We picked up a screw on a Sunday and popped in without an appointment. Carlotta was so sweet and the guys took care of us quickly and efficiently. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable crew! We will definitely be back when we need new tires!

Horrible ran company. After being in a pinch and needing some work done I reluctantly(due to another horrible experience at ken towry) made an appointment to get thermostat checked. I was surprised to find out they were open on Sunday so made appointment for the 9:30 slot which they open at 9. Arrived at 7:50 as a way to let the car cool as I could not leave overnight, only to find out after waiting for employees to arrive was told their was not tech and could only do oil changes. Seems like something that should be disclosed online when making the appointment

Absolutely fantastic customer service by the entire staff,from the technicians to the counter staff.We were treated by Jordan,Charlotte and Clint with respect.Mr Rivera(the technician)did an outstanding job servicing my automobile. You now have a returning and repeat customer.

I m very impressed. I only get my vehicle serviced for everything at Toyota, until today. Jarod was extremely nice and helpful and explained everything to me. I just could tell he was genuine . Thank you for my new tires!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

Do not recommend the Boston Rd location.TLDR: Untimely, dishonest, hard to deal with.Set up an appointment for my wife to have a battery changed, called ahead to ask if they had the standard battery in stock because she was having the service on her way out of town. Chose Ken Towrey because they had it and it was on her way. Although they confirmed, when she arrived, they said they didnt have one on hand she waited 1 hour for service.Reviewed the bill, over $350, receipt only said "battery". When called to I asked about it, some people told me it was because they had to source the battery from another location (exactly what I had called to ask about and was told otherwise). On another call I was told that it was a super premium battery. Who knows? I told them that we preferred the standard battery as requested, and they eventually agreed to swap with a lower grade battery if we would purchase one and bring it to the store - and then they would refund us the price (charging just the installation fee). We did this.Then the runaround part 2 began. After several rounds of "we sent the refund to corporate" and "you have to wait 10 days" and "we don't give receipts for returns/refunds" I finally found and called the corporate call line two weeks after the battery swap. No refund had ever been filed for us!! The corporate phone center was very helpful, immediately initiated a refund, we received it in 2-3 days.I would never have work done here again. I have had excellent service at Christian Brothers Auto in Brannon, wish I had gone there instead.

For the record, I came to them with a car issue and they quoted me double the what I was quoted at other local places. It felt like they were attempting to capitalize on desperation. Ended up being much cheaper to get it towed elsewhere and fixed, so be careful with their quotes and call around.

Worked me in this afternoon for new tire installation and an alignment. Reasonably priced, very nice people working there, and I was out of there in a timely fashion. Will definitely be back to this Ken Towery thanks again

I would like to recommend this Ken Towery to everyone. They got me a same day appointment and I was in and out fast and had an excellent experience. Cecil saved my day! I had a big screw in my tire and he was able to get my tire patched up and check my car out so that I could keep my plans to go out of town. He also showed me some things that will need to be replaced soon on my car and offered me an excellent deal to come back and get them fixed up at a later time. They always do a great job here and are always fair and honest. I always get excellent customer service and repairs. Keep up the great work!

I love going to Ken towers off Boston Rd. The staff is always friendly and the service department usually gets the job done pretty quickly.

I have been here a few times now and cannot compliment their customer service enough. Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating. Most recently, I had a screw stuck in my tire one evening. I called Ken Towery's hoping they could get me in so close to closing time. They did not hesitate and told me to bring it right over. They had my tire fixed in under an hour. They even had my car pulled up to the door for me when I arrived. The lady at the front desk is always so welcoming and kind. Thank you all!

Really disappointed with service Installed 4 new tires with 4 new TPMS sensors. Had to come back second time for reset. ( it was too hard to do it first time I guess)Few weeks later lost two center wheel caps it was not tight properly BUT the sad part is on the front left tire I notice it had missing lug nut and striped studs. INSTEAD OF FIXING AN ISSUE IT WAS HIDEN UNDER THE CAP. Thank God my wheel didn t fly off Would stay AWAY from Ken Towery s Tire shops NOW!!!

