This Ken Towery gave me one of the best experiences I have ever had at a mechanic s shop. The manager Paula was so kind and helpful. She helped me determine the best maintenance for my Honda and had me in and out super fast!

My experiences were phenomenal!!! I have a Toyota rav 4 2003..the original parts are starting to wear out I have made a least 4 trips to this location about my car. Each time Angel, Armando and the main tech have been polite and extremely concerned. They helped and advised me exactly what I should and may want to do, basically gave me options. I would refer this locations to their future customers!!! I m old school so I expected the crew to be experienced and polite, they never disappoint me!!!!! Like a lot of companies these days, two expensive, called about an alignment, wanted 150, got it done for 95.00. In today's inflationary times, you would think companies would at least relax the price gouging and be happy with a profit. Not sure what other people think, but when I know a business is trying to stick it to me, I never call or recommend that business again. You would think they would understand, but the only time they give it any thought is when their going out of business.

I called and made a appointment here for a alignment for 1:30 on a Sunday. Got here then was told it was for 1 which wasn't true. They said they'll make it work. After sitting for 2 more hours they pulled my truck in which also needed sway bar links which they did actually put on. They pulled the truck out said I was ready. I asked for a alignment print out when I was told the machine printer just broke. Id have to come back another day. Suspicious that it was never done I couldn't prove it then. After I put new tires on the truck after a short time I noticed the tire worn on the edges. I took the truck to a different location where I had it checked and they confirmed the the tech at this location never did the alignment. I was asked to report it to corporate. Which I did. The lady there asked if the new location charged. I stated no she pretty much said we're even. And ignored the fact I was lied to and robbed and sent on my way. I also had to pay the tech cash to do the links the alignment was on my card. Corporate offered a $75 credit to tire replacement at one of their locations. Yea right. The tires I have were $1500 for all 4. This place is a joke...pics are front and back for comparison

Driving through on our way to WV, and we apparently had a nail in our tire. They were able to get us in right away, get it patched, and back on the road in 30 minutes! So grateful for their quick and fantastic service!!

Came in to have my brakes replaced today and received good, timely service. Don t have a whole lot to say about the people working the back as I didn t interact with them but from what I can tell so far they did a great job.Paula helped me throughout most of my service and provided possibly some of the friendliest customer service I ve had in a while. She gave me clear information and was able to get everything figured out for me within about 2-3 hours.At one point someone came in complaining (no fault to the business or employees, this person was incorrect about the situation and not even a customer) however Paula talked to them in a very polite and friendly way and was able to satisfy their grumpiness successfully.Props to the crew here! Great service and great customer relations.

Go in with a minor issue, come out saying I need $2000 in repair. Take it somewhere else- only needed minor repair. These people WILL screw you over if you let them.

Broke my key off in my ignition. Asked me to pay for it. Kept my car for a week. I had to call them several times for updates, and the updates they gave me were either fabricated or flat out wrong. "it'll be done today, it'll be done tomorrow." They also took my car off-site without informing me. My partner and I drove by several times and it just flat out wasn't there. Bad communication, untrustworthy, not a fan.

Cost of labor and made up part prices.. AutoZone has the best of what they have to offer for half the price. Absolutely under no circumstances should it be double their price per unit. Again cost of labor is ridiculous, and shouldn t be tolerated.

Took 4 days longer than it should have and still didn't replace two of the motor mounts while trying to add on an oil change. The guy said it's better which means it's still not fixed.

I had oil change and 2 tires mounted and balanced and I was out in 1 hr. They were real busy, but they handled it. I have bought tires there too. They are my go to place for different things. Keep up the good job.

I drive a fleet vehicle which requires a lot of stops at this type of business. This is my 2nd visit to this location . They are so nice and most importantly efficient . I have waited hours at other ken towerys where the staff isn t friendly and could care less about you. these guys went above and beyond to offer their help in not only fixing my car quick but loading my work stuff back in car. I hope they are treated well by their employer .

Great experience. I was able to get in for an alignment within a few hours of first calling. They were able to also put four new tires on at the time of service also. Service was quick and efficient. Thanks!

Had an emergency issue with my vehicle while out of state and they were absolutely awesome in getting me in immediately to repair my van and get us back on the road! They even made sure to use parts from stores local to me so if there was an issue with any parts they had put on, I would have no problem getting it resolved as the parts were warrantied! At the time, I was visiting my grand-daughter who is attending college near-by and happened to be with me that day, along with another grand-daughter who made the trip down with me. My older grand-daughter now uses their services for all the upkeep & repairs to her car because of the excellent service we received that first time! The only negative is that there isn't a shop near me here in Ohio so I can continue to do business with them! I even found the repair bill to be very reasonable! I never felt for one second that I was being overcharged for anything or was being taken advantage of in any way. They went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and had anything and everything we needed or wanted. Truly cannot make enough positive comments to convey how they turned an upsetting incident into at least a bearable one! A huge thank you goes out to the gentlemen at Ken Towery who did such a great job that day & continue to provide my grand-daughter with excellent service!

