Don t use if you actually want your vehicle fixed. Went to them in November to get estimate for damage on my vehicle . Followed up a couple days later because my insurance okayed them & I wanted them to fix my vehicle. Called multiple time and my person was alway busy. Sent him an email and was told his manager had to schedule me. I m still waiting on the manager to follow up with a day and time to get my vehicle fixed and it s been over a month.

Our vehicle was in the shop for a couple of months and needed extensive work after someone hit our car and ran New Years Eve. We thank Tristan and the rest of the collision team at Green s Toyota for getting our vehicle in tip top shape. We appreciate their diligence, communication and determination throughout the process. We were pleasantly shocked and excited to see how the finished product turned out. It looks as if nothing ever happened. Thank you!

Great repair. Very diligent on communications concerning repair times and parts, along with constant communications with my insurance company. And all this during the Thanksgiving holiday. Job well done Green Collision!

Horrible communication. Refuse to read emails, listen to voicemails, or call you back. Take your car somewhere else. Only upside is their decent body shop. I picked up my car with a check engine light and a completely flat tire.

I took both my Toyota Tacoma and Kia Sportage to the shop for hail damage repair. Whenever I went to pick up both vehicles, there was still damage on both vehicle even after they had kept them for two months, whenever I talked with one of the employees about the damage, they gave me attitude. I had to go get the assistant manager and point out the damages on both vehicles to which he simply said we will fix it and kept the vehicle for another two weeks. All in all we spent upwards of $30,000 at this body shop and I wish I could have every penny in every second back. Terrible communication between themselves in the insurance company and also themselves and the rental car company. Please do not use this body shop go anywhere else!

My roommates car was in an accident. They forgot to turn in the estimate and then when they did, 2 weeks later, they said it would be done within 4-5 days. It took 5 weeks. She called many times and they continued to push the date back. Unprofessional is an understatement. She was without a car for over a month and a half because of the situation. To make a long story short, I took my 2016 Super White Tacoma in to get a fender flare replaced. While hand washing my truck a few weeks after getting it fixed, I noticed a couple of issues. First, there is some black residue along the top of the fender flare that won t come off. It appears to be some sort of paint defect, which must have come from their shop (replacement flares come unpainted, so Green s Collision Center had to paint the part prior to putting it on my vehicle). Second, the clear plastic protector they put on the fender flare was placed to where it hangs slightly over the corner of the flare. As you can imagine, the adhesive backing collected dirt on it. Both of these issues probably wouldn t be noticeable on any other color, but on the Super White on my truck they stand out and are very annoying. I contacted them to see if they d be willing to fix the issues. KC responded to me about a week later and acted as though they d order the parts and contact me when they had them to schedule a time to have me bring it back in. It s now going on 3 months and I haven t heard from them any more. Had I known they were going to do a so-so job, I would have taken it to a local body shop and paid less rather than driving all the way to Lexington (approximately a 2 hr drive for me) and paying almost $500 to get the same quality of repair.

They replaced my windshield as part of an insurance job. It was not done correctly and now there is exposed yellow foam between the dash and windshield. John Collins was the collision estimator and said "We can take the windshield back out but if anything happens to the glass we are not responsible and you would be responsible for the cost" in addition to this they reinstalled the passenger side windshield wiper incorrectly and reinstalled the driver side water dam incorrectly.Thankfully this was an insurance job and State Farm is working on rectifying the issue.Update-My insurance called them today and John Collins lied to them on the phone saying the damage was caused by me using a camera. This is a blatant lie because i pointed the damage out to him last friday at the same time i was picking the vehicle up and again on monday when I took it in to have the windshield wiper reinstalled properly and i didnt get the endoscope to take pictures with until tuesday.So now I have to wait for them to send out a independent adjuster to assess it.By far the least professional individual I have ever had to deal with.

