I just bought a Mazda CX5 from Robert Harris at Courtesy on Wheels the entire experience was great! He was honest and let me decided and didn't put any pressure on me to pick something. He actuallt listened to my needs. They had a more than fair asking price for the car. They even bought me and my husband lunch, gave us 4 eclipse glasses, two candy bars, bags, and a pick Stanley to go with my new Mazda. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Completely false advertising! My husband and I just came through bankruptcy. We have all of the documents to show it's been discharged. We are now ready to start rebuilding. Courtesy says that they will help with all credit and especially Bankruptcy! Not true at all!! Avoid these people! They ran my husband's and I credit which we didn't want ran just for the fun of it came back and told us "sure we can do something but we'll need at least 4k if not more down". What is wrong with these guys?! There your best friend at the start and if they can't make a sale there super rude and will step right over you if your taking your last breath. I have never seen a ruder group of sales and finance dept in my life and I have purchased many. But I'll be happy to advertise for Courtesy from this day on for free. And make sure that everyone I come in contact with understands what a not so SWEEEET place this really is. Thanks for taking time to read my review. I hope everyone is having good day.

As stated previously: COMPLETLEY FALSE ADVERTISING.I can PROMISE without a shadow of a doubt that you will not be approved here without an ASTRONOMICAL down payment. I have credit history of two previous vehicles being completely paid off, and they said they wanted $5,000 down.PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GETTING A CREDIT DING FROM THIS PLACE. All car salesman are liars, these are atrocious and immoral liars.

When I first purchase my vehicle here I thought they had great service everything they said was right on point however the day that I left the car lot the screen that controls the heating in the air in the radio went out when we called them they stated to bring it back in and they would fix it so we took it back they reset it and it didn't fix it so again today we bring it back and now they say it's on us not them along with they were supposed to be checking to see if something was covered on my warranty that they could fix instead they just went ahead and fixed it it was two relays that was $20 a piece and they charged me $300 that's not good service nor is that good business they'll be getting this car back and I'll do my business at Toyota South

Do not buy a car here! I bought a vehicle with only 27,000 miles. I was blatantly lied to, even sent fake text messages supposedly from the previous owner of the car who was a friend of the salesperson when I had questions. I later finally got the owner s number and Turns out the he does not even know them, never sent those messages, etc. I was told an extended warranty would not cover issues because of modifications to the vehicle, so I declined. The 1st day I had the car, had to spend over $300 to fix a headlight (bulb, wiring harness, broken, bracket, etc.) a few days after the vehicle had a major failure. I had to replace the radiator which was $500 just for the part, plus a ton of labor. I was told why didn t you buy the warranty? and You got a really, really good deal I wanted to bring the car in to them but they said they had 40 cars in front of me. I spent approximately $2,000 in repairs and it still has an engine oil leak, transmission leak and vacuum seal leak. I wanted them to take the car back and they said a car like that wouldn t pass their inspection, they d just have to auction it! Yet it supposedly passed a $1,4000 inspection and the headlight wasn t even working and had all these issues! When I finally complained enough, they gave me $300 which I reluctantly accepted, and brought the car into their shop, had it for a day and told me nothing is wrong with it, despite TWO shops saying it has all these problems STILL. And since then it s now throwing a cylinder misfire code also. So even MORE problems now. On top of everything, they entered the mileage wrong on the title, stating the vehicle had 3,000 too many miles when I took ownership. So the vehicle is considered a TMU (true mileage unknown)/rollback. Their solution for this was for me to just drive it until it surpasses that mileage and don t get an oil change or into an accident. Because it s around the holidays and would require an inspection and weeks of paperwork to correct. I don t begrudge a dealership for making $ but I was misled on my trade as well. This barely even scratches the surface of my horrible experience here.

i've been paying payments on my truck for about a year and a half now. when i purchased it at $28,000 i was fine with my $600 payment a month but now to find out i still owe $24,000 for whatever reason and it's been a year and a half already i'm very upset will never get a vehicle from here again and wouldn't recommend for anyone. i've already paid $11,000 on it and still owe $24,000 this is unbelievable.

