Daughter came in from North Carolina and had a tire emergency. Raff was the nicest reasonable honest business man the went out of his way to help. I would definitely recommend!

The availability was awesome, hardly anyone was open at 6pm on Saturday, thankfully they were and welcomed me in After an hour job tire patch job I inspected my rim and noticed there was quite a bit of damage done to my rim. Upon asking to speak to a manager I was briefly handed the phone at which the manager said, we can t be responsible for any damage done to the tire and/or rim I wasn t charged for this job but it has turned into over $300-$400 in cosmetic damages in my brand new vehicle A free $30 job does not compensate these damages.The technician stated the machine is what caused the damage and has been brought to the attention of the owner at which he said to tape over it that is what caused the damages.* update air pressure is still losing and the tire valve stem is leaking air. They didn t even fix the issue.

Good deals on tires. The boss was really nice. Before you check out other places for tires, tune ups, detailing and anything else I suggest you go here first.

Fayette co, if u need tires, alignments, or automotive, check this place out, riff and the guys are great, had 2 tire stabbed so I called riff and he had 2 tires and gave them at a very cheap price... check them out you will not be disappointed... didn't know them until now but will use for any automotive needs..

Rafe s will help you get your car or truck running the best without overcharging you. I always feel like I am getting a good deal here. It s the only place I go in Lexington to get tires.

I Most Definitely recommend!! Great Service and repairs very prompt they ll have you running in no time at all!! Great Friendly Quality Service! They go above and beyond whatever you need!! Go in and see them they not only work on your car get it back in tip top shape they sell tires do car detailing as well!! go see them!! Mr Raff Owner/Operator Great Guy go out of his way to see that you get the Best Quality Customer Service also Ask for Mike Persley when you go in he s your man!! He takes pride in his work and he s very reliable honest dependable and a man of his word hard to beat his work!! If somethings not right they ll make it right! Amazing experience when I came by. They plugged up my tire in like 15 minutes for a price that cannot be beat. They were clearly busy but made the time for me anyway. I'll definitely be recommending Raff's to people next time they mention tire troubles.

Hard working good honest genuine people. I was stranded in a very bad situation I called and talked to the owner and he didn't care what we had to do he was determined to make sure that I was taken care of. I got my car towed to their shop they did my work for a very good price treated me like he's known me forever the whole time I was there and stood true to his word by doing everything that he told me he would do. Very professional and respectful and if I ever have another problem with my vehicle I will be a repeat customer for sure 100% without a doubt. I know the odds of me finding another place that would treat me as good as they did is very slim You don't find people like that anymore. If Google would let me I'd give him 10 stars don't go somewhere else and pay 20 times more than you would hear for the same quality or better work. Fire detailing as well.

Great staff going out of their way to grow their business by doing it right. When my son was stranded on a Sunday, they were able to replace the radiator that day. Unheard of! It's hard to find a fair deal when looking for auto repair but Raff goes beyond your expectations.

I wasn't quite sure at first what kind of service I would receive from this fairly new small business, but was extremely surprised that they had my tires that I had purchased myself from another place put on and ready to go in 35 minutes. Also on another occasion they aired my tires free of charge on a different vehicle in less than 5 minutes in and out. I would definitely recommend this new small business.

Went above and beyond! I took my car to get a hole filled in one tire after running over a nail. They were prompt, professional, very honest, kind, professional, and honest gesture that I appreciate. They have earned a new customer and I want to encourage you to go to them for your tire needs. Great service, honest people!

**update** Always Great Service Here ! Great Place and will be back !!Just had an Alignment done ! Super fast and great service! Truck has never drove so well . Was very friendly and explained everything to me . Very happy with RAffs !!! Highly recommend!!

Took the man to set a 4 tires And as you He destroyed 2 tires Didn't balance my tires properly And charge me a $100 bi had to take it to another place to get it done right

Excellent Service!! I had gotten a screw in my tire while driving down for a family vacation. Service was quick and efficient to plug the tire. Was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. The team was nice and personable. Appreciate their service very much!

I took my 2015 BMW 750i for a tire balance job. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. They explained to me there was an issue with 2 of the rims and provided good suggestions. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.

Raff's was a life saver for me. I was driving my sister car on New Circle Rd and her left tire exploded. I managed to get off of New Circle Rd to Versailles Rd. I made it to Raff's tire and repair and they took care of me. I purchased a tire their labor cost me $65. I told them about the problem with my car and had it towed to the shop. I'm on a fixed income and needed a power steering pump and a new battery. Not only did they fix my car they kept it for me until I could afford the to pay. I highly Recommend you get to their shop for all your automotive needs.

I had a new alternator put in my car by the employees at Raf s and not even ONE DAY after this service, my car would not start. I was charged $600+. Not only that, they had left bolts and other misc items on the floor of my drivers side. Totally unprofessional. Fraud of a business, to say the least. If I could post 0 stars, I would. DO NOT SPEND A DIME HERE!!!!!!

Having gotten 2 tires in Feb 2022 & another 2 in Dec, I d like to share about my positive experience w/ Raff s Tire & Details. Forget the haters!!!I was surprised & glad to find they are located only 3 mins from my abode; nonetheless, the main thing that impressed me was their availability & professionalism. V. easy to get a hold of Raff, find out about right tires for my Jetta, & get the srvc scheduled & completed!Will definitely be a repeat customer

I had a Veteran's Hospital appointment in Lexington. On my way there, I started to notice a wobble coming from the back end. I was treated like a first rate customer. They sold me an excellent used tire at an affordable price. If I ever need another one while I'm back in Lexington. That is my new go-to spot. Thank You for all Your help.

Guys got me together with 4 new tires in a matter of 30 minutes! The wait was no time at all! The customer service is unreal they are super friendly and has exactly what I needed in stock at LOW prices. The $50 laser alignment they bundled together with the 4 tires and that in myself saved extra as well. They are very knowledgeable here and you can tell you are in good hands they know exactly what they are doing! 5 stars from me all around.Slight hiccup but the staff was very very attentive and fixed the issue immediately no questions asked!I will absolutely Be back. And I highly recommend these guys. Best in town from all the places I ve been to in Lexington
