I work with a fellow from Thompson tires at my plant. He is very respectful. He not only recommended Thompson Tires but went out of his way to get me a quote on several brands.The next day I went to a large discount store close to home. As usual their customer service is terrible. Myself and another consumer walked out. I drove 17 miles to Thompson Tires.All I can say is it was a pleasure doing business with such friendly and knowledgeable people. Because they believe in customer service I will go back. Kudos to Gail, Robbie, the owner and staff.

I had a flat on my wife's car. I pulled the tire off and cared it into the store, Dave got me in right away. His mechanic broke the tire down and patched it because it was a new tire. Great Job Dave

We were waited on as soon as we went in the door. Took about 30 minutes to get our tires balanced. People ahead of us. First coming, come first served on tires. They did a wonderful job on out truck. Thanks to all the Team for a job well done.

Great place with friendly and courteous staff. Good experience. They went the extra mile for me. They let me go back in the shop area to look at something before they finished to get my approval. They keep a very clean and well organized shop and that speaks volumes to the quality of work you can expect. Now my preferred tire store. I like keeping my business local when possible. Will be price shopping my next set of tires with them also.

I was tired & no place to park my Rig so I stopped here. The next morning the guy was very understanding. Thank you so very much! If I lived there this would be the only place I'd buy my tires & car repaired.

Great people to do business with!I had two of my vehicles in for new tires and alignments today, and they gave me an awesome deal. Also, I got a printout of the alignment specs before and after. Pretty cool if you ask me. I like that sort of detail ... they even zip tied my hubcaps back on the way I do ... I had forgotten to even mention that, but they took care of it for me. Couldn't be more pleased with how I've been treated. They are the BEST around!I've got two more sets of tires to buy, and will definitely be getting them at Thompson's!

Family owned and operated Great people mechanics on site for vehicle repairs big selection of tires don't have a tire you need can be ordered and at the shop within a day or two

Shout out to the wonderful people at Thompson Tires! Yesterday we were coming back from Evansville pulling a trailer with a car when one of the tires ball bearing melted. We needed to get the tire off and no tools. We were about 10 miles out, on the side of the road, and I was calling to see if I could buy a tool or if they knew the closest place to buy one so we could get the tire off. The lady was so nice and sent out her mechanic to help us. Thanks again such good people!

Just have to give a big shout out to Thompson Tire in Lewisport Ky..6mo ago I took my truck in because I had a leak in one of my tires. Come to find out, my alloy rim had a crack in it... So I had them put on the spare while I tried to find another matching oem rim.. paid my bill and expected to be back within a week. Well that didn't happen.. fast forward to today.. I had found a rim and went back to Thompsons and had them mount and balance and put it on my truck. While I waited a conversation was started about Rolling Thunder and what we do. Long story short...they wouldn't let me pay..and Thanked myself and Rolling Thunder for all we do for Veterans. Thank you Thompson Tire

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable would give them a five star rating. Arrived with no appt. But was waited on and had my vehicle serviced in a very short time.

Can't beat the team at Thompson Tires! I went in prepared to buy 2 new tires, because I was told by another business that one of my tires couldn't be fixed. They took us right in, looked over everything, plugged the tire, and didn't even charge us for it! Love doing business with them!!

I have never had anything but excellent service at Thompson Tire. They do not sell you any service you do not need or upsale items. They have been very helpful in all dealings with me and my family and we use them for all of our oil changes, tires and any other services they provide.