This was quite possibly the worst repair I've had done at a body shop, especially a dealer body shop. I picked up my car and a few days after I noticed my driver's front window was squealing horrificly went going up or down. The drivers door did have some repairs done to it so they had to take the motor regulator assembly out. Most likely either bent it or did not install it properly. The hood which was also worked on does not pop up as it did before, they clearly just grabbed it with some pliers and bent the nose back up, painted the surface and did not touch up the pliers teeth marks under the hood and the damaged paint. The drivers front door also made horrible cracking/creaking noises when opening or closing. I purchased a new door catch for the car from Toyota. While removing the door panel to get access to the bolt I noticed the bolt was maybe two or three threads in and very loose. Grabbed a 10mm socket and tightened it up. Noise gone. I see now that there must not be any type of final inspection done by anyone or they would have caught all of this. Everytime I try to call I can not get through to anyone, I never get a call back and when the customer survey people called I told them everything and nobody called me back to talk about my complaints. I have worked in the auto repair industry for 15 years and I know how it works. You got the insurance money, which I still didn't see how there was $5000 worth of work done, shotty work at that. Bring your vehicle to a local repair shop and do not deal with this dealer body shop. Its a shame because if the job was done right I would have no issues recommending my customers to your body shop since I do get about 5 calls a week looking for body repair. I would relish the opportunity to speak with the service manager or general shop manager please.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Communication was good throughout the repair; however, upon receiving my car back from the shop all of my items from the glove box were on the floor board of the passengers side scattered with many items missing. I called addressing maybe hoping those items were taken out to get behind the glovebox for whatever reason and just forgotten to be placed back, but I can very well assume now those items were stolen and I won't be getting them back. Not to mention the trunk was also a mess with a quart of oil (which had nothing to do with a bumper repair) and jumper cables (like what) that Toyota claims were mine - they weren't. Just wanted to give any future clients a heads up from my experience.Service: Body & Trim

Hello! Great experience with these people. Took my Ram truck into their Collision/Paint center and was supported by KC who kept me thoroughly updated throughout.For me and after using many collision and paint centers across Central KY, these folks hands down are the BEST in customer service and quality work. I m very picky too and I ve never been dissatisfied. Paint won t peel in a year nor will you have to take your vehicle back for lack of quality. If you own a vehicle they support dont hesitate. Insist from your insurance to use them! Professional, responsive, and completed the work on my 21 Supra above my expectations!! Absolutely do not use at all. Took 2021 Camry in for cosmetic work, piece of wood hit my fender, hood and headlight cracking it. White pearl was panel painted and did not match the car whatsoever. Left tape lines all over and overspray all in the door jams. After complaining they redid the job again actually blending panels. This place is and absolute butcher shop. If you have a vehicle you take pride in stay away. The only good thing in that place was KC that handled my claim. Unfortunately he had to take my dissatisfaction and disappointment over this car that was butchered. Will never I mean NEVER go there for any bodywork. They replaced my rear bumper after I got rear-ended in a collision. Someone tried breaking into my car while they had it, they never told me until I found the scratches from where they tried breaking in and in several other places from working on the car. They had parts from the repairs left in my car. The car had dust, dirt and scratches all over like people took turns in having lunches in my car. When I took it back, they lied there was no manager on site since it was getting close to Christmas. That didn t sound right, I called them on the phone and got a hold of the manager. He did have me take it back and corrected a couple things on it and then after all that, my passenger side tale light won t work. Shoddy work and no attention to detail. Won t recommend this place to anyone. Keep in mind this was a 2022 model and I had just a little over a thousand miles on it.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Cannot say enough positive things about Green's Collision! They finished my car in less than the time estimated, customer services is exceptional, and my car was returned to me spotless. Looks better than it has in years. Thank you so much for making this process much easier than I anticipated!!! KC was so wonderful to work with, and Darrell couldn't have been more helpful. The staff at Green's Collision Center was so easy to work with and made the process of having to have my vehicle repaired so easy. Their team did amazing work - you can't even tell I was in a car wreck. Thank you for getting the work done so quickly and efficiently. It was also a great convenience that Enterprise is located on their lot - making it easy for me to return my rental vehicle.

The staff here really make you feel welcome. The team leads treat you like a real person and spend time face-to-face to make sure everything is clear. Absolutely love this crew. I can't say in words how pleased I've been with them over two visits. Highly recommended!

Took almost 2 weeks to return the vehicle after a simple rear bumper cover replacement - had to call 3 or 4 days in a row after they told me my car would 'probably' be ready on Wednesday. Absolutely horrible - make sure to get a rental if someone else's insurance is paying for it so insurance will hopefully get on them to actually do the job.For comparison, I had my front bumper cover replaced non-insurance by another company, and they got it done in one business day.

Went to pick up truck, the paint had runs all through it, paint bubbles everywhere door had a big gash in it. On the bed of the truck they missed spots, also they painted a part that wasn t supposed to be painted! It stood out really bad! they aren t painting the truck in a paint booth the work shows, looks like spray paint. When complaining about the work the employee shoves my brother, prompting the police to be called I highly suggest avoiding this place!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quality work. However, one one the receptionists had her face mask under her chin the entire time I was in the lobby. Also, one of the automotive technicians walked through the lobby not wearing a face mask. Very disappointing that they are risking lives.Service: PaintingService: Painting
