We brought our vehicle in because it was making an awful noise on the interstate as we were driving back from Florida. When calling for help, Zack did not hesitate to get us right in. The experience was great and we were updated throughout the process of getting our car repaired, they also offered a free inspection to make sure everything else was safe on our vehicle so we could get back on the road with no worries. Zack and his team truly went above and beyond to help us. The best experience our family has ever had with an automotive company. 10/10 recommend!

This was easily the best auto shop I have ever dealt with. The guys were easy to work with, knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. I can not say enough great things about these guys! KD Auto Repair Lexington is now my go to auto shop for all my auto needs!!

We were visiting Kentucky from Wisconsin when our car started making a horrible noise. KD mechanics were able to get us in right away and within two hours we had a new sway bar and were on the road again! We got great recommendations for food/bourbon spots from the mechanics while we waited for the car to be fixed. We are so grateful that we were able to continue our vacation with minimal interruption thanks to their availability and efficiency!

KD Auto did an awesome job on our 2016 buick encore. Check engine light was on and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the root cause. Also repaired a valve cover that was incorrectly replaced last year by a different mechanic in a different state. We just traded this car in this past weekend so it was important to get this stuff done well and at a reasonable cost and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I had a great experience with KD auto. Being a college student, I always worry about going to auto shops and getting charged more/for more than what I actually need. But Zach and the techs here are SUPER helpful and are very upfront and personable. They made my long wait a bearable experience, and are always very honest and nice. Highly recommend!!

My 2011 Cadillac SRX was having brake issues, something wasn t right. I called KD Auto Repair and they simplified the whole process. They set up the tow for me, took extra time to rule out possible issues, quickly replaced the parts and had me back on the road in no time. Most importantly they kept me updated along the way. Great down to earth people and great service. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience with Zack and everyone at KD Auto Repair. I woke up this morning with a check engine light on my car and could tell it was running weird. I called them and they got me in within the hour for a free 15 minute diagnostic. I stopped to get gas on my way into Lexington and did not properly secure my gas cap, which apparently can lead to problems. They informed me of this and still provided a full point inspection. What a great and honest auto shop, so glad that I called KD Auto, they were great to work with.

I went in knowing the car needed work. They found everything and provided a great price using the proper parts. Zac and Cody were professional and very accommodating. They communicated at every step in the process with same day turn around.

Bobby took care of me. Initially I did not have a good experience due to short staffed issues I was unaware of however Bobby reached out to apologize and explained the situation.I work in healthcare and get many requests from patients to be on my schedule and I know a lot about customer care. Bobby displayed these characteristics and did some damage control like a skilled customer service oriented person would.They are short staffed and please be understanding of this however Bobby checked my car out for a potential oil leak and could not find anything initially. He made suggestions to keep an eye on the oil and to see him for the next oil change so he can keep it monitored of how much oil is being consumed or spilled. He did not charge me due to no significant problems being present to his skilled judgement and even fixed a dragging piece of plastic underneath my car that s been like that for 2 years.I will be coming here again and I definitely recommend them. There s a reason they are rated high give them a try!

My truck broke down in a parking lot. Turned out to be the alternator. They had me towed within the hour and fixed the next day. Zack kept me posted every step of the process. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I want to thank these guys for taking there time to help me today . My jeep happened to break down in front of their business and they pushed my jeep off of the street into the parking lot. They all stopped doing what they were doing and helped me. I was very impressed with there kindness and friendliness, I will definitely be very grateful to do business with them from now on. I thank God that they're still people like this .

