Bought 2 Volvos here . both have been great vehicles and Robert and his son ( also Robert) are the most honest and hardworking car guys I ve ever met!! Sales price is very reasonable and they stand behind their cars with excellent and affordable repairs if needed. I recommend them to all my friends. If you can get to Lexington, these guys can get you into a nice used Volvo without breaking the bank

I heard about this place from a friend and it has worked out even better than I had hoped. I was looking for a way to buy a vehicle for my daughter that would be reliable and with a very limited budget. I met Robert with my daughter about a month ago and he let me know he would contact me when he ran into the right car for her. Here we are a month later and we picked up a clean Volvo Cross Country and within my range. If you own a Volvo this should already be where you service your vehicle. While we were waiting for Robert to find the right one I brought in my daughter's Honda Civic to be serviced and Robert's son took care of us at a very fair price. As a family we have found our new place to being our cars.

They're the best. I bought my car there and got a great deal. I also go there to have my cars fixed. They're fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They're also very honest. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Was referred to them by a friend who has purchased several cars over the years from them. Needed a newer car myself so I went there and found what I like. Going to buy the wife and new driver daughter a car there soon. Robert and his son have been fantastic to work with. I've been going to him for 7 years for everything from regular maintenance to repairing a vehicle after a fire. The rates are reasonable and they're always honest.

These guys don't put you off. They tell you to come on in. And they have expertise that gives me confidence in their work.I went down and told the son Robert what his dad Robert had said on the phone about my car, and the younger Robert went out and checked it. He told me to come over to the passenger side and he'd show me the problem.He unlocked the door and even pushed it open for me from his seat on the driver's side. He showed me the problem and told me he could get me a new part for $20 or so and have it next week or the end of this week. I said okay.Then I said I had another problem, a missing light bulb in the back. So he went inside and came out with a bulb and put it in and said, "You're ready to go. He'll call you when he has the part."I said, "What do I owe you for that?"He said, "You can pay for it when you come back.""You can pay for it when you come back"? Who DOES that?Well, Meadowthorpe Motors, that's who. I love these guys. If they are that trusting, then I know they are trustworthy.And this is not my only time going to see them. I have found their prices to be affordable, their demeanor to be congenial and helpful, and their work to be impeccable. Always gotten fast, fair service from Robert and his crew. They do great work on Volvos and charge very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I own a 30 yr old car. And had a major leak in my raidator.I tryed endless to fix it myself.Using. JB WELD, flex seal rubber spray, & flex glue. But it only slowed the leak down.But didn't fix it.Short on money. I ran by this shop. And spoke to the owner.Named Robert. Showed him my raidator. And it's problems.How I tryed to fix it.He took me into his office made a few calls. Found me a brand new raidator. For way under a $100. Ordered it. Told me to come back in a few hrs .And they would fix my car.My car was all fixed in about 30 mins. For way alot less than the other shops !It majoly pays to shop aroundFor better work & deals.I'm sold. And I know where I only need to go back to now !Meadowthorpe Motors Thanks Robert & son.
