Had a bent axle on my travel trailer and local RV dealers couldn't help for months. Fleetline ordered a new axle which took about seven weeks to arrive. They had it installed and serviced another axle in less than a week. Probably saved me several hundred dollars in the long run. Really nice folks to deal with.

Great service, great communication, I had my RV back within 5 hours of dropping off. I saved time, money, and the headache of dealing with RV retailers. I d drive several hours for this level of service.

I needed to have the wet bolts on my 5th wheel trailer springs checked, as several of them weren't taking grease. I scheduled an appointment for the day we were leaving our campground at Kentucky Horse Park, but then our plans changed and I called to move the appointment back a day. Over the course of two days, I left multiple messages and never received a return call. I had written them off when I received a call about an hour before we were supposed to leave, and Dean indicated they could still work me in. I questioned why he never returned the call and what would have happened if we had shown up for our regular appointment, and I got a very foggy response where he didn't seem to understand what the problem was. Foolishly, I went ahead and schedule an appointment, and boy was that a mistake. When we arrived, I explained that three of my wet bolts weren't taking grease and needed to be removed and cleaned, and I pointed out exactly which three it was. At a very slow pace, he proceeded to grease all the various zerks (which I had already done) and finally reached the conclusion that "yup, sure enough them things ain't taking grease". So I repeated once again that he would need to jack up the trailer and remove the wet bolts. At a very slow pace, he drug out a floor jack and realized it wasn't tall enough to reach the frame, and was in the process of searching for an extension when I went in the trailer to see how my wife was getting along with the grandkids. When I returned he was nowhere to be seen, and I discovered he was taking a lunch break at 2:00 in the afternoon, after only 20 minutes of "working" on the trailer. I told the foreman we were traveling with children and didn't have the time to sit around all afternoon while they messed around, and if they couldn't get someone working on it right away we'd need to go. His response was "Well I guess you'll need to go. I'll go get an invoice worked up." I responded "For what? You haven't done anything." He replied "There's still a minimum service charge", something he had never disclosed before. I should have known better when I was told the labor rate was only $88/hour. I paid them $20 for their 15-20 minutes of "work" and left. What a scam.

Patched my trailer, replaced a steer tire, performed a DOT inspection, and corrected all deficiencies in a single day. Appreciate these guys helping me out and getting me back home without an appointment! Great job!
