I visited Courtesy Acura on Saturday. My salesman Robert Harris was nice and helpful. The sales manager was a bit of a jerk and the finance manager was pushy but I guess that's their roles. All in all for having to deal with a dealership Courtesy was the easiest I've ever dealt with. I would buy from then again.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Courtesy Acura. First our salesman, Chris Webb was awesome. We had been to several dealerships, and they were all pushy. He was pleasant, not pushy at all and wanted to make sure we got the vehicle we were looking for. He brought us water, chocolates there was a food truck there and they fed us. We brought the vehicle of our dreams, and we got more chocolates and a free Stanley cup. The process didn't take long at all. The dealership is clean and comfortable, and the staff were all so friendly. If you are looking for a great place to buy a car look no further. It was the best experience we have ever had buying a car.

Drove over an hour and a half just to go to Courtesy Acura to look at their cars. My boyfriend had bought three from Chris and an had excellent experience. Well, Chris was great and my Honda that I drove home is beautiful! Thank you for your kindness, diligence and excellence .to the entire team who worked with me.

The entire process from first contact with the salesman to finalizing the financing went as quick and smooth as can be expected when buying a vehicle. Juan and David were excellent to work with and always professional & polite. Great job putting me into a SWEET 2021 RAM Big Horn for an excellent price! Thanks!

Autumn and Paul were very helpful and professional when we had what we thought was a dead battery. They put it on a device to see if it was really dead, and it did not show any thing definite so after a discussion, we all decided the best thing was to just put a new battery in. The car works great now. They were very courteous and timely with up-to-date phone calls and we will continue using Courtesy Acura for all of our service needs.

Car buying experience was straight forward. The sales person was courteous. I wish the dealership itself was a little more representative of a luxury car sales. There was no individual cup coffee machine, with an old Bunn coffee maker that was empty. And no single-dispenser format that is now ubiquitous at even the local Honda dealer. And this is Acura.

Exchanged a few emails with Scott before riding up from Chattanooga, Tn.He made sure the car I was interested in was there and ready when I made it to Lexington. Smooth and seamless service. The team there made sure I was taken care of during my purchase. Thank you very much.

This was my first time at Courtesy Acura. I was treated with respect and had a very positive experience with the Courtesy Acura family. The service tech kept me well informed with issues concerning my truck. I will recommend anyone to take their vehicle's for service at Courtesy Acura. I'm excited to know that I have a service department now that I can really trust with my vehicle. Thank you Courtesy Acura family!

I have mixed reviews on my experience at Courtesy Acura. We purchased a new car from them 3 months ago. It was nice that they took care of our plate but they asked us if we wanted a Keeneland plate like we had on our current vehicle. We said that would be great but the plate that arrived was not a Keeneland plate. Why did you offer that to us if you were not going to do it?I have been to the service department two times. The gentleman that coordinated my service was very pleasant and I only have glowing things to say about him. I could over hear him dealing with a stressed customer and he had excellent phone skills. He had such a calming voice and he was really trying to help them. I was also impressed that they allowed me to drive one of their cars so I could get back to work and come pick up my car later. The negatives would be that I could not figure out what I was supposed to do as the customer. I drove up to the garage door and it did not open. Am I supposed to wait? Am I supposed to park and walk in to check in for service. Who is supposed to help me when I get into the garage. Two official guys were sitting behind a counter. It makes sense that I would check in with them. I waited because they seemed busy and they never said hello or addressed me so that must not be what I need to do. I look at the guy sitting at the desk on a phone call and he apologizes and says he will be with me shortly. No problem I hang out. When he was done with his call he offered me a seat and was very like-able and pleasant.I would suggest that if you are an employee of Courtesy, if you see a confused customer hanging out, you really just have to say hello and guide me to the fact that my service coordinator is on the phone, I can wait in my car and he will be with me shortly. Maybe you could have a sign on the outside of the garage door telling us to wait and someone will open the door shortly. I am a patient person I just did not know what I was supposed to do.While I was waiting and trying to figure out what I was supposed to do as the customer, I walked around and read all the signs. I was excited to see that when I returned my car it would be washed and swept out inside. I have been there twice now and my car was never washed or swept. If you are not doing those things that you listed big on your sign in your service department, that makes me concerned you might not be doing everything on the check off list for my car.