These guys are very professional I went in and they did inspection on my car give me a estimate and they fix my car and they guarantee it they did a great job and it only took them two hours to do what they're very professional well-mannered the work they do is very excellent I recommend them they're now going to be my mechanic now on I'll trust nobody else up there you guys should try them they're reasonable they're growing give them a chance I am and I'm going back to him to do my oil change and I when I did my oil change they made sure everything else was good and it wasn't a high price it was a reasonable it's better than probably where they charge $100 and some odd dollars they charge less but they do a quality work so if you want to go to mechanic go there I guarantee you'll be happy if not they'll make you happy thank you guys you did a great job

I had valvoline charge my AC but it was still barely cool. I brought the car to Crowes and they charge it, and did some troubleshooting, at a very reasonable price. My AC started blowing cold air again! As far as I can tell, they are an honest shop with good technicians. I will be recommending them to people I know. Finding an honest and knowledgeable shop is a win.Update: I brought another car back to the shop just recently. They did some testing on it and turns out I have no compression in one of my cylinders. They were able to locate an engine for my very old CRV. Great place!Service: A/C installation & repair

Easily the best mechanic I have found in Lexington. The owner genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to explain and help you understand your options and what they are doing to resolve your issues. Every experience has been fantastic with the Crowes Master Tech Team. They are professional and will not try to sell you parts and services you don't need. Great business. I moved to Lexington and was very anxious about finding a good mechanic. Tried a few places out and then went to Crowes. The whole crew was friendly. They never tried to rip me off. Always fair and honest, and I always felt comfortable going there. I often times dropped in unannounced and they were frequently able to accommodate me and get my car back to me within a day or two, but most times much quicker. Highly recommend going to Crowes for your car needs.

I have been looking for somewhere to take my car because I can be very skeptical about who works on it. After reading Crowes reviews I decided to try them out. Look story short all my expectations were met and Bobby was extremely thorough and helpful. I will be returning with any auto maintenance needs if you are looking for somewhere to go they are very good and professional, I highly recommend!Service: Brakes

Best mechanics in Lexington! Super patient, kind and detailed with their work. Will gets you set up fast and Gary works on your car s issues with proficiency. The best thing is that they re done when they say they will be done or sooner! Who does that?? I m so glad we found Crowes. They re truly a trustworthy auto shop which is incredibly hard to find. I learned the hard way Thank you!

Great shop, attentive, knowledgeable and kind staff. I had an urgent auto concern arise while traveling and my Dad contacted them. William service manager, and Darrel, Senior Technician, assisted me. They were great in getting me in that day. They identified the overarching issue, a larger issue than could be fixed in short period, however did a great job of at least attending to items that would allow me to get back home. I needed a follow up before getting back on the road the next day and they fit me in again. I'm grateful for their work, time and attention. Wonderful experience!

They were super helpful and efficient. I'm new to the area and my coolant was leaking and my tire was squeaking and I was nervous seeing a new mechanic for the leaking coolant, but they were amazing and I am happy to have a mechanic that I will be able to go back to now that I'm here permanently. They had me in and out in just a few hours, and they called every step of the way to explain what was going on and how much it would cost to repair. They found a little rock wedged in pad shims and finally after weeks my car stopped squeaking!, and thankfully the coolant leaking was due to the water pump going bad and nothing more serious. I'm really pleased with the work and price, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a job well done!

Once again the crew at Crowe s Master Tech delivered outstanding service despite difficult circumstances. I had blown a tire and was unable to commute to work on my spare because it was an unsafe distance away. I showed up the next day right when the doors opened, without an appointment, and Will took excellent care of me. They were able to get my tires replaced in about an hour s time, which was just in time for me to make it to work that day. Despite not having an appointment, and not having the right man for the job, they were able to take care of me all the while remaining extremely professional and understanding of my situation. I d recommend this place to anyone who wants quality service from friendly professionals.Service: Tires

My experience today was amazing. I brought my mustang in...gingerly I might add due to the brakes not working properly. I did not have an appointment but the crew immediately got my car on the rack. They called me within an hour and told me my car was ready. They also reminded me that I was over due for an oil change so I had them do that as well. The cost was very reasonable and the crew was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

These guys were amazingly kind and did a great job! I had an electrical issue with my seat and I called at LEAST 10 other mechanics who all told me it would be at least a weeks wait. I called these guys and they told me to stop by in an hour, fixed it in under an hour, and charged me a very fair and cheap price!! I would recommend them to anyone.
