Our Tahoe was in an accident and we chose Caliber based on a recommendation. They were able to get us in and took really good care of us. The quality of work was great and the communication was top notch. Heather was great from the initial interaction. Justin was really good to work with. He communicated so much I have the shop number memorized. Would recommend.

Edit: I responded to Caliber's reply to try and make it right. They have not responded. They just put that on all of their negative reviews to try and save face.Absolutely terrible body work. I had my truck towed here after it had been rear ended due to being a preferred shop by my insurance company. The entire bed, bumper assembly, 2 tires, leaf spring, and 1 wheel had to be replaced. It also had to go on the frame rack. After the truck had been there for a little over a month I was told the truck was ready. Which was reasonable for the amount of work that was needed. I went to pick it up and found the following problems within a few mins of seeing the truck. Over spray from bedliner, a spot 2 in diameter missing paint on the side of the tail gate. Tailgate straps would stick out the back when tailgate was closed. Tailgate strap bolts stripped out. Multiple paint indentions. Scuffs around tail lights, trim missing push pins, and the wheel that was repaired had a bent lip. Unfortunately, I did not get any pictures of the initial problems as I wasn t there long. After finding all these problems I left the truck there and was assured it d be fixed and they d replace the wheel they had failed to repair correctly. At this point I didn t have much faith in any of the repairs. I waited and about 2 weeks later I get a call saying my backup camera isn t working. Caliber claimed it was an aftermarket part and it wasn t their fault it wasn t working. I m pretty sure it was oem but can t confirm as I didn t buy the truck new. After going back and forth they said they d fix it but would take a few more days. So I waited another week, I m told the truck is ready to pick up again. After I got the truck home I found the following problems:Tail lights not aligned properly, odd gaps around tail lights. Over spray on tail lightTailgate handle after market and smooth does not match texture of oem. Back up camera does not work properly.Frame where Leaf spring shackle bolts up is scratched. Added non stock wiring to frame for cheap aftermarket camera.Painted inside of wheel wells black without prior authorization when the stock is white. New leaf spring already has surface rust. Still marks in paint around tail light. Has a hole on inside of tail gate where a plug or bolt is missing.Bare metal on side of tail gate upper lip both sides. Missing flex fuel badge on tailgate. Small spot of touch up paint on passenger side of bed. Bottom lip of tailgate ground down / scratched up.Multiple spots on frame with bare paint from where truck was on frame rack. To top it all off they somehow managed to burn through a half a tank of gas while they had my truck.At this point I did not trust any of the repairs to last or even be safe and just sold it to a dealership instead of being without a vehicle for however long it d take them to fix these other problems.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Caliber was amazing! They were quick to get me into the shop and helped with a difficult insurance company. They kept me informed throughout the process. My car looked great! They even detailed my car which was unexpected!

Caliber is excellent! Heather (front desk) was able to schedule my appointment around abnormal work hours. Justin (adjuster) was very thorough and kept up communication regarding progress at every turn. Everything with the insurance company and the rental car agency was smooth and convenient. Flawless front end work on the vehicle and I was able to get top dollar for my trade in once repairs were completed.

Wow!! Everything about my experience with Caliber Collision in Lexington, KY was great! Their Customer service and communication are impressive. From the time of drop off, I never had to call to check on the vehicle because Justin or Heather were texting or calling me every couple of days with updates. At the time of pickup, Justin took the time to go over everything that was replaced and allowed me to inspect. In the past, at other places, I've experienced less than average work, but I highly recommend them for any auto repairs.

We just had our first experience with Caliber Collision and we received great service. Our truck looked brand new when we got it back. The staff was wonderful with progress updates. Our truck was completed several weeks ahead of schedule even with extensive damage. We will be taking another truck for work soon.

Mr. Damon and Mrs. Heather were are the greatest at caliber collision. I called Mr. Damon every other day about my car being ready. He was very patient with me at all times. We ran into a problem with the insurance company but he got that all taken care of. I m now a happy camper I have my vehicle BACK.

