour service company...that is false. So Thank You Allen's Towing for your time and help.
