We just purchased a 2024 Subaru Forester from Quantrell. My wife and I put a lot of decision making into our purchases because we value the money we've earned, and this dealership was extremely patient with us and made the experience very positive. Every person we ran into was friendly and helpful.The salesperson who worked with us is Emily. She was extremely positive and friendly and had a great deal of knowledge about her product. She was able to answer questions about packages and pricing and what the different options were in each vehicle. We started off looking at a Crosstrek but ended up with the Forester. This is a big difference, I know, but as I said we had to walk through our own buying process.During our buying process we visited other dealerships and other car types. When we visited one other car manufacturer dealer who had a model that we were favoring at the time, the salesperson outright lied to us multiple times about packages and vehicle availability. We never felt any dishonesty at Quantrell. My wife and I have purchased over a dozen vehicles in the past 20 years, and this is probably our most positive buying experience ever.Thank you, Emily, for the great buying experience. Oh, and they also have a great coffee machine.

I purchased a new vehicle this week and had an excellent salesman. Val was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was considering. The color I wanted wasn t available at Quantrell, so he located the one I wanted and traded with another dealership to get it. From start to finish, this buying experience was the best I ve had and I am absolutely thrilled with my Subaru Legacy!!

Purchased a brand new 2024 Subaru Impreza about a week and a half ago from Quantrell and absolutely loved the service I received! I got the opportunity to work closer with Brandon when selecting the right car and trim! He was professional but also very personable, and as a younger person purchasing their first car with a parent, it was nice to work with someone so understanding! Definitely recommend Quantrell, great overall service, and a huge thank you to Brandon and the team!

I have not had a real issues with this Subaru dealership. The parts and service departments are nice as well. Prices can be a little high but this is a for profit dealership just like any other. Remember that the best price you can get is the one you are willing to pay.Sudaru vehicles sell themselves and once you own one you will see what so many people purchase them. They are a solid built vehicle that has a real quality you only know once you have one and experience it for yourself.

I had my routine service and a radio update today. The Subaru service department is truly awesome. They use a third party technology that sends you a text and gives you a link to follow your service visit every step of the way. This is the first service department that I have used that also sends a video walk around during your inspection process. They are a cut above the competition. Thank you all for your help.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff were able to answer all my questions regarding my vehicle. My issues were diagnosed quickly and repairs made swiftly. They didn t try to upsell me anything, and explained my expenses plainly so I knew exactly what was being done and for how much. The lobby was clean and stocked with snacks which kept me occupied while I waited.

We worked with Zach for service on my son's 2008 Wrx and he was the most helpful service rep we have ever had for any dealership. No only did he reach out several times during the day, he gave us a very simple options and was very respectful.

I was driving from North Carolina to Illinois, along kentucky, just realized one of the rear wheel stud was broke, checked on google if the nearest subaru dealer were Quantrell subaru in Lexington, heading there and arrive about 4.50pm. Ask the service department, Jacob colos was very helpfull and amazing, he was able to help me to do the service right away since im going to drive all the way to Illinois. And the price is very competitive also. Very reccomended place, waiting room are super clean, all the staff were amazing and helpfull !!!!!Deeply thanks Subaru Quantrell !!

Awesome customer service ... I have never gotten to be a customer at Quantrell Cadillac, Subaru,or Volvo, but I have gotten to know all of the service advisors at all three places along with the employees of sales because I worked at a towing company that does a lot of their towing in of cars that needed serviced .... So I would like to say to all of women and men you all do a great job and it was nice meeting all of you keep up the good work....

I am the parent of a college student living in Lexington. Shocking I know, college students in Lexington. Her car has been to Quantrell twice. The service department has been a dream to work with. Very friendly, works with her bizarre student schedule, and most importantly, her car is fixed right. They found a loaner for her that she loved. Quantrell would be my first choice if it weren't a 400 mile drive.I am most impressed that other places would have blown off a college kid. At Quantrell, my child is a customer needing services.