Insurance company chose this shop after a hit and run incident. The desk staff did a fine job.Other than that, everything else was pretty awful. Took so long to repair the vehicle I ran out of time on my rental, but they eventually got it done right before the holiday closure. Picked up the vehicle and called shortly after complaining about a strong antifreeze smell within the cab of my vehicle. Was told it was normal thing that happens. Being a silly woman, I believed them. Not long after that, my air conditioning/heat fail to work. Called them when they reopened(they take a few weeks off around the holidays so good for them) and was chastised for having the contacted them beforehand.After bringing in the car, I was told to get a new battery, and they d install it. After the new battery didn t remedy the issue they switched out a couple of fuses, and everything seemed to be okay.Turns out, the accident at hand/repair work, created some major leakage in my radiator that wasn t diagnosed or remedied. The mechanic who diagnosed that problem, pulled five zip ties out of my engine/radiator.The newest development has been curbing my car and taking it to a mechanic who informed by the entire undercarriage of the car is bowed, and he s only ever seen that in high impact collisions.Long story short, I ve spent more time and money on this car than I have driving it.

Caliber Collision made my experience low stress and easy. They work with Enterprise too and take your rental back for you! Justin was very clear on what we had to do and kept me updated frequently and I even got my car back sooner than expected! Thanks yall

I love this place! My front end and hood were damaged in a storm and they made my car look brand new again. Wilson and his team produce top quality work. I never thought my car would look so great! The whole process was seamless as well- from start to finish they kept me informed and I felt like I was a priority. Casey at the front desk was so friendly and efficient, in fact everyone I met seemed to really enjoy working there!! Just got my car fixed there and one of the parts ended up breaking a week after it got fixed. stuff happens and I understand that. But Damon has been extremely helpful and nothing short of incredible. he s always available if I have questions or want an update and he s extremely knowledgeable and understanding. would highly recommend coming here.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

My insurance provider sent me to Caliber Collison and it was great. I was in and out fast when I dropped my car off. They kept me alerted through text of the progress with my car which was super convenient. I was out of town when my car was finished and they had no issue with my mom picking it up for me. Fantastic customer service. Damon was extremely accommodating to my schedule and very nice to work with. They have great relationship with enterprise, which made it very easy to schedule rental car during service time. Definitel recommend!

Can t recommend this place enough. I had such a wonderful experience from the day I dropped it off, to the day I picked it up. The customer service is excellent and the text status updates were so helpful! My service advisor was Lyn & she was fantastic. My car looks brand new. Thank you all!

They bribe you with winning a big flat screen t.v. to give them 5 stars and high scores on a survey...not gonna happen! Receptionists was friendly and did her part, as well as management, but apparently the actual mechanics don't do their jobs correctly or they just rush to get on to the next. Anybody who doesn't know much about cars seek an outside source who does and bring them with you when you pick your car up and have them inspect the work caliber was supposed to do, if the work they did aka alignment or something was done and you can't physically see it, get it all in writing/ receipt whatever. Sad I had to take my car the next day it was picked up from caliber and pay another buisness $1,200 to fix calibers work they should have done correctly to drive safe! Guaranteed nothing will be done either...these places work with insurance companies in there favor! What a joke

The work they did seems to be very professional and proficient. My concern is with the way I was dealt with when I first took my vehicle in for repairs. I brought up some things I had noticed since my vehicle was backed into and the tech was dismissive, simply stating that there was no way they were related and moving on. Ultimately they did not look into my concerns that now persist after the accident and subsequent repairs.

They are so nice and friendly here! They are great communicators and make you feel like they really care about you as a person and your vehicle. I would definitely trust with them with any maintenance you need.

was never done when promised , was told different date 6 times. The cost was $10,000 over the quote, my truck should have been totaled, I feel like is was a scam to get more money out of my insurance company. I would never use them again

The repair took a couple days sooner than they estimated. I got text alerts throughout the process describing what step they were on. And they even washed the car before giving it back to me. Highly recommend.

Service was good and Lynn was a great communicator. Rear passenger door did not open after repair. Took the vehicle back in and it was corrected in 30 minutes. Time for quoted repair was met.

I was very pleased with a Calliber Collision on Jingle Bell Lane in LEXINGTON! Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and professional! They did a great job, keeping me informed of the status of my repairs, and were able to answer any questions that I had regarding insurance and the entire process!!

Caliber Collision is one awesome Repair Shop. I have used them twice to remove dents. They did a fantastic job returning my car to its original condition.
