Good, basic auto care at a reasonable price. You'll not quite receive dealership level work, but you'll not pay dealership prices either. Like I said, good basic auto care is what you get.

Was there today to have my oil change and tires rotated, the lady who saw me today explained everything and was very helpful. They even noticed a nail in one of the tires that I overlooked and didn't realize it was there. All were friendly and took the time to make sure everything was done properly.

Dropped my truck off for a tire to be put on & then a rotation. Got there they didn't have my appointment down but said they'd work it in. Get back around 2 o'clock & they didn't rotate the tires. Tried to charge me for it & even if they did do it I bought the tires from them & done paid for lifetime rotation on em. Don't fall for their road hazard warranty either, they'll say they can't fix it

I had my oil changed.They were easy to deal with, �nswered all my questions and were fast.. Awesome experience and will do it again.

Excellent Experience! The service was actually better than I expected. And I can't be thankful enough for that. The individuals that work in that department,and the work they do, are the reasons I'll return to have more maintenance done on my vehicle.

Had an appointment for a rotate and balance, and after waiting an hour they tell me they don't have a manager and can't do it. A supervisor tells me to bring it back the next day and I would be first priority, so I said that was fine. The next day when I arrived they tel me they are short staffed and can't do it at all...bad business all around.

Someimes they work really slow, and sometimes really fast. We waited 3 hours for an oil change and to get our tires rotated and balanced. Only one person was working diligently.

They do a good job, but you better bring a book, a lunch, and a pillow for a nap. Tonight was a new record for me I think. Two cars ahead of me, and a promised 1.5 hours took 2.75 hours. Three techs working. That's to mount and balance four tires only. My car was in the air literally an hour and a half. At that rate, they're servicing maybe 18-20 cars a day. I don't know how they stay open honestly.Update: came back for an oil change and my free rotate/balance five months after my last review. Got here at opening (7am). Second one in line. I'm still here, and it's 10:15. I've been watching, and my vehicle on the rack hasn't been touched in 30 mins. I will never be back to this TLE. The E stands for Express oddly enough. I wish I was making this up.

Leitchfield KY auto service was wonderful. I have tire warranty and needed a repair. Workers were polite, explained what they fixed, repaired by time I was told etc. ( I do NOT recommend Glasgow location)

The lady working the counter was extremely rude. She was asking questions that we didn t know the answer to and she made us feel like we were stupid and wasting her time. We left and didn t use their services. 0/10.

Had an issue with a tire we purchased a few months ago. Robert who is over that department dealt with the issue in a way that if you coukd still complain... Then maybe there's just no satisfying you when it comes to the purchase of goods and services and doing business. Thank you so much for handleing us me and my husbands business exchanges with your store with care and professionalism. Much appreciated.

Honestly the laziest and most incompetent employees i think I've ever talked to within any automotive center. Unless its right infront of the employees face they will not even try to help. Same as all of leitchfield walmart, the autocare center just continues to spiral into further disappointment. Don't waste your time here.

If you can get past some of the employees poor attitude here it's a great place to get an oil change or other car service. I dont know if certain people don't like working here but they tend to have an attitude over nothing. Oil change is pretty cheap and doesn't take long at all.

Took a tire in for a quick fix, took a little longer than expected. However; they were busy but all in all a very pleasant experience as well as courtesy staff.

Went in for an oil change. They got it done even though it took an hour, probably because of being shorthanded which nowadays happens often Can't complain about the price!

The cashier was nice and assisted me quickly. The mechanic gave me good information and reccomendations on my vehicle. The price was good as well.

Their technician discovered that two of my tires were installed by another installer in the wrong direction. These were directional tires and would have caused extreme tire wear and premature failure. Thanks Brad
