Service department representative AL was very polite and professional. I had 2 recalls on my company, Freightliner cascadia was able to get one done. My company decided to have another one done at the home terminal. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional at Freightliner. The Freightliner dealership is extremely small place. U go across the street at Zeigler Tire Service to drop the trailer need back in off the street thru the gate, then park the truck on the street between Freightliner and Kenworth dealership. The service department opens at 7 am, closed at 5pm.

The reviews are legit - Albert and the Velocity team gave us outstanding service! My driver said, "I've never met people like this before." They were friendly on the phone, transparent about the repair time, and didn't talk down to me as a woman. Our coolant leak was fixed and we were in and out in 24 hours. We had an empty trailer with us and Velocity gave us a safe place to park it. Obviously I don't want to need service again but if I do, I hope I get someone like Albert.

This is an experience the likes of others which drove me into DIY working conditions early on. I just wish I could find a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. Hasn't been the case in 23 years.Wish I could give them a good rating, but Grandma always said to be honest. I was hoping we found our close-to-home reliable mechanic, but we did not.After four days and $5700 later, they still didn't find the leak in the airbag at the rear axle. These people at Velocity must've never been told about the bubble water spray bottle trick to find leaks.

Good communication, the first truck dealership with great customer service I've ever seen, if u live in Lexington or around, I recommend this place! My truck still at the shop but communication is a key.

It's one of the best places i have ever been had to wait little because they were fully packed, but they repair my truck real good. Customer service was top-notch spl main attendee at service section.

Hi everyone my name Mohammad today I had a very blessed day because I met the very friendly and courteous Freightliner shop for my truck. I had a problem with my alternator and Mr. Ben Littrell, Joshua Shely and the crew were so quick to get my truck in the shop and on the road again. Complete overall check of my car and problem was detected and corrected in a timely and professional manner. Great shop and highly trained employees. Anyone who reads my review Please visit this great shop once and I m pretty sure that you will be having me in your prayers, please support this business and have your trucks needs taken care of. Quality work is a very high standard here and satisfaction guaranteed

Had solo cup full of change an looked for it after I left an got about 100 miles away an was not where I had it beside passengers seat in box in floor I would say 30 or 40 dollars that sucks don't know who but someone there had to get it I took out couple dollars in charge out of cup to take inside while truck was being worked if anyone needed something ask me don't steal.ill help u out.they will pay in long run can't do someone wrong an get by

I got here and checked in and about 2 hours later I've got a new functioning headlight. These guys are absolutely awesome! Mr. Albert, you freaking rock!!! I'd give more stars if I could.

This is my one stop shop for all my truck repair needs. I came in on a Thursday morning (unannounced) for repair on my engine & a recall part in my One Box. Josh checked me in & came straight out to look at my truck ( appreciated) All parts were available/ in stock. The shop s atmosphere was professional, tidy & urgent. Aaron did fast & great work on my truck; didn t miss a beat. Terry was the foreman & his knowledge of a diesel engines is out of this world. I was definitely confident in their abilities when I have been to other shops that have no idea what a tire is from a lug nut. I was out by Friday afternoon because I kept adding things to be repaired after realizing I found gold lol. From the looks of the outside, you would think they re backed up when really as fast as they push out 7 trucks; 7 more are coming in. Tight to move around but nothing different from regular driving & they have a tlr drop yard for you & your tlr while you get repaired. Thanks again for everyone s hard work. I ll be back

Albert Lebron @ Velocity Truck Centers is the Best....He's very honest and transparent.... My Truck went down 30 miles outside of Lexington . KY. and he was able to help me arrange for a tow. They also have a list of nearby hotels in the area which I use Days Inn, because they give a discount for Velocity customers and provide shuttle service to and from the Truck center and hotel.

I was here today at Lexington Freightliner to get t my CPC4 Electronic to get new program on it all three of them was done in 2 hours and they only charge me about $300 thank u guys...

Aaron was very helpful and insightful about my situation. He's Very passionate about his Job!!! His enthusiasm made it very easy for me, while waiting. I'm grateful for him. Very awesome mechanic and I will let people know about "Velocity Truck Centers" because of him. May God bless you Aaron!!!

They are amazing. i had a parking brake switch issue they knocked it off as soon as i arrived. A.K. gave fabulous customer service. definitely recommended

I have my Freightliner truck serviced and repaired at Kentucky Freightliner on a regular basis. The personnel at the dealership are always very helpful and professional. Josh in service is always prompt in answering the phone when I call in and need service or a repair completed . All repairs are always completed in a timely manner and fixed right the first time. All of the staff is very knowledgeable, when you ask for help they will take time to assist you. I would recommend this service center to anyone who needs heavy truck service or repairs.

The service department is great. Josh and Connie always get you in quickly. They keep you up-to-date on the status of your truck. Terry is the best mechanic I've ever met. The parts guys are awesome as well. They have a great stock & their prices are good!

