They were very fast and professional replacing my muffler, I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon. They filled my tires as a curtesy and did not try to upsell me on any other repairs. My car sounds great and the price was very affordable, much better than quotes I got from other mechanics in the area.

I came in on Today thinking I had an exhaust leak and I actually needed an rear catalytic converter and by the time I was leaving they was taking my car back and 45 mins later they was calling me saying it was done and the price was so reasonable anywhere else I would of been charged an arm and a leg THANKS EXHAUST PRO I will be back and will tell me friends

I recommend this place. This is the only place I do business with in Lexington. Great honest people who are professional and great at what they do. They have never gave me issues with my car and always fixed the problem. Prices might be a little high but it s worth it.Domonike W.

One of the best places to get your car serviced! I make a point to stop in every time I am in town, because I am always happy to see the guys at this shop. Even though I'm not in town very often, they always seem to remember me, and the employees are hilarious so I always have a great time here! They make me feel like such a valued customer, and they get everything done quick too! I went to this store for multiple reasons. One it used to be a franchise with the Exhaust Pro on Outer Loop in Louisville which I have two great encounters with already. Reason two is because on Saturday and with Covid I guess I looked literally from Louisville to Lexington down to Campbellsville and they were the only! OPEN exhaust shop that was NOT working by appointment ONLY!My experience. The workers were social distanced from the customers. I waited about two hours which having four or five people in front of me plus giving my car time to cool off from the 1.5 hour drive was not a bad wait. My price was fair but I heard others get pretty good deals. They did go the extra mile though. Installed my muffler and tip like I needed. They removed and replaced my hangers to keep it up off the ground better due to just doing a manifold to header change cat delete moved my exhaust forward. (I did that work myself to save money). $$$ so for hanging my full system and installing a catback basically but me having my own muffler and tip $165 after tax. I heard a lady pay $99 for a cat repair and reweld. End result of mine was perfect mounting and look, sounds awesome OH! They also repaired a seal that they said blew out on the work I did which is very possible because it was inexpensive ebay items. But it sounds and looks pretty awesome and in my head I was thinking $100 would have been a deal and $200 would have been max so they were fair but they did it in 2 hours, no appointment, walk in that was open on Saturday!!! And I drove 1.5 hours to get there so......I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Tell them Hood in the Red Del Sol sent you and they will probably take care of you really well.

Came in for some exhaust work for my 1987 bmw 325i that some cut the cats off. I had to wait a little longer than what they said for the car to get in but the kinda normal for a mechanic. They got the actual work done relatively fast which was nice and the price was pretty fair for what they did. Overall nice and helped me out when I was in a bind so I appreciate them. Definitely going to go back for any exhaust work I need. Definitely recommended.

Hands down my favorite wrench wielders in town. These dudes are timely and honest. My car goes in, the work that needs done gets done, and that's it. Exactly as it should be.

I went to get a exhaust installed on my truck, after talking to them I asked to bring it in and they said they don't do appointments and just to bring it in that day at 3:30 like we discussed. When I got there he said he was to busy but would get it in. I told him I could come back but he said no he would get it in. After a hour they got it on the rack around 4:30 and started working on it. Closer to 5:15 the manager came out and started helping the welder and totally messed up his work buy moving the exhaust when he was about to tack it. When I mentioned it was off he snapped at me and said, "Well that's what you get when you bring in your vehicle at 4:30" I responded and said, excuse me, you got my vehicle at 3:30 and I told you I could bring it back if you didn't have time. He just got pissy and walked away, as did I because I didn't want to choke the guy out. When I went to pay, I told him I didn't appreciate the comment and he never said any apology or anything, just said when we get busy its very frustrating!! Like im supposed to have some sympathy for him or something.Later that night I looked closer at the welds and the measurements of the tips and they were awful and way off. I called back a day later and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it. When I got it up there they fixed the work, all except the welds. This is probably the worst welding job iv ever seen. As someone who has welded before I would be embarrassed for someone to see welds like this. See belowThe only person worth anything there is the lady in the office. She needs to quit and find a place she is appreciated. Honestly she could do better then this dump.Below are the welds on my exhaust, feel free to look up what a actual MIG weld is supposed to look like.Oh and I also overheard some of the quotes they quoted people for things, lol, they might as well just rob you. I saw one guy bring his care back after being gone for 5 minutes after they "claimed" to fix his radiator. A few other people brought their cars back immediately after picking them up, after they said they fixed it. This place is sketchy, save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

