My Mother took her van there to get looked at and the guy that worked on her vehicle was very friendly, super helpful & he fixed her car for a good price! Highly recommend!

Top notch service. There are only two shops in town I trust taking my modified MK3 Jetta to and The Auto Gallery is at the top of the list. They have been working on my vehicle for years, their knowledge base of the subtle manufacturing quirks of both Audi and Volkswagen is second to none, dare I say intimate. I have always been charged a more then fair price and service has always been completed in a timely manor.

Really knowledgeable about all foreign automobiles. Honest pricing, and about mechanics ability. The little they can t take care of, they know who can, and who will take care of you proper. A repeat customer who always leaves satisfied and confident!

I've had service done here and two car inspections. Ed knows what he is doing and does excellent work. I'm not picking a mechanic by how nice their waiting room is. This is a small shop that does one thing well, fixing VW/Audi.

If you drive a Volkswagen or Audi and live in central Kentucky area (TDI or otherwise) don't even consider another mechanic... Ed and his crew are the greatest! Very knowledgeable and affordable!! I appreciate you guys!!

I tried on multiple occasions to schedule my vehicle in for service with the Auto Gallery. I had an appointment cancelled on me at the last minute, and was promised a call back to reschedule. I ended up being the one to call, and was put off once again. Promised another call back. Never received a call back. If you're too busy to take on my business, just man up and tell me that. Don't string me along and cancel on me multiple times. Very unprofessional, and really just rude.

Returned my calls ( I did leave a detailed voice message my first call) fair price, knowledge about my 2014 VW sportwagen, dsg fluid change was less than quoted.