Great experience that went much smoother than my previous ones elsewhere. They want to sell the car and you want to buy it, how do other dealers make this so hard? We will be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealership has been absolutely ridiculous to work with. Sold my wife a Yukon Denali with 3 of the 4 tire pressure sensors bad, AND all 4 shocks blown. Upon test driving the vehicle, she stopped at an advanced auto parts to have it scanned and it threw a tire pressure sensor code. When she gets back to tell them, the salesperson tells her it s just the cold weather. No buddy, it s not. Very next day finding out the shocks are blown, we call to ask them to have them fixed. They tell us it passed safety check. Well sir, shocks won t cause a failed safety test. It s been 2 months, and all we get is a run around, let me talk to so and so and get back to you. I ve got saved pics and texts from day 1. The owner calls me and offers to pay half. No sir, they were busted when you sold the vehicle, it s your responsibility to fix all 4 shocks and tire pressure sensors prior to selling a vehicle. Then he tries to tell me, well your wife declined the warranty we tried to sell her. Again, I m not stupid buddy, your warranties don t cover wear and tear parts of the vehicle, so it wouldn t have done any good anyway. 2 months and I still can t get any resolution. I ll be happy to share all the pics of our conversations up to this point. Simply ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!THEN THEY BLOCK ME ON FACEBOOK SO NOONE CAN SEE THEYRE CROOKS!!! JOKERS!

I had a bad battery, and Autumn got my car taken care of straight away and through my warranty. I couldn't have been happier with my service.

Acura - best car option if you're able to afford it.Pricing - The price is the price and in line with what it should be so there's none of that back and forth. You already have the best deal.Scott - awesome sales person. He's genuine, kind, friendly, helpful, educating, experienced in all things Acura, knowledgeable about the individual vehicles and on vehicles in general and he is not at all pushy. He's the kind of person who becomes a friend by the end of the day and he takes responsibility like he's an owner at Courtesy Acura. I had an unusual, unlikely experience upon first contact with the dealership (misunderstanding - at least 50% my fault) and Scott very gracefully and humbly recovered the situation where I would never have expected a recovery elsewhere.Staff - generally everyone at Courtesy is just that. Very friendly, unassuming and on common ground with the average buyer. The Dealership - Good company culture. Though I utterly despise car buying, from the bottom of my soul, this was a totally different experience and an attitude changer for me. Courtesy Acura will be my forever dealership, both for the quality of the auto and the dealership.Great job! Thank you!

Not very happy at all. Bought my car less than a year and a half ago. When I bought it, it needed new tires, but they said it passed inspection. Upon my first service appointment, they said my tires needed immediate attention and to be changed. $1500. Needless to say I got new tires somewhere else just on principle of them knowingly screwing me on the tires. Now I just had to replace a battery. I don t think I should have to be concerned with bad tires and old bad batteries on a $35k car I just bought from a dealer claiming it had pased all these inspections. I ve voiced my concerns, but nobody ever does anything but look at me with a blank stare. I won t be buying here again, and I don t recommend anyone else to either.

I was a fairly high maintenance customer with a lot of questions. Everyone was very patient. Ramon and Kevin treated me kindly, and explained all my options thoroughly. I was able to get exactly what I wanted shipped from the plant to the dealership sooner than expected.

Don t waste your time here, website says any credit with 73 down would get you a car. I inquired for two separate vehicles and took them 3-4days to get back about what i would be approved for. I was called back saying i needed $4500 down to even get looked at.. false advertisement! Waste of my time!

Our MDX was in for a recall, had something to do with the auto start feature. We were scheduled for 9:30, arrived a little late. They had all the paperwork ready, gave us a loaner. We received a call at about 11:30 indicating our car was ready. Wow, very efficient.

I purchased a beautiful Acura RDX SUV from Skipper at Courtesy. He was patient with me and helped me find exactly what I wanted and the best deal for me over a four-day period. I will absolutely be a return customer. It is clear the employees at this dealership actually care about quality service and keeping a strong reputation in the community. In searching for the perfect vehicle, I visited nearly 20 different lots. No one treated with me like Courtesy. They were helpful without being pushy and really worked to find the perfect SUV for meand my budget. I can t say enough good things about Skipper and the team. Go see them!

I bought my 2017 Acura MDX from across the street at Courtesy on Wheels with the gold warranty and their Xzilon ceramic coating. When I had the Xzilon treatment performed it wasn t properly done on the interior (my sons car seat was still buckled in etc) and when I mentioned it, Chris Stamper, the service department rep who took care of me, offered to schedule to have it redone. Good call. Thank you. When I took my car in to have the treatment redone I also had a lift gate LED taillight out. There was a recall on this item, but the recall had already been serviced on this car. Despite the fact, Chris was able to get that taken care of. SWEET! It had been out and I hadn t noticed it, but I only had the car a couple weeks. I m not confident Courtesy on Wheels (where I bought the car) would have replaced it, sadly. Thankfully Chris and his manager agreed to handle it.I had also found a software update said to resolve a hard shift in the 9 speed transmission and asked to see if my car had been updated. It had not. I asked if they could and they did! Chris and his manager agreed to apply the update and didn t haggle me about it at all.Overall, the service department has been excellent to work with and have made me feel like I ll be taken care of. I wish I had bought a newer car and went through them directly instead of across the street at the used car lot. Alas, I didn t want to spend new Acura money on my car lol. Thanks, Chris :D

Nice people but then again no one can sell you something if they act up!! Nothing stands out but wasn't a bad experience! Our salesman is always the best.