You probably remember me from the Black dude with F150, who you guys did so right . I do shop around. My issue with the Catalytic Convertor. The places I went to told me that I needed both of them fixed, for an arm and a leg . Even the price to fix one was very outrageous. I finally landed on you guys: The estimate was unbelievably affordable, service was quick and I went home to check if the job was done right and it was. I m very grateful. My truck sounds and runs good and I can t smell the fumes from the exhaust at all

I needed a new flex pipe put in and after I called a place that was right up the road from me, they told me it was gonna be nearly $300. So I called Exuast Pros (Winchester Rd.) and I spoke to Eddie, he said it would only be $130 for everything; parts, labor, time. And I didn't need an appointment. So I took it in this past Tuesday morning, and they fixed it within 45 minutes. And my car is back to sounded normal again. I'd definitely go back for other services in the future.

Absolutely a perfect experience. The gentlemen on Winchester road were so nice and knowledgeable. They repaired my car for $3000.00 less than the big from Greens Toyota.I immediately felt I was in good and trustworthy hands. That is so hard to find these days.

This business and these guys know their stuff. Replaced and Corrected a horrible exhaust system installed recently by another Lexington business. Could not be happier. Fast, efficient, quality product and prompt advisement and contact. And all of this performed on a 1973 AMC Javelin/AMX. An odd duck for sure but they never blinked and serviced my car properly and with great care. Find THAT anywhere else in Lexington. 5 thumbs up.Service: Exhaust

I was driving from Chicago to Tennessee on NYE when my car was having problems (Not accelerating, slowing down, etc.). After diagnosing that it was my catalytic converter and it was something I had to deal with right away or my car might shut down on me, I called exhaust pro. After they ran my make and model, they told me it'd be $1,600. Turns out, I had a different catalytic converter then the one that came up on their computer and it was only $413. These guys could have easily ripped me off, and they didn't. Moral, friendly business owners right hereService: Exhaust

Great job on fixing my exhaust system! Fast and very fairly priced! Super kind and knowledgeable crew.Update: Four years later, my boyfriend ended up at this shop after his catalytic converter was stolen overnight. They helped him out super fast and remembered me! So awesome!

Overpriced for the job they did. I expected a lot better for 125. I showed the guy 3 times how I wanted the muffler on my car and he still got it wrong.

They re so kind in there! My car needed a fuel pump and they put it on so fast! My car ended up having a little issue after being fixed when I came to pick it up, not their fault, but they definitely got it fixed and my car is back & running like a dream. The staff at Exhaust Pro were so kind and helpful. My car started lurching and my check engine light came on while driving, and the first service business I stopped at couldn't help, so they sent me across the street to Exhaust Pro. After checking my vehicle, they advised on next steps and charged me nothing (car has to go to the dealership). I appreciate the help and great service!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I first came in some months ago for my muffler. They don t take appointments which is great because if I m in a bind with my vehicle today and call they don t say, sorry can t see you till two weeks from now. So I got right in and it was quicker than I thought. The price was much less than what I thought. Although the muffler was slightly faulty I came back and they didn t give me a hard time about it. They don t make the mufflers. Keith Boozer is so down to earth and honest about the muffler which I really appreciate. Sometimes I get nervous that I might get taken advantage of since I know nothing about cars, but I know I didn t because my husband I work with another mechanic back home a few hours away that tells me exactly what this one says. When I first was in this area and went to a well known dealership group to get my Jeep fixed they actually recommended this place, that they do good work and were three times less than what they would charge. Definitely recommend as I see many other people do also. They didn t even ask me to write a review. Lol I did this complete on my own.

They did some major repairs on my daughter's car. As far as I can tell it was effective. My only complaint is that they don't take care credit, which made the 2500$bill a bit hard to manage.

Staff is very nice, fair price and does good work quickly. My truck had been dying at stop lights and slow turns for 5-6 years. It only would happen once every few months. I have taken it to many places and spent thousands over the years to get repaired. The knew right away what it was and fixed it and has been running great.

I called ahead of time about an appointment and was told it s first come first serve. I was diagnosed, repaired and on the road again in 28 minutes!!!I had a rotted band around the exhaust that cost 75.00, apparently a very reasonable price from a semi knowledgeable person I asked.I definitely recommend and given I have any more exhaust issues, I ll be back.Service: Exhaust

Great customer service and the waiting room is very nice. Great atmosphere. They were quick and this experience gave me peace of mind because they inspected it and was great at explaining what's going on with my vehicle. I went to this establishment years ago about a muffler and I had a great experience then too. Because of my experience I'll start going here for my oil change.
