Cannot say enough good things about this place. How they put together a group of workers with this kind of vibe is almost impossible nowadays. I can not remember the girls name that seemed to be heading it all up, but she definitely was the glue holding it together. Everyone worked great together, smiled, communicated, and helped each other, and I was acknowledged pretty much as soon as I pulled in. Most quick lubes I have been to are limited at what they can do on a big diesel truck, not these guys. Oil change, wipers, air filter, and both fuel filters.

Went in for an oil change having not been to a Valvoline Instant shop before. I shared my concerns with the staff. With a smile and warm greeting, Kristopher quickly assured me I would be taken care of. They showed me recommendations but didn't hard sell me. Jordan explained a code I was worried about which was reassuring. My oil change took 15 mins as promised. Jordan and Kristopher were top notch! Fast and Friendly team!

I got my oil changed from this location which was done in a few minutes. I did not have to leave my car at all. The service was fast and very thorough. The staff are very professional and did a great job changing my oil.

The staff was extremely friendly. They did a great job of explaining the oil change pricing, as well as the benefits of potential add-on services. However, I was disappointed to find that my car was left extremely dirty following the oil change. There were entire handprints visible. I wasn't thrilled about having to visit a car wash after already spending almost $80 on this oil change.

I went here for a routine oil change, the lube tech ended up spraying antifreeze all over my windshield and engine bay, then proceeded to put the wrong oil in my car. Of which I had to correct them to prevent damage to my engine. I am a tire technician and pretty mechanically inclined.. I was disappointed this time around. Because valvoline makes great products.

They checked my air filter like they always do which is great and all but when they over strip the bolts that hold on the breather cover and it's basically just flopping it made my truck throw a light and then I get the runaround, they should not be using an impact drill for this procedure

Super fast and friendly service, would highly recommend. Normally do my oil changes myself but this may have changed my mind as I was in and out in ten minutes flat, and it was a great deal to boot!

Thorough fast service. Let me know my differentials fluids were ready to be changed, shared battery voltage, checked wiper blades etc. More than I had expected from a simple oil change.

I have been a customer of the Nicholasville Road location for the past 4 years and have always received excellent Service.Todays visit for an Oil Change was my 3 visit in the past 6 months with Ms. Neiko as the Manager and Mr. Naz as the assistant Manager and on all 3 visits the Service was excellent. The Technicians who performed my routine maintenance today, Issac and Amr were very professional and respectful and provided quality service in a timely manner. Kudos to the Nicholasville RoadTeam. Strongly recommend this Lexingto, KY location for your routine vehicle maintenance needs.

I was so impressed that their manager is a woman. High five to Valvoline. The service was great and the job was well done. Valvoline is always a little on the high side but that's to be expected for quick fast service.Follow us for more great reviews

My oil light popped on while I started a 40-minute drive to work. I veered over to Valvoline for an emergency oil check. The crew on staff were exceptionally informative, knowledgable, and deeply caring of my best needs. After discussing what they observed under my car, they topped me off and send me on my way without hustling me. I am truly grateful and will be returning to their care in the future!

Employees were all genuinely positive & I think they actually enjoyed their job. Do you know how rare that is nowadays? They were even interested in knowing part numbers & quizzing each other on what filter type is this that. Yeah sure the actual oil change etc was great as always, but it was really the positive fun vibe of the staff that made the visit awesome

Very fast, they check almost everything you can think of including tire pressure, windshield wiper fluid, ac fluid, tire pressure, transmission fluid, and of course oil.

I went into this valvoline location and I had the pleasure of getting serviced by Ron, who is the general manager and staff. They were very welcoming and helpful. When I changed my filter previously, unfortunately, the screws were not replaced properly, and Ron readjusted the screws and allowed the glove box to close properly. He helped me with this minor but very annoying problem. The staff did an exceptional job and not to mention they completed this task in record time. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work.

Amazing Service. We always come to get our oil changed. But today (8/2/22) our car shut off while trying to enter the parking lot. This was an emergency since the car was partly on the road so I asked this woman who worked there and with a rude attitude with no intention to help said We don t do that you need to call AAA We talked to a dude named Micheal and he always does our oil and was helpful and kind enough to get explain to us all the possibilities why the car shut down and kindly replaced our battery even when it was 5 minutes till close in order to help us get out of the road. I would recommend this place to anyone but that woman needs to learn how to help others.

Very simple process and very quick to get in and out. Have a BMW X3 and the oil change was 140 dollars for synthetic oil. Tad bit higher than most places I've been.

They offered to replace my trunk tail light on my suv. They did not do it correctly and everything was rotted it cost me 300$ to fix it by someone who knows what they're doing!
