you're only getting three stars because you have an excellent, wonderful, beautiful, talented, amazing, astonishing, employee named Jacob Spurlock. he so graciously found and installed our wiper blades while his coworker, Guillermo, lashed out at us. Guillermo was not exactly costumer service friendly, he fought with us in front of the whole store. thank you though Jacob<3

Had a wonderful experience today at AAP. I sought some windshield wiper blades & their installation. There was a gentleman training a new, young employee on how to install them. Everything went great! They were courteous and even cleaned/scraped off some rubber residue on my windshield from my highly degraded blades. The young employee was eager & quick to learn, friendly, and I wish him all the best of luck with the company. Made my day! :)

Didn't seem to be any adults running the store. Four young men, one on his phone and one riding a skateboard. We needed an emergency battery traveling from out of state. I know it's hard to find help.

The young manager lady was really helpful. She solved a Check out issue we had with a newer employee, Went through the long-drawn-out process it took to return the item and help us set up an account We needed to track our parts and warranties. She and her other employees were all highly knowledgeable abou they're products and the parts we needed. Luckily I had a mechanic with me but even if I didn't I would have been able to find exactly what I needed.

Avoid this location at all costs! The manager sold me a lightbulb based on what their system suggested my car needed, completely ignoring the correct bulb that I had brought in with me and had requested.Turns out, the bulb they sold me didn't fit, and they didn't have the right one in stock either(found this out when I came back the second time). When I tried to return it, they refused to refund me, claiming that they provided exactly what my car required. Terrible customer service and no accountability.Received better service at Autozone. Sold me the correct part for cheaper. If you have to go to AdvancedAuto I recommend the one on Rich Rd.

Me personally, I usually go to O'Reilly's! But I needed a spark plug and I was on that side of the road. The young lady was very nice and quick with service! I also had the number wrote down, and she thanked me for that, saved us both time! Good experience, will go again if needed!

I went in tonight around 7:30pm for a couple things. While I was in the store, one of the associates (shorter curly hair) had two friends there and they were playing with a lighter and aerosol can. Repeatedly, they would shoot huge flames around and laugh, and when I went to check out that associate did not help me when he was already at the counter, and another associate had to come help me. While I was checking out next to them, they continued to shoot flames around in close proximity to me, looking at me while doing it and laughing. I will never go back again. Horrible.

great service everytime! I come Here regularly for almost any car problems and toDrop off packages and these folks always do an amazing job. Locked my keys in my car and the gentleman working the counter helped me get them out right away. Highly recommended!

I went there today to get a windshield wiper around 8:30. The man in the inside look right at my car and came in lock the door in walked off. I walk to the door he was gone. Then a few seconds later he came back looked at me. Walked off in it says y'all close at 9. Very rude he could have said something

Don t use their UPS access drop off!Do NOT give your packages here. It s clear they don t know what they re doing. I m out of a refund from Amazon because they mishandled my package. They kept scanning the wrong and original barcode on the package despite me telling them I received a different QR code on my return, and they kept insisting it was the same. It was not, and then when they were filling out the return on their computer, they did not bother asking me my email to track the package, and when I asked, they said it was too late and that they ve already filled the form but that I was good to go. Now my package is lot and I m out of money all because they did not listen to my concerns. You re better off just going to an actual UPS than dealing with these clowns. And after I complained to them they shrugged it off and said to contact UPS and Amazon directly.

I needed a new car battery and definitely was going to need help with installation too... Dareontae went above and beyond his job and aided me throughout the whole process of switching out my old battery to my new one. 12/10 recommend the guys at this store

The lady I was talking to earlier today was very rude. I was calling for prices she kept putting me on hold every time I called and the phone would eventually hang up. The last time I called I told her I couldn't hold because they kept hanging up on me. She said well I'm busy. Instead of apologizing or saying give me a min and I will get back to you etc it was like an o well response

I came here unknowledgeable about everything that could be wrong or go wrong with my car. The staff was very helpful and very patient with me and my car troubles. They are also very knowledgeable of garages nearby that can fix or further detect anything that could be wrong with your car for a very reasonable price. This is the best experience that I ve had in a auto parts store. I didn t feel out of place and they didn t make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about cars.

I was robbed! I went in to buy a right turning signal. They typed my info in the computer and it gave me a part# 3457A. They watched me try to put the bulb in my car and when I walked in said whats wrong. I said the bulb won't fit and he tries it and say yes this is the wrong one. I said can I get a refund he said they don't refund bulbs... THAT IS WHY ADVANCED AUTO ZONE CHARGES ALMOST 10 BUCKS FOR THE WRONG BULBS. THE ACTUAL PART NUMBER I NEEDED WAS 7443. I BOUGHT IT FROM OREILLY'S ACROSS THE STREET... I WILL NEVER SET FOOT BACK IN 1 OF YOUR STORES

Very helpful, I stopped in because my check engine light was on they hooked up there diagnostic tool and gave me the code for me to look up. I would have given them five stars except I had to wait about 5 minutes in an empty store.

I just got in the store they asked me how they can help me. Of course it took a while to find what I needed but they did. I bought windshield wipers and they offered me to install it for free. I liked that because I was wondering if I bought right ones.

Micah was great! He found an alternator somewhere in the store just "lying around" for our 59 Cadillac! We were stranded and hopeless with 700 Miles to go on a Saturday. He was patient and didn't just give up because our alternator was a modification from the original generator that was oem. Thanks. We made it home safe and with no more trouble!

I would never recommend this specific store to anyone. I was told that in order to warranty a defective part that I had to drive an hour to the original store I bought th part from. The employees were rude and completely wrong. I went to another store and was taken care of in less 5 minutes. These people are rude and have no idea what they are doing

Told me they would put m y brand. new battery in but when I a took. It to them they changed there story only if buy battery there and no because of the bar on my van i mean really that's time I had a gentlemen do it free charge at car automotive place beside Sherman Williams paint behind IHOP same street right side before y get to light the little building beside Sherman williams

My windshield wiper decided to fall apart in a down pour the other day and I have no clue how to change them, and an employee came out in the pouring rain and changed it for free, refused tips.

They had the parts I needed and came in about 20% cheaper than the other two parts stores.
