We had a great experience during a process that can be extremely stressful at times! Every single person we dealt with was super professional and we never once felt pressured to make a decision about the purchase of our new car. Trey Combs helped us every step of the way, ensuring we got the deal that was best for us. He was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him to anybody. Trey Combs was a big help and he kept checking in on us to make sure everything was going well. We felt in great hands the whole time! 10/10 recommend them to anybody.

WONDERFUL DEALERSHIP!!!! I started the car buying process a few weeks ago. I did countless research on different cars and was finally stuck between two. One being a Honda and the other a Toyota. I went to test drive both cars. When test driving the Honda at Don Jacobs, the salesman, Dakota, was EXCELLENT! He knew every single detail about the car and answered any questions I had with truthful, reliable information. I had a bad experience at a Toyota dealership and decided I no longer wanted to go with a Toyota and I just wanted to stop reaching out about the car for a few days. I then get a call from Don Jacobs about the Honda I had test drove a few days before. This was also a GREAT experience. Any questions I had about financing were answered clearly with no hidden information. Don Jacobs went above and beyond to get me into my new Honda. From the salesman, sales manager to the finance manager, I had excellent service and care every single phone call. This was my first time purchasing a new car and I will forever go to Don Jacobs Honda now. Great place! I don t have one single bad thing to say about this place.

We just purchased a new Honda CR-V, and the experience was fast and easy. Dakota was very nice and knowledgeable and we enjoyed working and talking with him. Ryan also made the financial part very easy. This is the second car we have purchased from Don Jacobs and both times have been great.

Wasn t going to leave a bad review but I am now. Went in for a b3 which is a transmission fluid change. Service advisor did a b1,b2, and b3 service. I didn t ask to do the whole thing. I had 70% percent life on my oil and i had gotten an oil change about a month and a half ago with the tire rotation and balance. I just wanted a b3. Can t go back on those so i went ahead and paid for it. Then later I noticed my steering wheel has a big scratch mark at the bottom of the steering wheel. Been going to you all ever since I bought my car from you all. Today has left a bad taste in my mouth .. Terrible quality in service.

We had a great experience. We traded in our Honda Accord and bought a 2024 Honda CR-V, which we like very much. It was a low-pressure sale. Our salesman, Hunter, was really laid back, yet he spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. We were able to test drive a couple of different vehicles. Conner from the finance department crunched a bunch of different numbers to get the deal we needed. We have bought from Don Jacobs before, which is why we returned. It was a good experience in the past, and today did not disappoint. The people here are friendly and professional. Honda quality and pleasant purchase experiences will keep us returning to Don Jacobs in the future.

We moved here from out of state a few years ago. Our Honda needed a recall repair, so my husband took it to Don Jacobs service department. He was very impressed with the service department and talked about it when he got home. Fast forward a few months down the road, the time came to trade in our family vehicle and purchase a new one. Remembering the level of service my husband received at the Don Jacobs service department, I didn t hesitate to start my search on their website. After I found a vehicle I was interested in, I made an appointment online to test drive that specific car. I went by myself to test drive while my husband was working. When I pulled up on the lot, they had it ready for me. I never once felt any sort of pressure at all. It was a very comfortable test drive and I loved the vehicle. I wasn t able to return with my husband, so they put together the numbers and my husband went back that evening when he got off work and finalized the deal. My husband felt comfortable enough with the level of customer care I received while I was there that he never even looked at the car or drove it until he had signed the papers and was driving it off the lot. My husband worked in the car industry for several years in the past. He is aware of how customers can be taken advantage of and ripped off. For him to feel comfortable that his wife wasn t taken advantage of at a car dealership is a very big deal. Don Jacobs is the real deal. This was the least stressful auto purchase I have ever made. Every single person we worked with was wonderful and we feel like we got a fair deal. When the time comes to purchase our next vehicle, we will return to Don Jacobs.

