Do not go to this location this the 2nd time I've had my valve stem caps taking off my vehicle to check the air pressure and not put back on, and then try to replace my caps with the wrong size instead of my originals that they took... If they don't know how to put customers stuff back on their vehicle don't do it. I definitely would not go back to this location again... and what made it worse the guy that was doing my tires lied to me and said that all four of my original caps was on my vehicle as I was getting ready to leave out because I told him about the bad experience I had before

Absolutely incredible. Employees are attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They walk you through each step they do. Really impressed and will be coming back for future car maintenance needs.

They're professional and personal, super friendly and they get you in and out with out skipping on service. I was the sixed car when I pulled up and I was driving away in less then 30 minutes!Thank you Valvoline team!

I've used this location and their oil service multiple times. They've been my go to vehicle change oil service. Today's service is very precious and very important to me as I came in with a car that hasn't ran in about 2 yrs. Got the car for my teen as his first car. Right off the bat, the service was exemplary! Cyrena made me feel at ease and comfortable. Not only was she very friendly, warmth and knowledgeable to me but also to her teammates. She went over and beyond in teaching and supporting her teammates...Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

Changed my oil quickly great! Then told me my battery was at 2% and it would cost $1699 to replace it and I had to do it immediately.I m cautious of car bros so I drove to another auto shop for a second opinion when I asked them to test my battery health they instantly knew: oh, did valvoline tell you you need a new one immediately? After their test they concluded it was in good health and exceeded industry standards, and to have a good day and never trust valvoline for anything more than an oil change. So, thanks for the oil change! Will come back for more, but that s all.Edit replying with a copy-paste we re sorry contact us is so inactionable and puts the work on your customers instead of taking the time to actually read the reviews we ve left. We don t need to do this twice.

Worse customer services ever. They informed the job was done on vehicle and I find out later it is not and my car was never fixed even thou they charged me for it. Whenever I went back they blamed me for it, that it was my fault. I spoke to the manager he said fix it on your own. Really! Wow shocked from his answer. What kind of customer service. Definitely you have lost on of your customers. Never going back.Service: Oil change

Always very nice and helpful.They put up with all my silly requests and are very reasonably priced and very quick! They let me bring my own specialty oil and only charge me for labor and the filter! Cant imagine going anywhere else! Nicest and most professional crew around!

Amazing service!!! It was a bit of a wait but the manager made it worth it. They looked short staffed but I was able to get in and out! The manager, Cyrena was so efficient and a hispanic woman at that!! My family will continue to come here to support our raza! If I can give you negative I will but no option here to give you negative.My nephew after he change oil to his Audi the next morning he find out the car is leakingFrom the oil pan plug. He went back and told them what s is going . They said we will order new oil pan plugs just come back after 3 daysWhen he went back they told him we fix it and the parts was replaced. He come home and again the car is leaking oil from the same spotI look down they never change the oil plugService: Oil change

I went there last a week ago to change oil and filter. They did change the oil, but they broke oil pan. And I figure out the oil is not enough which is they should I added more but they didn t I recommended their Maintenance not good

Tore up my car! Ended up on the side of the highway with an undercarriage metal plate hanging by one striped screw (the three others missing)! Was told "these Honda's can be tricky for that"!! Will be going to the dealer from now on...and the dealer is actually cheaper!

All of the workers at Palomar location are so friendly and helpful, I have always had a great experience with everyone!! Today especially, I had Hannah, Yazen and Ian helping me. I cannot express enough the amazing customer service they provided today! I will always come back here because of the wonderful and friendly service and hard work they provide!! Went here for a quick oil change because my usual guy was busy and I had a lot of things going on this week. They stripped my oil plug and just stuck a pan saver in there. Tried to act like it was because my car was old. Well, then they just so happened to have their buddies business card to get it fixed. Cost me $500 to fix this. Just go to an actual mechanic. They don t know what they re doing. They just want to goof around and rush you out of their way.Service: Oil change

The staff is friendly and professional. The manager (Andrew) went out of his way to get my nieces' car a/c recharged fast. The shop was very busy too. He stayed passed his shift to help us on one of hottest days of the year. That's dedication!

Friendly professional staff which is a big plus. I pulled up and was first line while car in the bay ahead of me was getting its tires rotated. To finish that, get my oil changed and tires rotated was 1 hour 10 min, not counting shuffling me to another line to help their throughput efficiency.Everyone there was nice, but it wasn't very "instant".
