Bachelor party en-route to Nashville from NW Ohio. Bus decided it was time to breakdown when making a stop to pick up the last Bachelor in Lexington. Reached out to Mobile Mechanic Services, he was there within the hour just as he mentioned, helped diagnose the bus within minutes. Replaced a few parts and got us up and running shortly after! Excellent pricing as well! We should have called him earlier! Saved our trip. 10/10 service!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

did a good job replacing my alternator but on the phone said it would be in quotes about 300 total. (after going over pricing for parts so i figured that means 300 total with parts.) part was $169. Said the trip charge was $125 & that would be credited to the labor. so i thought around $300 was about right. i ve used other mobile mechanics that were $50 trip charge and $125 an hour.i asked him what he charged an hour and he said it s priced per job depending how hard it is. but we all know an alternator is not that difficult it s literally 3 bolts. even if one was having trouble coming out it was still very minimal work. $489 ended up being my total.if i had known that it would be about $500 i would ve gone and got the part from KOI and done it myself. when he said about 300 total on the phone though i figured that wasn t too bad to not do the labor myself.did decent work but should definitely be more clear about pricing. if someone tells you something is around 300 total that should mean total? like when you check out at a store your total is after tax.was glad my truck was up and running within an hour of their arrival, but $300 for an hour of labor is definitely way overpriced.

Andrew repaired our zero turn Cub Cadet mower in record time. I never thought of calling a mobile mechanic for our mower, but the repair shops were out five weeks. Andrew came to our property in Scott Co. on the weekend and had the mower running in less than 20 minutes. He told me he was pretty sure he could fix it and the problem wasn't the starter. He was correct about both. Andrew is very knowledgeable and obviously he is not limited to car repairs. We will use him for future repairs on our truck and car. Me and my family were broke down on the side of I-75 after my cv axle broke after hitting a pot hole, these guys came out almost immediately, charged me a very fair price and had us ready to go back on the road within an hour. My husband and I got stuck at a gas station on a Sunday evening and he answered quickly, showed up not even 20 minutes later and was so accommodating and able to get my minivan up and running!He is extremely reasonable in pricing and does amazing work. I had a crew of guys working in Lexington and the truck would not start, even if jumped. They suspected the starter. Andrew was onsite within an hour of my call. Found it was only a battery got it replaced and my guys could get to the hotel. Everything was done within 90 minutes. Andrew was a life saver! I had just bought a used car and was driving it on some winding roads in a remote location in Kentucky. Car overheated and I was stranded. Andrew answered my message in minutes on a Sunday evening, and came to me in less than 30 minutes. Turns out the power steering fluid was filled way past the max line, and also spilled all over the electrical contacts for the fan. So the fan was shorting out every time it tried to kick on. He figured it out and took it all out and cleaned it in under 2 hours. He even recharged my filters and gave me rough assessment of the state of the car based on what he saw since I had just bought it. I'm not sure what the going rate is for the work that was done, I don't think it was cheap (I may be wrong). But given the circumstances and quality of work done, I can't complain. Would recommend Andrew to anyone who needs help in the Kentucky area. Two thumbs up! Service: Electrical

I used them for brake repair and they where fast at responding to my text, they came to my house to fix my brakes, pat was friendly and had an awesome time talking with him. These guys are life savers man. My alternator was broke off cause the last mechanic that put it on didn t do it right. My bracket broke off in two and a piece of the bolt wouldn t come out. It wasn t easy job but they got me taken care of and got me back on the road in no time. If you re having car trouble, these are guys you need to call. I highly recommend it.

Super great guy! He is extremely knowledgeable and can do just about anything you need. He came and helped me out at 3am in the freezing snow. He also performed a major head gasket replacement for me and had it back in a couple days. Other shops would ve taken weeks if not more. He is now my go to mechanic. The alternator went out on my van while traveling through the area. I found this service through Google. VERY prompt service and fair pricing. I was able to do everything over the phone since I wasn't with the van. I'd use him again.

The hood started smoking on the road. Early this morning. So my mom pulled to the nearest parking lot. AJ was there to fix our problem in no longer than 15 minutes. He had it fixed in about 15-30 minutes!! Very nice and intelligent gentleman and reasonably priced Definitely give him a call as he provides Great service! Thank you again! #greatbusiness

So I suddenly found myself stranded inside my storage parking lot. We jumped the vehicle a couple of times and it kept dying as soon as we unhooked the cables. So I searched for 24 hour mechanic, and found Mobile Mechanic Services.AJ showed up and went right to work by hooking up his tool to access the computer on my vehicle. Told him that the alternator was not producing at the right wattage. He observed that it was smoking some and was probably on the verge of catching on fire. While he was taking the old one off, we went and picked up the new one and he had me back on the road in no time. Would highly recommend him to anyone, he does what it takes to get the job done. They started on my fuel pump on Tuesday, didn't finish until Friday. Left in the vehicle and made it approximately 40 miles and the fuel line came off the fuel pump and now they won't respond. Do NOT recommend

Came out fixed one problem, only to start on another problem and not finish it. Called and texted with no response only to get an answer from them saying I was harassing him after telling me he ll be out.
