I bought a truck from vals at a auction. A 2019 ford Ranger, He pulled the front of it, ripped the frame while pulling it, pulled the radiator support out all to make it look like it was a very light accident damage. They then trimmed the roof air bag off very neatly to hide the fact the it had blown off. He got rid of it because it needs a new frame He then run it thru auction and did not disclose the extensive damage that was done to the vehicle. This was done just to screw the person that was to buy it.

This guy is a crook! Do not buy or have your vehicle repaired here! This is a scamming business that buys totaled vehicles from auctions, slaps on used parts and sell them at retail cost. They don t repair them. Don t give them any business if you don t want to get screwed.

My Jeep was rear ended in December and we took it to Val s. My wife was in an accident last year and they fixed her Ford. They did a great job on hers and for a very fair price. So we decided to take mine there even though we live in Louisville now. I ll just say the drive was totally worth it. My Jeep looks like new money!! Can t even tell it was rear ended. They cleaned it inside and out as well. I really hated to drive it home through all of the salt, but at least it was clean when I left. I can t recommend this place enough if you need some quality body work done for a very good price.

Fabulous service and work. Car was ready next day! Unmatched quality. Great customer service and honest people. All my questions were answered. Couldn't have asked for better service. Oh yeah, and they have great pricing. Highly recommend it! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Amazing customer service and quality of work. I purchased 2 rebuilt vehicles through their shop and was very pleased with how friendly and helpful they were. I m very please with my purchase from Val s. They were honest, fair, and went above and beyond to help me as a customer. They provided me with temporary tag, while took the title and paperwork to dmv to transfer the vehicle to my name and pay the taxes for me. I ve had the vehicle for over two years already and have not had any issues yet. Thank you Val s!!!

I bought a car from Val s auto sales about 2 weeks ago and the owner promised me a 2 month warranty on the engine and transmission. So I was excited for that deal until my engine failed to work on the side of the high way and as I tried to get him to fix it he just said I sold it to you as is and not with a warranty. Very unprofessional and very untrustworthy. Don t buy from a place that just makes wants to scam in any way. P.S my car didn t even come with a bumper support. And this was a car that only had 67,xxx miles and it was a 2014.

I requested a paint job on my BMW a couple of weeks ago. I tell ya, these guys are amazing at what they do. One of my wheels had some really bad curb-damanges and it's now looking brand new. I also requested a custom paint job on my front grilles. They came out to be better than what I expected. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking into upgrading or enhancing their vehicles' appearance!

I had a minor repair. Had the needed part, but not the expertise. Val s told me to bring my truck by and they d take a look. I dropped by. They did the repair on the spot. No charge. 5 star service absolutely.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

BUYER BEWARE! They sold me a car with a salvage title and didnt disclose the title's status. They even gave me temp tag for the vehicle. They are scammers.Looking over the reviews it appears all the 5 star comments are in regards to repair work. Reading over the other reviews it appears as if another customer was also deceived in purchasing a car from Val's. The other negative Google reviews, Val denies ever providing a service.Oh, and you did meet me in February 2014, 97' Honda Accord.

Don t pay attention to the bad reviews- I was probably one of their most needy customers but Val s was extremely responsive and took my car from barely running to looking BRAND NEW in about four days. Couldn t be more grateful! Thank you guys so much!!

Bought a truck they had a auction. Purposely hid much damage very dishonest. I know we buy as is but to purposely do this is not good business. If this is done and took to a auction what kind of work are they doing on customers cars you cant see? Will be talking to lawyer about a theft by deception case.