I had extensive work done at this location and was very pleased with both the results and the price. These gentlemen were professional and courteous while explaining my options and I plan to return to there for all repairs and maintenance. I definitely recommend for all automotive needs.

Super slow service. I took my car to get an oil change about a month ago and it took 3 hours. I went back to the same location to get my brake pads changed. I had an appointment scheduled for it and arrived a little early. When I made the appointment, I asked the man over the phone how long it would take to change the brake pads and he told me an hour for front and back. I waited in the waiting area for over 2 and a half hours. I ve been to other Ken Towery locations and have had good experiences. But this location has not been a good experience. Also customers and workers are not wearing a mask. Even though it is state mandated and we are in the middle of a pandemic.

Sent my Daughter here since it was in neighborhood. She had low pressure light on dashboard. She dropped off the car and waited a complete 8 hour shift to be told that they looked at the car and it needed 4 new tires and new brakes. And low pressure light still on. OK, this is where I got involved. Car has 45K miles. Seems questionable that it would need tires and brakes already. Brought it home to Cincinnati and confirmed with TRUSTED tire shop that it has 1/8" tread and brakes are fine for several K more. Also removed the NAIL in the tread and performed normal patch, for no cost. Needless to say, wont be visiting Ken anymore.

I spent $750 for repairs on my car, and the exact same problem occured less than a month later. My car needed new spark plugs, and I was told that to access them, they'd need to break the ignition coil pack, adding on another 250 bucks. I was skeptical, but I went along with it as my car likely needed a new one of those anyways. When the problems came back, I took it to a more reputable mechanic. Turns out the problem was that this shop misinstalled the spark plugs--they were loose, causing a misfire in two of the cylinders. And lo and behold, the new mechanic didn't need to break the ignition coil pack to access the plugs. I've had some decent experiences with this shop before, but I will no longer use them. All it cost was $750, plus the cost of the new mechanic to repair their sloppy work.

Ken Towery is fortunate to have such great employees like Paula, Angel, and Andrew. My first point of contact, Paula, over the phone pretty much determined I d get my brakes fixed at Ken Towery. Super helpful and knowledgeable, she offered to drive me to work while my car would be worked on. She then offered their weekend hours and I came in on a Sunday. These 3 employees are hard workers and I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication for all who need car help on a Sunday, when most places are closed. Pay them well, Mr Towery other companies would love to have Paula, Angel, and Andrew representing them.

Not only did we receive excellent service but my husband and I witnessed the purest act of kindness from the staff there. While we were waiting for our oil change a tiny elderly lady's car was finished and she was making her way to her vehicle. The technician that brought her car around saw she was having trouble walking even with her cane. Without hesitation he came to her assistance. He NEVER left her side. Even after she was in the car. Seeing she was having trouble adjusting the seat he continued to help her get her seat to a comfortable position and with great care gentle closed the door for her. In today's world you don't see that often enough.They are the complete package at Ken Towery. Great service and above all SUPREME customer service!!!

I'm from Ohio and had a flat on my way home. I asked the tow truck driver who put the temporary spare on, where the closest place to buy a new tire would be. I followed him here. They were super busy. I had a long wait, which the guy at the front counter did advise me of. He also kept me advised and amused. He made the wait as pleasant as it could be. Once they got me in, they were finished in no time. They would be my go to place.

I brought my vehicle in told them what i needed. The manner was nice clear and helped with letting me know that they would fix my truck and they diff not over charge me they actually helped financially with great pricing to stay in my budget.. I will always return here for all my vehicle needs. I as a woman was treated with respect and was cared for without being treated bad. I am totally happy and assured that my vehicle will drive safely.

This shop will typically overcharge for parts and labor but I've gone there a lot because they always got the job done quickly. This time they failed. I had my Jeep towed in because it wouldn't start and asked them to diagnose. I received no phone calls and had to check in myself. I was told the tech working on it had quit so they were starting over. Next I was told the engine was too tight to turn and the tech bent a wrench trying. Still no updates, I checked with them the next day and was told to have it towed to a different shop as they don't do engine work. I was charged for a new starter and labor. The bill came to about 380 bucks. Got the Jeep home and was able to easily turn the engine with a cheap socket wrench. Checked the cable from the positive battery terminal to the starter and cleaned off a bit of corrosion. The thing runs fine now. I will never return to any Ken Towery location after having done about $5K worth of work there in the past year alone.

Brought my car in to get a patch repair. The mechanic said they didn't repair 10 yr old tires. That tire had less than 12000 miles on it.Charged me $181.00 for a $113 tireAdded on $18. Emergency road repairPLUS $29.00 LIFETIME MAINTENANCE.NEVER AGAINI've spent over $$$$ there in the past.NEVER TRUST THEM!

After having an awful experience at the Hamburg location I went to the East New Circle Rd location where they quickly earned all of my future business. The guys cared, they listen and they went above and beyond to offer the highest level of customer service. I cannot say enough nice things about how they handle the situation, resolved my issues, were considerate of my time, as well as being both kind and polite through the entire experience. Thank you guys for being awesome at your jobs and for just being good people!
