Great service, they have reasonable pricing. Have been taking my cars here for a few years. Sometimes they get busy and can t get you in for a few days but i feel like they re very honest and won t rip you off.

Brought my vehicle here recently. Mike and his business partner not only fixed my problem at a low cost, they also identified another dangerous issue that I had forgot mention to them. They fixed both problems in a reasonable amount of time and the price was affordable. Excellent professionals here. I would recommend them to anyone. My father is a mechanic, has been working on cars for 46 years, and I can tell the mechanics here KNOW what they are talking about, especially Mike. Old fashion trust worthy shop that reminds me of the one my dad used to work in when I was a kid. They do honest work, reasonably priced, and want to make sure your vehicle is fixed and you are satisfied. Highly recommend. Simply the best! I found this auto repair shop about 25 years ago. What was even more interesting was that 1 of the owners lived on the same street as I did in a city approximately 15 minutes West of Lexington, Kentucky, where this business is located. I had an import car at that time and was looking for a knowledgeable and honest and I will admit I was hoping somewhat inexpensive mechanic or auto shop for imports.What I found was not necessarily inexpensive by any means but not super expensive either. In fact, there pricing structure happened to be exactly in line with the other foreign car auto repair shops I had gotten quotes from.What I did send that was very surprising was exactly hell knowledgeable these gas were at their jobs! I was super impressed at their ability, probably from experience and knowledge and schooling, the mechanics at this place were so easily able to almost diagnose my corps problem by listening to it run or by giving it a quick test drive down the street and back.At any rate, I have spent several years servicing my vehicles using this shop and I have never been let down or disappointed not even one time. In fact, they DO stand behind their work so you can be confident you are getting professional service from a real person at an auto repair service shop proud to exist in such a tough market. And my old head gaskets thanked me for the replacement!!

I have been using this mechanic for several years, and it has always been excellent service and good prices. They always shoot you straight, and they have told me several times nothing was wrong with my vehicle and didn't charge me anything. The guy that runs the place is very nice, and he told me that they don't advertise and depend on only word of mouth. If you are looking for a good, honest mechanic, I can not recommend this place enough.

The best! Real experts that are rare. Went to two different repair shops to find what was wrong with my car. Both couldn't find a thing, one even took my car for a drive. It took B&W about five minutes. They've topped my oil off, and rotated tires at no charge. Just hope they don't get too busy. Merry Christmas B&W. God Bless you

Very good advice, work, and price. Old Crown Vic lost compression. They worked with me. We located quality used engine from AMUAP. BW Auto installed it and it runs great. Saved the car and a lot of $$ over price of re-man engine. They have very good, well deserved reputation in Lexington. Recommend them any time.

Excellent vehicle repair shop owned by the chief mechanic and his family is also very involved. I have had my vehicle repaired 3 or 4 times in the last 4 years. I have found them to be extremely fair and the repairs are done in usually the same day. They are the best automotive repair place I have found in Lexington.

I've been taking my car to Bobby since I moved to Lexington in 2008. Never had a bad experience. The prices are fair and the service is usually done very quickly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else

I highly recommend them. Being a female they won't take advantage of you. they will tell you if your vehicle is worth being worked on or not before you spend your money. I've been taking my vehicles here for years

Great service, went there on a suggestion of a friend after just moving to the area. Quick turn around and reasonable prices. Ended up costing me less than the quote they originally gave me. Great shop

I've been taking my cars to these guys for years , not because they were reliable , but because I trusted them .No more . For the last several months , everything Bobby's told me has been a lie .And ....not even a sensible lie ! What's the point of telling a customer their car is ready when it isn't ? You think they won't notice ? How's that supposed to benefit the business ? Lots of shops lie , but self-destructive stupidity ?Bottom line....This business just can't be trusted , and you can't do business with folks you don't trust . (Unlike voting , apparently !)

Went in because "Check Engine Light' was on, was told it needed a tune up, was quoted $450, credit card was charged $750. And Check Engine Light came back on next day. Brought it back, was told they couldn't fix it. Very disappointing. Won't go back again.

I was calling various repair shops in the area to get a quote on a big $1,000+ repair. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude to the point that I actually just disconnected the line. First impression matters, folks. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Morning I found my car a few drops of oil on the ground,They carefully checked the car and Found at the bottom of the transmission has a screw loose Solve the problem quickly and without any charge