Said they won't accept out of state loans. I'm in the military and my wife lives in Kentucky we had the car and the loan already processed but last second told my wife they wouldn't accept out of state loans. The loan is in my name and where I'm stationed and they wouldn't accept it. Not military friendly or would work with us later. Anyone military stay away from them do business elsewhere.

I called Courtesy and talked to Tony. He asked my application information, which there was one thing I needed to confirm. He asked that I called back with that information. 30 minutes later, I called and he was unavailable, so I left a message as I understand they get busy. Two days passed, no return call. I received an email from a Chris about a week later that asked how they can help get me in to a new car. I replied to the email saying that if this was the customer service they were offering, I didn't want one. The next day, Tony called. I gave him the rest of my information and completed my application. It's been a month atleast... so good thing I didn't depend on Tony or Courtesy's "great" customer service! From what I'm reading with vehicle issues, I'm glad I went elsewhere. By the way, your vague reply of "sweet" must be from your kid... surely you can find a functional adult to respond to your reviews better. That's pretty elementary.

Overall my experience was great. I bought a used car and am very happy with the car as I had been searching they make and model for a bit of time. My problem occurred dealing with financing. I knew I didn t want anything extra but some fast talking by the finance manager I got confused. He gave me four different monthly payment options i choose the lowest one thinking it was just the car, tax title etc. When it came to the contract I asked about the additional 3118.00. He said you initialed that payment and agreed to the extended warranty. So basically he only showed me the monthly payments with the extended warranty options. There was no option for just the car. Now here s where I went wrong I should have not signed the contract I should have been more assertive and asked for him to remove the extra. Unfortunately, I felt like I couldn t. As the rest of the day progressed I became more upset. I called the next morning to speak with the finance manager and after much back and forth he said he would strike it from the contract but I would have come back in to sign another contract. I absolutely would if I didn t live in another city and didn t have to work during their open hours. I asked if he could fax a new copy to my attorney and I would sign it and send it back. He flatly refused. I wished him a good day and said I would cancel the policy on my own. The whole process left me feeling like an idiot. These guys talk fast and basically lie by omitting the monthly payment without the extra. An expensive lesson was learned and I hope you do better than I did and say no if something doesn t feel right. Now hopefully I can get through to the warranty people. Given how much fun I had with the finance manager I doubt this will go any better .

I was a walk in at courtesy on wheels and the sales guy Juan was very professional. I told him what I had for down payment and what I wanted my payments to be and what car I wanted and I got my 2007 Toyota Camry Se. I was in and out the dealership in 2 hours. Great place to buy a car. Thank you courtesy on wheels. Also thank you Juan for the great experience cause that was my first time buying a car at a car lot. Awesome job.

I recently purchased a car from Courtesy on Wheels and had a great experience overall. My salesperson, Lamont, was very professional and genuine, and made the financing process easy and stress-free. I also appreciated his assurance that if anything were to go wrong after I left the lot, they would take care of me. I left feeling confident in my purchase, especially after buying the best warranty they offered.A few days after taking possession of the car, I noticed a tear in the tint on the passenger side of the windshield. I reached out to Lamont and he immediately made it a priority to address the issue. Although there was some delay, I'm happy to report that they ultimately fixed the windshield tint to my satisfaction.Despite the small hiccup, I still feel like I was treated well by the team at Courtesy on Wheels and am grateful for their willingness to make things right. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

I bought my last car with David Martin about 5 years ago, & I bought another one through him yesterday. He helped get me as many discounts as possible, & even helped me get the best deal for trading in my old car. I took David's recommendation for buying a Lincoln, and I'm in love with this car already! Everyone at Courtesy Accura is super kind and helpful! I only buy my cars from them. I love this place!

I had such a great experience at the Acura dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I test drove an Integra in October and decided in February I wanted to move forward with the car. I was able to talk to someone about what exactly I wanted including the color of the car. It took less than a week to find my car. They made the whole buying process easy.