Took me in at appointed time. Kept me updated on service. Everyone super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommendThe only thing I don't care for is they don't give you a free oil change. You pay enough for a car and they can't even spring for a free one, at least my dealer in the state I moved from did.Today, July 8th, dropped car to be looked at 8a..At 130p I called car was just being taken in. The app was not working so could not update in real time. Not thrilled with the service this time ..the car wash wash was not good..look at the mirrors and windows

We stopped at Quantrell Subaru early this morning and was greeted by Marlon. He is AWESOME! (Ask for him if you go - you won't regret it!) We took the only Crosstrek they had on hand for a test drive and loved it! Due to not hearing from our insurance company yet on a total loss, we left to go eat but got the confirmation while we were gone - all good to move forward. We returned and completed our purchase of the Crosstrek! Bob is the man who handled our financing and all relevant tasks and he is as great as Marlon so we suggest you ensure he's your finance guy, too! (Assuming, of course, that Bob isn't the only finance guy.) We felt no pressure to buy. We weren't asked "where do you want your payment to be" questions. It was clear and concise and we had great conversations while going through the processes of completing our purchase. We are now proud members of the Quantrell family!

Not very competitive rates for vehicle service. But no dealership is. People are friendly and kind but don't feel like the technical staff is consistent. Probably lost people to other groups or something. Always recommend service which is uneeded or not the root cause of problems. Liked coming here before COVID now it seems like they aren't the same.

Great experience buying a new car form Quantrell Subaru! I recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Legacy Limited, and I LOVE THIS CAR!I was a little apprehensive buying a car in 2022, but Val in Sales made the entire process super-easy; there was no pressure, and they were completely transparent on pricing. Basically, you just custom-order the car you want and put down a deposit. Simple. Delivery was super-quick, too! It only took them about 5 weeks to make and deliver my new car.Bob also worked hard in the Finance department to make sure I got the best interest rate possible, even on a weekend when some banks were closed.I ve always been a Toyota guy, but when you do the research, it turns out Subaru makes excellent quality vehicles with top-of-the-line safety features and they re really fun to drive too!Definitely give Quantrell Subaru a chance if you re in the market for a car! You won t be disappointed!

Out of all the dealerships I ve dealt with, Quantrell is by far the best I ve ever had. From their service advisors to their techs, these guys are nothing but professional. Scheduling was easy and timely. As soon as I got there I was greeted with a compliment on my vehicle and a warm welcome. A day after dropping it off they found the issue and ordered the part as well as a full inspection to make sure everything is up to par. I really can t thank my Service Advisor Jacob Kolos and the Tech, Luther, enough for their care, accuracy and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Overall this place is clean and everyone was very polite and professional. I brought my Forester in for a basic service that should have only taken maybe 30-45mins tops. They were short staffed and very busy, so my service took almost 2.5hrs. I will say that the waiting area, coffee and snack selection is great considering how long I was waiting. They also seemed to have a small more private table area if one was working and needed more privacy for a meeting. Would have rated higher if service was fast, would have rated lower if lounge was lacking in amenities.

Made appointment online for 36,000 service. Arrived 30 minutes early for appointment. Was told by Service Advisor that they were extremely busy and it would be about an hour and a half before our vehicle would be ready. The time frame was pretty much accurate. On delivery of our vehicle to us we observed greasy handprints on steering wheel, driver and passenger door panels, glove compartment door and seats!!! We brought this to the attention of the Service Advisor and he went and got a wipe and tried to remove from it from glovebox door. Service Advisor said he was going to address the situation with the technician. The interior of our car is a light cream color. Dirty handprints were obvious when we were given our car. Our car was clean when we drove it in for service. We live halfway between Lexington and Knoxville. So we can easily go either direction for service. We do not appreciate the lack of concern for the treatment of our vehicle... no matter how busy you are!! There is no excuse for the condition on which our car was returned to us.

I had an excellent experience with the service department here. My Outback started having transmission issues on a road trip from North Carolina to Seattle. I was able to make an appointment here for early the next morning. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and I was told they had multiple people working on the service to get me back on the road quickly. It only took a few hours, everyone was extremely friendly and they even had a small little dog park where I could hang out with my pup while I waited! I d highly recommend.