Took car in twice, ended up being 3 times... they didn't look at what was wrong with it (that I asked) they did how ever replace a caliper and managed to leave all the bolts out of it, making me return causing me not to trust any shop and start doing my own auto repairs. They were too worried about my audio system to notice even the basic problems my car was having like the alternator going bad, bent rim in the shape of an egg, or the nasty oil leak coming from the valve cover... recently my ac compressor pulley fell off the car after making the noise I originally took to them to fix that they claim "we just tightened a couple bolts that's come loose over time." The sound came back a few months ago, called and was told that I had a 2 year warranty on their work. Then when I call to ask a couple questions to figure out what I'll need to fix my car and the manager felt the need to speak down to me and use a very disrespectful tone denying they said anything to that nature and there was no such thing as a 2 year warranty... that's fine, I never intended to ever let them work on my vehicle again, I was just wanting to know what hardware I needed to replace if any. But the car is fully fixed now (Work done by Myself) and I felt the need to let everyone know my experience with this repair garage... I wasn't going to make this review, since I love Honda plus they caused me to better myself and learn auto mechanics. But next time, my car will go to a different Honda Repair shop.

This was my first time buying a new car at a dealership and I was a little nervous to say the least but my salesman Alex did a wonderful job. I have always heard good things about Don Jacobs and how they treat you like family and it really is that way. The people were very nice and helpful. They gave us a great deal on a Civic and explained everything in detail about the costs and the warranty information. Overall, great experience and even better people.

I ve had my old car for quite a few years and it was getting to the point where I was needing a new(or at least new used car). My fianc� had bought his last car with Don Jacob s and I hadn t bought from a dealer since early 2000 so I was really nervous. I m not too knowledgeable about cars but Mark helped me every step of the way. The man must be a saint because he was very patient and was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. It was a rainy day but Mark was willing to walk out onto the lot and show me a few cars that fit my requirements. When I finally decided on a vehicle Mark explained all of the paperwork in detail. I d also like to give a big shout out to Conner who helped me with the financing and paperwork as well. Overall my experience at Don Jacob s and the team there was outstanding!!!!! These guys are awesome!!

This dealership was absolutely awesome! I just bought my SUV from there and I couldn t be happier. They worked with me on price and even stayed late with me so I could close the deal with my bank, so I could drive away in my car that night. (I financed through my own bank). Conner even tried to get me a better interest rate. Caleb was my salesman and he was so kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the little things to me, as this is the first car I ve ever bought from a dealership and financed. Greg was awesome too. Greg was the business manager and he even came and talked to me. They were all amazing and I could not be happier. They really treated me as if I was a family member that was there trying to buy a car. Thank you guys so much! I ll definitely be doing business here again.

We saw our vehicle online and emailed about our interest. The next morning we received a call at 8:30. We were at the dealership by 9:30 left with the 2016 Honda Odyssey a bit before noon. It was detailed and full of gas. Joe and Vanessa were great.

I needed a new car after my previous car was totaled. I wanted another CRV, preferably hybrid. Mark spent hours with me to help me understand what safety options were available. I ended it going up with the touring one, and decided to buy that. Overall it was a really helpful and painless roughly 5 hours spent getting from learning about which CRV s were available and what I wanted in a new car. I would definitely buy another vehicle there.

I worked with Caleb and he was so nice, professional and answered every single question I had. I also worked with Connor for financing and he was equally as professional and once the deal is done; he gets on the ball and has you driving your new car home in record time. Everyone at Don Jacobs was great and made me feel very comfortable. So, I stopped by to look at the new 2024 Pilot and left with a new 2024 Passport and I LOVE it. Go see Caleb and Connor.

My sales person Trey Combs literally brought two different Passports to my workplace for me to check out, then (still while working) I e-Docusigned my paperwork, paid over the phone and bought my new Passport while still at work. They then delivered it to me to drive home! I cannot express how grateful I am to have bought my car without ever stepping foot in a dealership. The finance manager Ryan and Trey were absolutely incredible and are worth their weight in gold, which I m sure of because I also work at a dealership! Ask for Trey super knowledgeable, not pushy, not trying to upsell. He was kind, professional and precise. I wish we had a salesman like him.
