Unfortunately I ve had a couple of fender benders but both times I ve chosen Boots Auto Body to do the repair work. The final cost is never more than the estimate. The timing for the repairs are exactly what they tell you they will be and most importantly the repair work they do looks as good as new!!!

I received a quote from this company because they were 5 star rated with my major insurance company. They dealt directly with insurance for a quote and set a date for 3 months out, which seemed odd but my car was completely drivable, so I went with it.3 months later, they told me it would be another 3 months. Lol. I had already waited so, again, I just went with it. The week before that appt., they called to see if I was still needing my repairs and after confirming, I was told okay, we will go ahead and order your parts and call you back to reschedule. 3 weeks later I called to inquire about the new date and they told me I had missed my appointment and had already sent back the parts. I tried to explain that that was not what was explained to me on the phone. He proceeded to all but actually use the word liar. Can t make this up.Service: Auto maintenance

I dropped off my 2016 Ford Edge at Boots to have my rear bumper replaced on Monday, and the job was finished as promised by Friday.When I picked up my car, it looked fantastic! They were excellent with communication, they worked directly with my insurance, they coordinated with my rental vehicle location, and returned my truck to me in like new condition in a timely fashion! They did an amazing job fixing out Charger. The back end had some slight damage and came out looking like new.They stay in contact with you about the status of your vehicle.Super FriendlyThey noticed a small imperfection they didn t like so did some re-work to make it perfect, without me asking.

To begin here is a few things I don't like about getting work done on my car:1. Choosing which shop to take it to.2. Employee's trying to scheme, or be sneaky to get more money from you3. High CostsI can honestly say that Boots is the best place I've ever been to to get my car worked on. The employee's are friendly, and professional. The shop office is clean, and well presented. The costs are fair, affordable, and in my case less than what they initially quoted.However, what really blew me away was the service, the replacement hood I got looks incredible! They also detailed, and cleaned my whole car to perfection. All I expected was a new hood, and they went above and beyond.I wish they did more than just collision repair, because I would take my car to them for everything. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend using Boots for any collision repair need.- Jay Bishop

I can t offer enough praise for the team at Boots Auto Body. My insurance was a headache to deal with. Deron and Toby stayed on top of supplementing the insurance, providing photos to them, and consistently relayed correspondence to me. After many hours of the hard paper work to make sure my truck was fully covered, Boots did what they do best repair my truck. I have a 3500 Denali with lots of intricate pieces, wiring, and detail. My truck looks as good as it did the day I brought it home from the showroom. Amazing team to have had the pleasure to work with and will refer them to anyone I come in contact with needing their services.Services: Electrical repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I have a new Audi Q3 that someone tapped the side of. It needed paint and had a small dent repair. They completed the estimate in less than 10 minutes, scheduled the repair within a few days..i was pleasantly surprised to see that my bill was half the estimate once the repairs were completed (looks like it never even happened).How often does that happen? Excellent customer service and repairs made perfectly. Couldn t be happier !Service: Painting

Went today to see about a small adjustment to a door gap, and they were able to quickly make an adjustment that made us happy in the parking lot in about 10 minutes! Everyone from the time we showed up to the time we left was super friendly and personable, and Toby even stayed outside a bit to chat about our car before we left. Fantastic experience, honest and fast service, we will not hesitate to send anyone their way!

My experience with boots auto body was absolutely wonderful. The staff was all very kind and professional. Patrick was great to work with that actually had my car done before anticipated. They cleaned out both the inside and out. Patrick also might be extra effort to try cheaper route to fix the scratch on my car which worked and saved me a couple hundred dollars. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them highly to anyone.

Boots is the best! I ve used them before and have always been happy with their work but most recently they replaced the front bumper on my Jeep Wrangler after I got hit. The fact that I picked it up cleaner than I left it, did not go unnoticed either. Friendly and honest team. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

Nicest people I have ever worked with! They are informative, well organized, they keep you posted every step of the way, and they did an amazing job! I couldn't have asked for a better company or group of people to work with. Plus they cleaned my car! They returned it looking brand new on the outside, and inside. 10 stars.

Fantastic! Charged $200 less that the dealership quoted, got started as soon as I arrived with no wait time, was on the road in less than 30 minutes. Great work, replacement part looks good as new, functions perfect.. (Passenger side mirror replacement)

Last year I took my 1992 Toyota MR2 to Toby et al. at Boot's Auto body to respray the bumpers and the rear spoiler. The finish was immaculate - they did an awesome job. Two months ago a student backed into me and damaged the rear bumper. I went back to Boot's for the repair. The repair and respray was so good, you can't see the damage at all. I then decided to have them take care of a poorly repaired dent that was present when I bought the car. Again the finish was excellent and they blended the new paint with the old seamlessly. It came out great. I was tempted to have them respray the whole car but Toby advised me a against it saying that the original paint was in such good shape, it would be more hassle than it's worth.Another reviewer said they overcharge for parts. Not true. The price I was quoted for new taillights was precisely the retail price quoted by any Toyota parts store. Yes, you can source parts for cheaper but they will be generics.Plus, the final bill for the last job was $100 under what they quoted!

Boots auto body repaired my vehicle, while the repair was extensive it took them longer than expected and they did not meet the deadline in which I had set by the insurance company, thus resulting in rental expenses for another 2 days while they finished repairs, which boots did write me a check for. The exterior repairs made were excellent and iHI was reimbursed bytby them for the rental, HOWEVER The radio antenna was not properly installed on the radio and the passenger side doors were not locking or unlocking, as well as a brace was loose under the passenger glove box AFTER they made repairs. I had to call them and ask them to look at my vehicle again, in which they PROPERLY fixed my radio antenna wiring and the brace they forgot to screw. They informed me that the door lock actuators on the passenger side had went bad (mind you they were working properly prior, even after the accident) and that they needed to be replaced and would cost $300-600 . I know personally a little more than they thought about vehicles, door lock actuators do not cost that much. Besides that, FIRST thing you should do is check the fuse box. Guess what I found when I did that? The fuse that controls those doors was MISSING. Hmmm why was this not the first thing they checked? They also have absolutely terrible customer call returns, not once did they contact me to inform me of the progress on the vehicle, I had to contact them once a week for ANY information. Mind you they had the vehicle for a little over a month when repairs were only supposed to take 2 weeks.Services: Electrical repair, Body & Trim

Exemplary service, very upfront and efficient. Dropped my car off for a new grill at 9:00AM, it was ready by 2:00PM. This place will most certainly be where I get any future auto body work done!

These guys do miracles to your vehicles. I don t make much off my retirement from the military, but these guys were great, and totally within my price range. Great job on removing rust from around my mustang s back window. Thank you guys so much.

Rear bumper replaced was very satisfied with the work they did, but my insurance company I was dealing with I was not satisfied with and neither was Toby! It was Progressive by the way!
