I got screwed! But S&S saved me! I was in Lexington, KY for a couple of days working and came out to find I had caught a screw in my front right tire and was flat to the rim. I pumped it up (being a Scout I tend to be prepared...) and made it over to S&S just outside New Circle ton Fieldstone Way. They were busy, but worked me in and the price was really reasonable. By the time I grabbed a quick lunch at a sandwich shop across the parking lot I only had a 10 minute wait in the waiting room. The counter people were polite and fast. They even gave me the screw that got me! (Nice touch!) Sometimes you get screwed, but these guys can make it better!

Amazing experience. Took great care of me. The gentleman that was up front was very honest and caring. I came in thinking I needed a full replacement tire and instead of lying to get more money out of me like he could have done- he assured me he could patch it and that it d be just as safe, since his own daughter had patches in her tires. This was not only relieving but made me feel as though they cared about their customers and were genuine. We were in and out quickly and they had even found that one of my break lights were out and replaced that as well. I will always come back. Especially to the location in beaumont.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation as well as a patch for a leaking tire. S&S Quoted me much less than another auto shop I called. The rotation is free with the oil change which was awesome. They were able to patch my tire and saved me from needing a new tire. Danny and Jim at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I even got a ride home after dropping off my car at the shop! The customer service here is above and beyond and I will keep coming back to them for my car and tire needs in the future! Highly recommend their services. Prices are super reasonable.

Unbelievable service. I had a screw in my tire and dropped in at the end of the day. Danny was incredible and found a way to squeeze me in. I had no past history with this business and I felt like I was an old customer by the time I left. An excellent experience all around.

The only reason I gave five stars is because I couldn t give six! From start to finish the team at the Beaumont S & S Tire we re AMAZING!! The counter staff were warm and friendly. They had a free shuttle service to take me home and to pick me up when the service was finished. The staff explained everything that they did and did not make me feel small while doing it. They will be my go to from here on out and I will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone needing service.

Had a really great experience at this tire center which is hard to come by this day and age it seems like. I kind of had an emergency fix and needed my tire patched in late afternoon. Even though they were super busy, they made the extra effort to get my tire in and fixed very promptly which was very much appreciated. Their tire patch fee was also about half the price as other local tire centers. It is very apparent that they are trying to earn your business at this location. Treated me fairly on price and earned a new customer with their politeness and willingness to work me in. I ll be a repeat customer here when i need an alignment on another vehicle in a few days. My first time visiting SS Tire - staff was very helpful and friendly. Purchased 4 new tires - price was very reasonable with little 'add ons' . I used a coupon on their website and received 4 free oil changes which made the deal even better. Excellent rating.

I will not take my vehicle to another place in town. You cannot beat the staff and the service they provide. Thanks for Robby and Jim for always being upfront and taken care of any issues that we have. Great service and better people.

Great experience. Came in without an appointment and they were very helpful. Other big tire places I have been to treated me like I was a burden on them because I didn't have an appointment. Good communication and fixed the problem cheap. Will return for sure

These guys really are amazing! They re totally reasonable on pricing and they always take care of me. If my car needs to go to a shop in Lexington, I will always take it here, at least until they get tired of looking at me and my car and kick me out ;) but seriously they deserve that kind of loyalty. Keep doing awesome everyone! :)

I can t say enough good things about this place. I was on my way to Colorado and needed to replace all 4 tires on my trailer at the last minute. They fit us in right away, were honest and more than fair on pricing and even let us walk our horse around the building til they were finished with the work. Definitely stop here if you re local or a traveler!100 out of 10 recommend!

S&S tire crew was so helpful. I had discovered a nail in one of my tires. A friend of mine took the tire off my car and we went to this tire store unannounced. The had other customers in the waiting room and did not sent us away. Instead workedIs in and had the tire fixed in 1.5 hours, and it was much cheaper than what I expected. Love that store and can only highly recommend.

This is going to be a long story. Yesterday my husband went out to go to work and had a flat tire. I started looking around for a place to get the tire repaired via my Firestone card and which stores take the card. I then went to the website to make sure everything was ok and good to go as I had never used the card. S&S tire in Beaumont reached out and arranged a tow. They got his car and told me which tires we needed. I ok'd them and within 2 hours the car was ready. I arrived and swiped my card and it was DECLINED, DECLINED and DECLINED. The salesman Danny called the card company and all numbers they directed him to. He was told that I should've received a new card months ago, but I never received it. I was beside myself and was told I would need to request a new card. It would arrive within 14 days. Danny ensured me to not worry that we will work it out and they did. I was falling apart and they told me that all they wanted was for me to come back when I got the new card. I Iost it. I offered my bank info so they could take the money when my check posted and they handed me my keys and said that's ok we will see you in 14 days. GOD is good. These guys treated me with kindness, respect, dignity and TRUST . Best customer service experience everr. KUDOS to Danny and his co-workers. There are still good people in the world. Give them their flowers while they can smell them. Go see Danny if you need tires. Good people.

Came in early on a Saturday and got my spark plugs replaced, fuel injectors cleaned, and several other preventive engine services I d been wanting to do on my 2005 Avalon. Top notch service, first class, professional people. Will definitely be back when it s time for tires. Thanks again!

Had a great experience with this store. Glad I chose s&s tire of Beaumont. It took a little longer than I was told but I'd rather wait instead of the job being rushed just to make a dollar. I hope this oil change and tire rotation is a better experience than my only other one at a Walmart. That one ended horribly with engine damage from it being rushed through. So far so good. Thank yall

I had a screw in my tire and wanted S&S to take a look and patch it if possible. I came on a weekday afternoon and they were very upfront about it being a 2+ hour delay and recommended coming in first thing the next day. I did that and they got me in and out in about an hour and the price was more than fair. I feel like they are very up front about things and I will certainly come back when I need their services again!

I had a "walk-in" experience at 700 a.m. with a car with one tire going very low in two days and another going down half that fast. By 845 a.m., the service writer came to me and said, "All done, one had a hole in it, and the other had a rim seal problem. Thanks for your patience." Great service on an early fall morning.

Had an appointment but was still there almost 2 hours. I know things happen but even with wait I will still go there next time I need anything done on my truck. Service is always good and fair priced.

My tire was extremely low (11!) so I drive over to S & S and they were able to repair the tire. It had a mail in it . But they were very accommodating as they gave me a ride to my eye doctor so I wouldn t miss my appointment . Very grateful for their service and getting me to my appointment in a timely manner.

Very fast honest crew called in advance and showed up late they still got me in and out under an hr. Oil change and tire replaced they price match or get it close but with no hassle a couple bucks are well worth it. My family uses s&s regularly for 2 years and never had an issue. 5hey stand behind their work and their computers actually keep you in the system so a faded or lost receipt isnt an issue

This Beaumont S&S location has always saved the day. They have so many tire options from affordable to high end. They also offer a road hazard warranty on their tires which has paid off multiple times over the years. The waiting room is comfortable and offers coffee, a vending machine, and bathroom. I hate getting an oil change, but being able to trust the place you take your car for repairs and maintenance eases the inconvenience of oil changes. This is the 10th year I ve been exclusively using S&S Tire. They ve got a lifetime customer because their service is top notch!

There are few times, if any, that I've had such an excellent service experience.I replaced all four tires on my vehicle. Communication with the shop from the time I placed the order for tires until the moment I picked it up after the work was done was flawless.Their estimates were accurate and reasonable. They were completely friendly, and got the work done competently.I will definitely be coming back whenever I need something done on the car that they can handle.