This is the 2nd time in less than a year that this Ken Towery location has come to my rescue! I didn't make an appointment either time since they were unexpected events, but both times they were able to help me quickly. The first time, I had a very flat tire one morning and aired it up to take it here since it was the closest place to my house. There was a giant bolt in the tire, so they had to replace the tire but gave me an excellent price, inspected all of my other tires and said the others were all fine, and were very fast considering I had no appointment. This morning, my low tire light was on for the 2nd time in less than a week, so I suspected a slow leak. I stopped on my way to work, without an appointment, and less than an hour later was headed to work with a patched tire! Everyone here is super friendly, the prices are very fair, and I'm never going anywhere else for my tires!

This is my go-to tire place! After a great experience with Carlotta a few years ago (shame on me for not writing a review then) I couldn t imagine going anywhere else, and once again, had a great experience today! I always dread the time and financial burden of replacing tires, especially when they re flats vs. bald, but Jordan (the manager) had me in and out with a brand new, reasonably priced tire in an hour. Painless! Unless something changes drastically, I m a customer for life. (All that said, in the most loving way possible, the lobby could be cleaner, but that s just an observation and has zero impact on my impression of the business.)

Mr.Francis who worked on my car was Awesome!!!! He was very detailed in explaining to me the work that needed to be done to my car. Price was very reasonable. Excellent service!!! I would highly recommend Ken Towery on Boston Rd!!!!

Went above and beyond! I took my car to get a hole filled in one tire after running over a nail. They were prompt, professional, and very honest. In fact, the woman at the front desk went out of the way to ring up a coupon for the service I received, without me having to ask. It was a kind, professional, and honest gesture that I appreciate. They have earned a new customer and I want to encourage you to go to them for your tire needs. Great service, honest people!

Service was great! Had two tires repaired, and they got it done it less than an hour. They also found my tire insurance and got them to pay for it, and I didn t even mention I had it (I forgot). Would definitely go back!

The employees here are fantastic! I noticed my front tire was flat and could see a pretty bad spot where I must have caught a nail. I purchased my tires from here several years ago and they were kind and professional then, so I dropped in, hoping they'd be able to look at it and provide the same customer service-- and they did! They worked in my car in no time and took care of the patch! I fully recommend this location and will continue coming here for my tire needs.

10/10. First time customer today but I will definitely come back! Manager Jordan and all the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable; the garage bays were clean and the waiting room was clean-including the restroom!! Fast service, excellent work and price. Great experience today and I recommend this location 100%.

Big shout out and thank you to the staff at this Ken Towery location. I stopped in Sunday afternoon to get a tire puncture repaired. Service was quick, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Repair was done in less than half an hour (every other place I checked had a two-hour wait for a puncture repair), also including estimates for a replacement set in the near future. Even though they are not a close location for me they were worth the trip. Glad I stopped there!

I brought my car here for a slow leak in one of the tires and had a great experience! Everyone was nice and the tire was fixed quickly. After having it fixed at another place only to have it immediately start leaking again, I ll come here for any future tire issues I have.

Found a nail in my tire on a Sunday after noon. Ken Towery s was closing in less then 2 hours but they told me they would take a look. They had my car ready to go in less then 45 min. First time I have ever been here but I will be back!

The big box couldn't fit me in, but the friendly folks at Ken Towery quickly patched the nail hole in my tire. They were professional and courteous and declined to charge me for the small repair. With the attention to customer satisfaction, I'll certainly be back!

We had a tire with a pretty severe leak on a road trip. I called at 4 pm, was assured they'd get the tires. The shop manager, Nico Figueroa, drove us to our hotel! Tires were replaced and we were on the road by 11 a.m. Thank you for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Completely blown away with the excellent service I received today! Had a huge chunk of metal in my tire. John the manager was fantastic! Super friendly and trust worthy. They were able to patch it up for me and I was in and out in under 30 minutes! When I went to pay they took care of it for free and just told me to go enjoy the rest of my day. VThe tech was also great just heard his name in passing but it was along the lines of Montrez. Just wanted to recognize the excellent service. Ken Towery will now have a new life time customer!

I had a screw in my tire causing a slow leak. I made an appointment and they had it fixed within 30 minutes as quoted. The lobby was clean and everyone was polite while I waited. I would recommend to others!