I brought my car in for general maintenance and a couple issues that had recently came up even after having a bad experience a couple years ago, I figured I would give them another chance but boy was I wrong. I live 45 min away from the dealership and my appointment was at 9:30 I didn t even get to hear any of the ISSUES WRONG WITH THE CAR UNTIL 2:30PM. I called once at 12:30 and checked on it and was told well they are at lunch but it ll probably be another hour and half. And then when I finally got to know about the issues going on i was told it would take the rest of the day to fix if I wanted to, therefore, I obviously didn t want to because I had already waited 5 hours just to be told the problems and the person that came with me had to go to work. I ll never go back, I m all about giving businesses a second chance but after two horrible experiences that was it for me. Basically waited 5 hours for my oil to get changed

Very professional, personable, and do things in a timely manner. I love the proactive measures you take. Our rep. , Autumn is the best. They were made aware of a seat belt recall and reached out to us before the noticed arrived and got us in and taken care of even before being notified. I love that! Thanks Autumn and Curtesy!

I asked to have my wiper blades to be replaced during a normal service on 5/10/23. The blade replacements were $26 and the labor was $79 to replace them. I have never been charged in the 20+ years to have wiper blades put on at this dealership. Never again will I have any extra work done at this dealership. I will now replace my own blades and any air or cabin filter going forward!

Joe West is a great salesman. He made sure I found a car that I liked and that I was comfortable with. They were also able to work with me to get a good price. 10/10 would recommend.

I appreciate the quality service Courtesy Acura provides. My last service required several unexpected repairs to my vehicle that required a lengthy amount of time to fix and Autumn provided me with a loaner car to use while it was being serviced which I greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

What can I say? Acura has always given me great service in every state. I m new to the area and was hoping it would be the same here in Lexington. I was not disappointed. They were extremely understanding and patient with me while I figured out an issue with my battery. Autumn was the best, and I will never go anywhere else for service.

I bought my car here last year and was pleased with the buying experience. HOWEVER, the vehicle has given me nothing but problems. Less than 100,000 miles and I've had to replace three wheel bearings. The undercarriage was so rusted the mechanics at tire discounters we're even leary of touching it. The vehicle is currently (and has been for over a week) back at Courtesy's dealership shop with transmission issues. I have received no calls and have had to call for updates every day and being told "they are looking at it". This is after it was at another shop for 3 days. I just want my car fixed so I can tradein this lemon for a new one. Never buy used.

My battery died while I was out running errands. Someone gave me a jumpstart. I quickly called Courtesy Acura to ask if they could replace the battery right away. They of course were quite busy per usual but said Sure, bring it on in! They got me in and out with a new battery in about 30 minutes. Life savers!! Thanks for your service!!

Mr Gillum has been exceptional to work with. He was very courteous and patient. He answered all my questions about the XZilon Ceramic Coating. I never felt pushed or pressured into making a decision. Oh yea, and the car looks AMAZING!!!

This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever been through. Kevin, my sales associate was very friendly and prompt with communication. I ordered the vehicle, and they were great with updates on assembly and delivery. I was coming in from Nashville and they were able to have all paperwork complete and ready to go so I could get back on the road! Would highly recommend Courtesy Acura and their team, great job!

The overall sales process was great. Our salesperson Jay was very accommodating to our requests. The final sales process of signing all the paperwork could have gone faster. But all that matters is it is done and our son now has a reliable car to drive.

Autumn was exceptional! Not only did she succinctly explain what was recommended and the associated cost but she also let us know about future service we would need and an estimate for that. One of the best auto service experiences we have had!

I m very Happy with my Purchase with Courtesy Acura! With my credit not being the best I am very grateful that you all worked as hard as you did to get me such great car! Levi is a great guy and helped me find the car that I needed and was able to show me all the bells and whistles of my new Honda Accord. I can t thank him enough along with all of your team from detailing it to signing the final documents. It was very easy of a process and I ll definitely be back for my future car buying needs! Keep up the great work and I ll be sending people your way!

Have bought and leased literally 6 cars from this dealership. First, love the Acura product as Acura puts money and investment into the engineering, design and drive ability of the product. Second, this dealership is fair and tries to give their customers the best deal possible but also have great service. The dealership builds and maintains long term relationships with their customers. It is not just about the sale. Also, there is no salesy aspect to the transaction. The prices are what they are and they make the sales process simple, clean and straightforward. It either works for you or not. I recommend this dealership!
