Update: This is still continuing to happen!! I will not be responsible if someone has an accident because my can is on the road!!!I ask, please put my garbage can back on my driveway, instead of in the road. I've had 2 different occasions where a passersby had to stop and get my garbage can off the road. Last week, I found it setting out like this. Thank you for your service, I do appreciate you guys, but please help me keep my roadway SAFE!! Thank you!

I started my service online and was told I would get a can in the next week. After not receiving my can I called and they said anywhere between 4-6 weeks. Fine I said I'll buy a can and place it by my county maintained gravel road. After not getting service on the day I was supposed to I called and was told that I needed to put my can 1 mile down the road with other cans to recieve service. That they do not drive down the road that ups/FedEx and dump trucks and others constantly drive through..They are a monopoly and there is no other service I can find around here. I refuse to drive my trash down the road a mile for service that could be done at the end of my driveway

I paid for their services on January 3rd 2024, 3 weeks later I called to inquire about my can as it had not been delivered yet. I was told by Kelly that they were short handed and it can take up to 6 weeks to get a can. So then I asked does my bill become due again 3 months after the can is dropped off to which she replied no it was from when I started my service with them. I am supossed to recieve a refund. They were actually gonna charge me for 6 weeks even though they weren't picking my trash up. What a freaking joke!!!!

Your crews do a great job in our neighborhood. They come early enough that my trash can isn t sitting out all day. The trucks don t make a lot of noise, which is also appreciated.

I now see why so many people around here burn their trash. This is the second time the trash company has refused to empty our cans. Doesn't a machine lift the trash into the truck? I watched them put it on there just fine last week. Pure laziness. Why pay for a trash service who won't pickup trash?

Waste connections is not dependable. They find ways at least one per billing cycle to not be able to access your Rd. Which is always bogus. This month they have missed the last two weeks saying the Rd wasn't clear but is has been clear. One week they were closed but they will not issue credit for weeks they do not pick up trash. Those weeks you pay for service that you do not get. If possible go with a different company.

Over Priced! High price point. My cancellation refund took 12 weeks via paper mail. Actual trash service is par. Trash will be picked up. They expect it to be bagged.

I want to thank the driver that runs Pepperhill area in London KY. It had been a stressful week and we forgot to roll our container to the curb. Our driver came up an got it for us. I never see the guys coming to my home but they get my garbage without any issues and I know driving up my road can be challenging. I just really appreciate them.

I have backdoor service. My driver never misses my pickup even though he must walk in to get it. It is wonderful to have someone so dependable!!!

I m not sure who comes and picks out trash but I wanted to tell them thank you. Our trash was picked up before we even woke up the day after Christmas and I was shocked! Thank you for a job well done.

I so Wish we had another trash pickup in the area. Waste connections prices just keep going up and the company itself it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone to talk too!!!!!! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!

My actual post on Waste Connects App practically begging them to do their job. This is just a normal weekly household garbage pickup. I m just making another entry asking for my trash to please be picked up. It s been over 3.5 weeks now and this is my 5th attempt asking to please provide me with the service I paid for. My account is paid up and not delinquent or has it ever been. Im not sure what else I can do at this point. I ve notified you via this app, I ve called the 866 number to ask for help, and I ve even gone to the local office to ask for help in person. Nothing happens. I ve never got a response ever using this app so not sure it is even monitored but if you let me know about what time the truck will be driving by my house I ll sit out in a lawn chair to wait for it. Then I ll be happy to load the truck myself if you would be so kind to stop the truck. Just let me know. Service: Trash removal & disposal

Per regulations you can sit out an additional garbage can, but what they won t tell you is, they will destroy that brand new garbage can and refuse to take responsibility for doing so.this is literally a brand new garbage can and the destroyed it. When we called they said sorry not our responsibility it is your personal can. So they evidently think it s ok to destroy your personal property.

Justin!! Always on time, friendly, professional and kind I always know when he is not on my route . On those days the garbage usually does not get picked up I had to call last week and it was late in the evening when garbage was picked up .KUDOS TO JUSTIN!!! 5 stars for Justin! I've had so much trouble getting my garbage picked up. Went three weeks not picking it up and still had to pay for it. Today he picks my garbage up but leaves a bag beside the can .so I have to go get it and pack it back home because he was to lazy to get the bag . I'm seriously getting annoyed and would like to find a new garage company

Waste Connections is the BEST always on time and courtesy service. They have a app or can text or call to remind you to set the trash out Excellent service

Did not pick trash.Just minute ago one agent (belief her name is Katie) hanged up on me during conversation. Scheduled day was on Monday. Our street has 5 houses, so all containers are on the street and stinking. The agent can not explain why driver did not come on Monday, stated that she received several call from this street. She informed me we have to wait until next Monday and refused to adjust my bill since service was not provided. She was upset if I would record this call, told me I do not have rights to do it (???), though all service companies now record calls for improving service. Any one can tell me what to do??? I am not sure they would consistent with their service if no any consequences.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Our driver went above and beyond for our family today. He is always so kind and friendly and today when we forgot to put our garbage out he went out of his way to make sure it got emptied anyway. This was a huge help and was so kind and considerate of him. Thank you so much!! Signed up for weekly trash pick up which was super simple and received our new can the same day! First week being added to the route off the main road and we weren t forgotten! I ve lived here only 5 months and my driver has forgotten to pick up my garbage twice now. This should not be allowed. Even when I report it that evening- nothing is done about it. Shame on you!

Nothing but problems, high prices, refuse to pick up my second can , don t pick up my main can most weeks I m literally paying a lot of money for but a headache!!!!!!!!

I m leaving a bad review because you ll need to get out of your trucks and you ll literally skip my trash every other week because you are trying to say it s not bagged up it s not bagged up if you don t get out of your trucks, how do you know if it s bagged up or not and yes, my trash is always bagged up. If I could find a different trash company to go to I would never late on my payments I pay for a whole year every year y all got the worst service ever.Service: Trash removal & disposal
