Can t listen sold me front brakes when I said rear so hear I am after working 10 hours trying to put front pads on the rear of my car having to head to Ohio at 7am but can t leave now til way later bc they can t listen well enough to provide the correct part

They were really friendly & had everything I needed at a reasonable price.not only good prices it was really easy to locate . Wasn't busy so they had me In-N-Out in just a matter of minutes.So if you're looking for a Good place to get your automotive parts I highly recommend .~{ ADVANCE AUTO PARTS }~Drive Safe Everyone.

Poor customer service. Was not friendly and would not help me find what I needed. Stayed behind the counter looking at his cell phone. Worst customer service I've seen in a while.

Called asking for a part price, guy put me on hold for about 10-15 mins I was in the area so I stopped by was gonna ask in person, phone was ringing big guy named Darrel or Darnell was just loafing around the store which was the one who put me on hold by the voice. He was a smart elec and didn t bother to take his time when coming to the register either.

Excellent customer service. One of the associates volunteered to come out and test a couple of items on my car to diagnose the issue I was having! The associate properly diagnosed the issue and changed out the part for me! I was grateful for the assistance!

Poor customer service! Had brand new parts (never opened), with a receipt and tried to return. Supervisor stated store policy states that no refund can be give either in cash or returned back to Credit Card b/c it is past 45 days. Only a store credit. Amount was around $120. Not only was this against store policy but he did not even attempt to call corporate or anyone else to see what he could do. This was not the first instance of poor customer service. Some (not all) appear to mumble when they talk and act like they care a less you in there. I plan to take all future business across town. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

Im so thankful for Roman there.. He found me broke down after he got off work last friday & stopped & helped me.. He took the part off i had to replace & left me the tools to put it back on... I got my part 5 days later put it on & hand delivered his tools back to him in person & thanked him again.. Theres not many ppl that will loan there tools out to a stranger!!!!

I give this location a 1 star because you can't give them zero stars and do a review I have been to this store muipli times since it's the one closest to my house and Everytime they make it seem like they can't do their job or having me stand around for what seems like forever to just have a battery tested so know I drive the extra few miles to go to the other side of town advance because aleast they try and do their job to the fullest and will go above and beyond for the customers and the biggest thing that really t's me off is the fact that their lazy and nothing is ever being done about it well I have bit my tounge long enough

Went in due to an engine light being on. Store refused to check codes. Went to a competitor who gladly put code reader on car. Ended up being low voltage code. Competitor tested the battery and it ended up being bad. Purchased replacement battery from competitor and code cleared on its own. Won t shop here in the future since advance doesn t support the DIY guy.

Naught a belt and put it on and it was a hair to long so I went right back to get a smaller size and the same young boy that sold the first belt accused me of lying and buying a belt somewhere else and wouldn't exchange it for the smaller size because I didn't bring the sleeve and receipt back with me. Like I would lie over a 15$ belt. Lost a whole family of business and every other friend and person I can find.

I went and got a coil for a 92 mustang and come to find out it was my distributor never installed the coil found this out went to take it back and they would not let me said it was elictral and never took it out of box so they are on their way out I have talked to other people an they say Sam thing then I checked on a 2 dollar o ring and said they had to have money for it before they ordered it so if anyone trades thier I would go to Napa an see my old buddie Josh they will help u

They were able to order my part and get it in the afternoon and we're very accommodating.They had friendly staff and we're very helpful, definitely go here for parts.

If I had the choice I would give no stars. No one help and finally when they did was told they didn't feel like changing my battery maybe someone else would but the employee had time to be on his phone.

Slowest and most dishonest place I have done business with and are also way over priced there parts are junk I bought a blower motor from there December 16 2016 and it went out on November 20 2017 less than one year it had a lifetime warranty on it but they tried deny the warranty after I finaly proved it was under warranty they did replace it but said I only get 45 days on the new AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Was very unhelpful did not want to acknowledge the problem or be of help so why even hire employees at a Auto store about cars and vehicles if they don't even know nothing about it not how to work on them or anything them being grown "men" with no knowledge

Not a professional environment, employees spit dip in trashcan next to you while you're trying to look up parts. Would avoid this place. More friendly parts stores close by!

I ordered a part and was told the part would be there in the morning it arrived on time. (Part was paid for) i picked my part up to discover that it was not in the box! The manger was very friendly and he refunded my money. The issue was not with the store it's self but with the shipping from store to store.

Advance Auto is the other place they can order and get your part within the next day and at and their prices aren't bad either