As an owner operator I do as much work on my own truck as possible. Finding a shop that I trust is important but has been hard to find til now. Joshua greeted us first thing in the morning and was very friendly and some how got us in immediately. Deven was the tech and was completely competent and gave good advise. He was also very friendly and has a great work ethic. Super pleased to find this shop as everyone in the place pleasant to deal with. We will go out of our way to go back for any service I can't do for myself. Thanks again

Its a smaller shop, however EXCELLENT customer service. We had a coolant leak at night, under a load. LOVES wouldn't even touch it, after waiting 2 hours.Anyway these guys fixed us right up, they took us right in, replaced the hose, and we were back rolling in an hour. Helpful! Can only recommend.

i have been dealing with Josh Shely over 7 years. has been nothing but TOP NOTCH. I send my trucks over 120 miles one way to let his team to work on my fleet of over 30 trucks. i have never had one issue with the service provided. i really wish more dealership would operate like them. i highly recommend there service is above all the rest.

I honestly cannot put into words how incredible this place is, I got there Monday morning at 1130-ish. Got diagnosed, replaced def pump, dozer valve and reset ash counter and got back to the truck stop before 7pm that same day!I will drive a 1000 miles out of route for service here. This is how it should be, this is how it's done! Top to bottom. Top notch work ethic and I genuinely cannot express my gratitude to the speed and respect they give to the customer.I felt like I was appreciated and wanted there. Some places make you feel like a burden. Money aside, they knew the issue, knew what to do and did it. No BS about how many trucks or this that and the boo boo.7/5 Stars! Appreciate you guys!

Had to get a tow into the Freightliner shop on a Monday morning, had an ABS issue that put my truck into limp mode. I arrived at the shop just after 8 AM and was back on the road by 3 PM. I was very pleased with how fast they were able to take care of me and would recommend this location to any truck driver

Very good service. I came in with a coolant leak and instead of making something up and robbing me they did the correct repair. Replaced the radiator cap. Albert was the best. He was very patient waiting for my payment. Thank you guys for everything

They had the parts I needed, but, someone should post signs up and put a note on their website to NOT enter if you have a trailer!!!! This place just doesn't have the room to accommodate that, with all of the trucks in their lot.

Fast friendly service here from staff but Albert went above and beyond with friendliness and professionalism I appreciate all they did for us to get back on the road. Would highly recommend anyone who needs work done to come to this shop.

Had my truck towed here after the motor seized up on me the paid my tow and added it to my bill so they could get me off the side of the road no other company was willing to do this for me. I will definitely use their services first if im in the area and in need of service

I called service department to troubleshoot an electrical issue with my truck. That 2 Truck stops in area that did not even know where to start.The service advisor that answered the phone did not know the answer so instead he turned the phone over to Billy which is the service manager. Billy then Diagnosed the problem over the phone with my best explanation of my problem. and told me they could probably have it fixed within a reasonable time. But said they were booked for the rest of the day. He told to come in first thing the next morning, I dropped my trailer off at their drop lot about 2 miles away, Then I came back to the the dealership, and checked in with Josh a service advisor. Was told it would be HONESTLY about 3 hours and they would send the next available Tech out. So in 2 hours Isaac the service tech that came out to my truck with his computer and diagnosed the issue within an hour. While I watched and asked questions. Now that I seen that it Was such a simple fix. In my opinion and with past times that I experienced with other shops that when given the chance. Would of and could of said they don't have the part and that they need to make special order by express courier in which to give them more time and money to add to the total bill. Which I am ashamed to say, But I believe that has happened to me in the short time that I have owned this truck and in this industry. Especially From other dealers in this country that I have tried to get service and or warranty work done and was told by other dealers that it was not covered which Josh the advisor found out that I still have warranty left on some issues that could and can wait. Until I can schedule a soon, But later date because I'm in a hurry to make more money. I'm just a 1 truck operation but they made me feel like I was the owner of a large fleet. So for all the negative reviews that I have seen posted about This dealer please give this place another chance. I believe they will do their best to make it a better experience. There is a reason they are an Elite dealership. I apologize for rambling on about them but in my opinion it is well deserved. Thanks to all of the people I dealt with on my visit Billy,Josh,Terry,Isaac. And that guy that deals with the sales staff on ocassion . I live near Orlando Florida but I believe I have found my hometown dealership.( Kentucky Freightliner Trucks.) Signed by: not always a disgruntled truck driver

Wish I could give them no stars. Back in may of 2021 I took my truck in to the shop because I had a check engine light and decided to stop in have truck looked at. The mechanic never pulled my truck into the shop. He looked at it while I was in the waiting room while it was outside. Mechanic tells shop foreman that I needed a over haul. Said i probably wouldn t make it back home to Chicago. Well i did and had it looked back at home when i got back and turned out to be a bad sensor for crankcase pressure.It is now Feb 11th 2022 and my truck is running great. I would not recommend this freightliner from my experience with them

Having recently purchased a Freightliner truck and started a trucking company, good service is critical to maintaining operations. With only one truck, if our truck is not on the road we are not making money. Kentucky Freightliner, specifically Josh Shely, has been amazing to work with. Josh is an amazing Service Advisor that will do anything possible to make sure you are taken care of. If it means staying late or making sure that parts are expedited, Josh will take care of it. During the service, Josh will keep you up up to date by text or call and let you know what s going on. Unlike most companies, they are also willing to with Warranty Companies and don t make you feel like a burden. I would highly recommend KY Freightliner and make sure to ask for Josh Shely.
