Recently bought a Toyota 4Runner and Ross took care of me. Was very friendly and super easy to work with. Walked me through every step with no pressure. Couldn t be happier with my experience while purchasing my vehicle! Would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this location and asking for Ross as the associate to assist!

Buyer Beware! Have them print out all the documents and read the fine print before you electronically sign on the iPad. They give you a USB drive after the transaction is complete with all the documents on it. There are so many documents and so many pages. I was told I was getting a Mopar warranty and two free oil changes/tire rotations. I get home and review and it's a third party warranty company that doesn't make anyones top 10 list. The two "free" oil changes/tire rotations cost me $200. I'd never pay that much. I cancelled the extended warranty but what takes them minutes to accept takes 4-6 weeks to cancel and get your money back. And it's not because of the warranty company as the dealership manages their own contracts. I bought a much longer Mopar warranty (8yrs/125,000 miles vs 7yrs/100,000 miles) for 15% less.

When seeing about buying a car they said they would give me $14,500 for my trade in. I pointed out a few issues with the car I was interested in and they said they would take off $500. The only issue was that they also took off $500 from the trade in without telling me ($14,000 now). I had to notice it myself on the paperwork. Yikes!

My daughter bought a 28,000.00 Kia Sorento from this place and the transmission went out and now it won t run without stalling.This place sells junk as used vehicles and I implore you don t purchase from them!

I've had my ram to this dealerships service dept a few times for overheating issue and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. They didn't put me off they started on it and did not let up till it was repaired. Eric my service advisor was very professional and courteous and kept me informed with their progress . Brian was the lead Tech on my truck and his years of experience certainly showed through the quality of service he provided. In short I highly recommend this dealers service Dept . Where you can tell customer service means something .

I have had a previous oil change here and never had issues. I had an appointment today with them to look at my tires for making a loud pulsating noise. They told me there is nothing wrong with my tires and that it is a normal sound for mud tires and recommended I change my tires out if I want them to be quieter. I have owned 2 Jeeps with mud tires and I know they ride louder but this tire did not sound like this when I first bought it and has gotten progressively worse. I spoke with service advisor Kyle and he treated me like I was unintelligent and did not know what I was talking about. They didn t even drive the vehicle on the road to hear the noise and feel the pulsating.I will never go back here again after this service. I was told that I didn t ask for a diagnostic but to check the tires . I brought it in for a pulsating tire and they did not do there due diligence to figure out the problem and instead just checked the treads. He told me that I probably need a tire rotation so I asked him if they rotated the tires then and he said we didn t ask for it . I have 3 free tire rotations still with molar, why would they not have rotated them when I bring it in with an issue. They did not recommend any tire rotation or balancing at the dealership and only gave me a sheet to purchase different tires. They wasted my time and did the bare minimum to push me out the door. Will definitely be going to Montgomery Jeep from now on.

Terrible customer service they wouldn t even let me know what was we with my car or when it would be done hours after the time they said it was going to be done. Several of the employees I talked to were rude to me and other customers. Definitely would not recommend coming here unless it s your only option.

I came to walk the lot to try and find a vehicle I saw on their website.... Walked every isle for about 20 minutes and had some guys looking at me but no one came to ask or help... nevertheless didn't find the suv I was looking for and looking to buy so I left and went to another lot to purchase a vehicle, normally they are all over you when you hit the lot so who knows

Months ago I made an appt for routine service and for a recall repair. They didn t do the recall part.Went in again a few days ago for a quote on AC repair and (once again) asked them to do the recall repair. Still didn t do it. (Supposedly they still don t have the repair part, but in the meantime I m driving a dangerous car?) Plus, just to diagnose the AC problem and give me a quote was $150! Way too much, and they were unfriendly about explaining why it was so high.

I made an appointment for an oil change which should not have taken more than an hour to do. appointment was made at 11:30 called at 1 still not done. service closes at 2. got there at 1:45 and nothing done at all. Very disappointed. Picked up vehicle and left. They need to insure there is enough staff on hand to handle their appointments. .Service: Oil change

One more time Glenn s Freedom provide customer satisfaction, they reported every step during the repair of my car, and they were very clear providing details about what was the issue with my brake system, and the solution.
